Lies and a Cover-Up Now Surround the Killings Committed by Elliot Rodger as Leftists Shamelessly Use this to Promote Their Political Agenda.

Isla Vista, CA—Elliot Rodger was under the outpatient care of a psychiatrist.  His cadre of mental health professionals allowed Rodger to roam free despite his numerous and very public threats to harm innocent women. When they finally tried to intervene it was too little and too late. Rodger had steadfastly refused to take his prescribed anti-psychotic medications.   Instead of institutionalizing Rodger his keepers knowingly let this time bomb walk our streets. Rodger’s family repeatedly did all they could to warn police of the very real danger.  We’ve yet to hear their repeated 911 calls they made in effort to get police to have Rodger picked up for a 5150 psychiatric hold and examination .   Police finally contacted the troubled lad and then simply failed to actually investigate and do their job. California has some of the most onerous gun bans and restrictions found anywhere in the USA.  No sale or transfer of any firearms can tak...

YouTube Maniac Behind Santa Barbara Killing Rampage

Isla Vista, CA —Yes, I’m calling him, The YouTube Maniac .   Elliot Rodger was a very affluent young man with a sleek black BMW living in the paradise of this coastal community.  The problem was this fellow was an apparent serious social looser who could not get laid.  He was also under the out patient care of a psychiatrist.   The killer was the 22-year-old son of Peter Rodger , an assistant director on the wildly successful Hunger Games film series.   This young man traveled the world with his father and actress stepmother.   This privileged youngster had access to stunning stars like Jennifer Lawrence and Katy Perry.  Last night, the young Rodger stabbed three people to death then drove around looking for young women to shoot and kill.  Before it was over seven lay dead.  Police have not yet released the names, ages or sex of any of Rodger’s victims. Before his rampage, Rodger placed a nearly seven minute video o...

Harbans retired a while back and now the CEO is my pal Raj Singh .  Raj likes motorcycles and has a small collection along with his showpiece is a Harley Davidson.  While I was there I shot some GoPro Video of Raj including aerial via a Phantom 2 quadcopter .   Yes, I'm have too much fun with the quadcopter…

Jodi Arias’ Trial and Conviction along with Months of Secret Court Hearings is a National Disgrace

Phoenix, AZ—Jodi Arias was arrested tried convicted and may yet face an executioner.   Her stories about the June 2008 death of her former boyfriend, Travis Alexander varied significantly.  Was it justifiable?  The jury along with everyone else could only guess.  Since when does a guess prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? Alexander withstood well over 20 cuts or stabs from a knife and a gunshot wound to his head from a tiny .25 ACP pistol bullet.  He had plenty of so-called defense wounds on his hands and arms.  That means he was putting up a serious and deadly fight with Arias.  Apparently Arias won the struggle.  Who was the initial aggressor?  Was this fight spontaneous or a murderous attack on Alexander by Arias?  Many people like to believe that they are positive of their favorite theory of what happened during this epic battle that nobody saw.   Arias lied but innocent people often exaggerate and lie all t...

Professional Quadcopter Pilot/Photographers Dealing with the FAA Regulations and Local Authorities.

The FAA has arbitrarily ruled that “commercial” use of drones or unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV’s) is prohibited.  The use of these amazing devices by hobbyists of course is perfectly legal until a UAV pilot earns a single dime.  Then the FAA will investigate and fine the offending party $10,000.00.  Of course the accused pilot has a right to a court hearing on the matter and evidence must be presented.  The pilot can then properly challenge whatever evidence the FAA offers up. So far the FAA’s only known case against a UAV photographer/pilot ever to see a courtroom failed.  On or about October 17, 2011 Raphael Pirker of Zurich, Switzerland was commercially operating his UAV over the University of Virginia . He was paid to gather video by a communications company. Pirker was also accused of flying the UAV at extremely low altitudes.  The FAA claimed he operated his drone recklessly.  Accordingly the FAA issued a civil penalty of $10,000....

Another Quadcopter video! DJI Phanton 2 with GoPro3+ camera at work.

This is from a friend's property in Wayne, IL.  The morning light helped make some cinematic art.  I saw the raw video on a new 65 inch TV and the resolution and detail blew me a way.  Please enjoy!

Languages, European Filmmakers and Stars that Deserve Better!

Film Director Paul Verhoeven directs a scene from Black Book Berlin, Germany --I’m blessed in recent years to have made some wonderful German friends that work in the German film industry as filmmakers or are involved with film funding.   If you’ve not noticed, Germany has become very serious about making great films.  Many of them are being made in English!  The best is yet to come!  My all time favorite film is Black Book .  That terrific film was funded in part through generous German government film funding .  This exciting, Paul Verhoeven , World War Two thriller is actually filmed in mostly Dutch but also in German, English and some Yiddish depending on when and where the scene take place.  Most of the European stars speak English and none better than Carice van Houten who won the, once in a lifetime staring role of the accidental hero, Rachel Stein . Europe is a linguistic melting pot.  Italians, French, Germans, Dutch, ...

My position on and Use of Camera Drones for Investigation and News Gathering

Phoenix, AZ —Today numerous news organizations have filed a legal brief in the matter of the FAA vs. Pirker .  Pirker was fined for making a video for the University of Virginia using a small camera drone.  A federal judge in Denver struck down the FAA’s ban and now the matter is under appeal.  There may be a risk to commercial drone use should the FAA win their appeal. The news organizations are properly claiming a 1st Amendment right to use the drones for news gathering purposes.   The FAA banned all commercial use of drones by civilians.   They did not however attempt to ban drones being used by hobbyists.    The FAA says they will issue regulations for the drones later this year. The Drone Genie is long out of the bottle and now these are must have toys for every teen aged boy in America.   The drones are invisible on radar and the FAA can’t possibly begin to police every drone in America. I will concede that the FAA owns th...

Police Story The Lost Episodes. The policewoman patrol experiment episode, Collision Course

Chicago, IL —In the very early 1970’s policewomen were encouraged to integrate with policemen on routine patrol.  Before then they only wore adorable little uniforms like airline stewardesses of the day.  Skirts, high heels and they kept their little guns in their uniform policewomen purses.  They were viewed as eye candy. Policewomen searched female prisoners, changed diapers of arrestee’s babies and were assigned to the juvenile division.    Today there are very few policewomen anywhere.   The unisex term of police officer has replaced any reference to gender. For patrol they were put in what today is the unisex uniform.   The women essentially changed into the policeman’s uniform.   There were some minor compromises for the tailor to accommodate the differences in the policewomen’s bodies.   Otherwise the uniform is identical. In Chicago during this period there were 14,000 sworn officers and only about 90 of them were women. ...

Dick Wolf, Chicago PD and Fantasy Television

Chicago, IL—Dick Wolf’s TV series about Chicago police is pure entertainment.  Other then the uniforms, vehicles and landmarks any resemblance to reality ends the second the first actor’s lips move. Let’s begin with the pretty cops and well-pressed uniforms.  The casting directors found actors that look better then most cops.  None seem to have authentic Chicago accents.   The story lines are fairy tales from writers of the political Left persuasion that don’t have a clue about police work or social reality especially in Chicago. Let’s move on with race.  Chicago PD is political correctness in overdrive.  I’ve yet to see a single African-American criminal!  African-Americans are represented on this show only as heroic and dedicated good guys.    Nothing changes the reality that the Cook County Jail , and Criminal Court calls within the City of Chicago are 90% plus African American.   Chicago’s white community is...

Is Donald Sterling an Obvious Victim of Wiretapping and Extortion?

Los Angeles, CA —It seems more than obvious that 80 year-old billionaire, lawyer, real estate developer and L.A. Clippers owner, Donald Sterling was a victim of an extortionist.    That woman presumed to be his former girlfriend, Vanessa Stiviano illegally recorded his private conversation without his consent and then may have sold the recording to TMZ.com when Sterling did not meet her demands. It’s appalling how in America the race-baiting thought police moved in against Sterling by publicly trashing and penalizing him with a $2.5 million fine.  They also permanently banned him from games; facilities and they are now trying to force him to sell his personal property, the L.A.  Clippers. I’m not defending what Sterling may have said privately in a moment of frustration but I doubt it reflects Sterling’s real feelings.  He has never once hired, fired or discriminated against anyone on account of race!  He’s even given millions away to g...

The Arbitrary and Capricious FAA and its Tyranny Against Newsgathering Efforts. Check out this terrific video!

Mayflower, AK— April 27, 2014, tragedy struck the heartland in the form of springtime tornados.  It was not really safe to send up a helicopter and crew to survey the damage.  Emergency vehicles found roads impassable and were unable to locate victims needing assistance. One drone video journalist sent up his camera high above the scene.  The stunning video he captured was a real public service.  First responders could see areas where help was needed.  The local residents lucky enough to have escaped the wrath of the storms could see if they still had homes and the extent of damage.  During these emergencies looting becomes a concern and understandably police limit entry to these areas significantly.  Using the camera drones homeowners can see just how their precious homes survived or did not without waiting for police escorts that can take days.  The FAA tried to take jurisdiction over these little drones that use the tiny HD  Go...

Has Political Correctness has Finally Killed America? The Donald Sterling Holocaust

Los Angeles, CA —80 year-old billionaire, lawyer, real estate developer and L.A. Clippers owner, Donald Sterling was really just victimized by felonious unlawful electronic eavesdropping of a private conversation.  He made a bigoted sounding statement on that recording.  Sterling himself is no stranger to bigotry.  Being Jewish has exposed this man to various forms of discrimination his entire life.   Jews are still considered the most despised group of people that ever walked the face of this earth.  Anti-Semitism is indeed ugly and no less offensive that any other forms of intolerance. Ironically Sterling’s ownership of the Clippers makes him highly dependent on African-American basketball player’s personal excellence in order to realize a profit from his substantial investment in the team.  Such an investment is a sure sign that despite something said privately in a moment of frustration shows that Sterling actually embraces and values al...
