Killing the First Amendment with Mainstream Media bailouts Chicago, IL

Chicago, IL—While growing up in the Windy City I noticed that our top four Newspapers (Yes, there were four) used their power to influence elections. I felt this was a conflict of interest since they also reported on political scandals. They problem was that they only gave negative press to candidates they did not agree with.

Mayor Richard J. Daley was nothing like his pathetic and worthless son, Richard M. Daley who reigns over Chicago courtesy of his entitlement addicted majority.

The elder Daley was a fiscal conservative that was somewhat pro-labor. Old man Daley was satisfied with taxing less and keeping the job market lucrative for all those who wanted to work. The City of Chicago was once a great place to live, work and raise children.

The newspapers did not like the Conservative Daley and on Election Day, provided newspaper, voter’s guides that would dictate the politically correct candidates to vote for. Of course all four newspapers supported anyone running on a platform further Left that the regular Democratic Party. Their loyal followers would blindly bring their newsprint voter’s guides right into the voting booths and follow those instructions.

Slowly over the decades that destroyed the Regular Democratic Party and today you have the party of the Daley/Burke/Obama Crime Families. The new party principals were right out of Karl Marx’s teachings.

America’s large single voiced newspapers have brought us straight to Hell with Barack Obama and his thugs.

Newspapers became part of the Leftist political organizations and simply providing news took a back seat to propaganda rigging national political policy.

Television news as brought to us by the Big Three Networks closely followed with politically correct Leftist broadcasts in lockstep with the newspapers.

Talk radio and the Internet brought fairness and democracy to the way American’s get their information. The public is rapidly learning that they have been had and that the old trusted sources of information were nothing more than Leftist propaganda machines. Reader and viewers have abandoned their traditional and politically skewed media for the Internet.

Having a seemingly endless range of internet media sources Americans are no longer the captive audience of the old Leftist main stream.

Now Leftist politicians want to bail out the troubled Marxist indoctrination publications and broadcast operations with tax money. They hate voters having too much information that the Internet now provides.

Our Leftist politicians have a cure for a runaway Internet. That is to tax it to death. They are inventing similar schemes for cable TV and radio. They want to destroy the freedom of speech.

It’s far better that we have dead Leftist politicians than a dead First Amendment!

There’s Nothing Liberal about Our Bill of Rights!

I get misguided e-mails and comments particularly from a lot of my younger cop readers about my position on Due Process, Search, Seizure and many other safeguards in our Constitution.

Some assail as me as some kind of a Liberal. The biggest detractors from our Bill of Rights are Liberals and Leftists. They want more government power to control Americans.

Liberals want to limit free speech claiming it allows for hate. They want to eliminate the ability Americans have to resist dangerous criminals or a fascist government through gun rights. Liberals insist we force Americans to be searched without warrants or probable cause.

Liberals want to regulate every breath we take and have a law for every kind of human behavior. Liberals want government to snoop, sniff and search everyone in the name of public safety. They mistakenly believe that Americans should not be trusted and look for every way to over-regulate us.

We are no longer In the Land of The free or The Home of the Brave. We’ve become a Nation of Cowards as we unnecessarily search each other like criminals at, airports, public buildings and sporting events.

Unfortunately the way we find out that we have government abuse of our freedom is when a court decision is made that frees criminals. Criminal laws are challenged in the courts and the most important liberty and protections we have are decided on criminal cases. Preserving yours and my freedom is more important than keeping some criminal behind bars.

Liberals glorify victimization. Most of the horrible crimes against children happen as a result of parental neglect or worse. We turn the parents that should have protected their children into heroes and in some cases TV stars.

Most murder victims are people, who engaged in risky behavior, associated with criminals or have intoxicated themselves into utter helplessness. Victims are not heroes. A real hero is someone that has not been part of the problem and has instead protected family, neighbors or country

Gun Rights under the Second Amendment empower Americans to stop criminals in their tracks. Guns in law-abiding hands, reduces the victimization of Americans.

The Bill of Rights was the brainchild of our founding fathers. They were not a bunch of Liberals or Leftists. They understood government’s dangerous proclivity to get out-of-control only too well. They did not trust government and neither should you.

Our Bill of Rights deserves and requires we fight and sometimes must die protecting it so that we and our children have a safe, prosperous and free future.

A free society is a politically Conservative society.

Stacy Peterson’s Body Location Revealed!

Joliet, IL—TMZ.com claims that law enforcement sources said that retired Bolingbrook police sergeant, Drew Peterson blabbed to a fellow inmate at the Will County jail where he dumped the body of his fourth wife Stacy Peterson. They are planning to follow up on the tip of a jailhouse snitch.

Guilty or innocent Peterson would be savvy enough to never say anything to some fellow inmate in his lifetime.

Of course the large population of marginal and dysfunctional souls in our jails, are always looking for currency to lighten their own legal problems and will tell cops and prosecutors anything they want to hear.

What this appears to be is just an effort to taint Peterson’s chances of receiving a fair trial.

Jurors often believe that when a weak criminal case is brought against a person that the police have some strong but secret information they can’t share. Nobody wants to believe that our government would charge someone unless they were really guilty. Too often this myth is never fully broken by defense lawyers and the result is guilty verdicts.

The Will County State’s Attorney, James Glasgow is a political animal who wants Peterson convicted for the capital it will buy with voters. They never had a case and motivated the Illinois Legislature to allow for hearsay evidence in Peterson’s trial. Even with the hearsay their case is sorely lacking.

With hearsay evidence you never know who is lying. It could be the attributed source or anyone in the chain of conversation. People lie with ease even under oath. Yes, there are people that could achieve the same result through telling the truth or lying and they’d lie just for the excitement.

Will the Peterson Jury test or simply trust the evidence they get? Will the jury guess their way to a Guilty verdict because they don’t like Peterson’s public image? Will they convict simply over coincidences in facts like one wife dead and another missing?

Can a jury be made to understand that without a Corpus Delecti (body of evidence) they can’t convict? The two most difficult words to define to a jury are Reasonable Doubt. That’s a nebulous term to most people and too often a license to shirk the responsibility to be fair.

We still don’t know the exact reason for Kathleen Savio’s death or anyone’s culpability and we still don’t know if Stacy Peterson is alive somewhere. The only possible answers are guesses. Guesses are not evidence.

One thing for sure if Drew Peterson is acquitted this prosecution will cost him all of his assets, and leave him as a public pariah.

My Midlife Crisis

I wonder what life would have been like had I taken one of the other roads as a young man. I’ve had a life of excitement most people only dream about.

I’ve spent 18 months living in Germany during 1968-70, I visit India on a regular basis and somewhere in between have been back to Europe twice. In hindsight staying in Germany was an attractive option for me since I love that beautiful country and its people. What would have happened if I stayed there?

Being a cop, private investigator and investigative TV news producer has taken me to the most monumental criminal cases including the Oklahoma Bombing, The Montana UNBOMB case, The 9/11 attack on America. Death penalty cases and major felony matters along with the theater of the courtrooms have consumed a portion of my life.

From observing over 700 autopsies of murder victims to handling body recovery as a patrol officer at the crash of Flight 191 in 1979. I have always been where the action was.

I’ve also had heartbreak and trauma invade my life that I chose not to share.

Did I waste my life? Did I miss connecting with the right woman somehow? Did I waste some wonderful opportunities? Those questions cannot be answered. So far I must be happy with the life I made since it’s the only one I have.

In any event I won’t get a second chance to do it all again. That’s the hard part. I want to go back to my youth but I’m afraid that’s not possible.

What sustains me today, are the wonderful people I’ve met that I can call my friends. Loyal and wonderful people have filled my life.

Nobody can tell the story better than a man who left this earth way too early. Perhaps Harry Chapin knew his days were numbered when he sang about a lost love and a life he might have lived…

Yet Another Chicago Resident Defies Gun Ban, Shooting a Home Invader!

Chicago, IL—For the second time in a week a Chicago resident has defended his home by shooting an intruding felon with a gun outlawed under Chicago’s 30 year-old ban.

This time it happened after police were chasing Aaron Marshall, 26 for fleeing on foot after a traffic stop where narcotics were dropped. Marshall ran and selected a house to break into and possibly hide. Marshall apparently picked the wrong home in the 300 block of North Pine to invade. An unidentified home owner shot Marshall after he’d broken through a window of that house.

Marshall suffered a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the left side of his body. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital where he’s being treated at this hour.

Marshall's criminal background includes a felony drug conviction in 2009 and a 2007 conviction for felony aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, court records show. Police say Marshall also is a gang member with a lengthy arrest record.

Of course Mayor Richard M. Daley has done all he can to empower robbers, rapists and killers by keeping law-abiding Chicagoans disarmed through the gun ban. Again we see another example of resistance to mayoral tyranny saving lives.

It will be later this month when the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the legitimacy of Chicago gun ban. So far in both recent incidents where citizens have used banned guns no charges have been brought by police.

Chicagoans are in the most danger while out on city streets and that problem needs to be addressed in the form of having the right to carry concealed weapons. That is expected to be addressed in the Illinois legislature after the gun Chicago ban is finally stuck down.

The Illinois Legislature addressed city gun bans after Hale DeMar shot a home invader in the Gun Free Zone of Wilmette, IL. This makes it nearly impossible for police to charge people violating the gun ban if the gun/s are discovered after a self-defense incident.

It is an affirmative defense to a violation of a municipal ordinance that prohibits, regulates, or restricts the private ownership of firearms if the individual who is charged with the violation used the firearm in an act of self-defense or defense of another as defined in Sections 7-1 and 7-2 of this Code when on his or her land or in his or her abode or fixed place of business.

Being Governed By Thugs, Thieves and Traitors

Washington, DC—Barack Obama promised transparency along with a long list of hollow promises he simply made to get elected. He delivered nothing but a trillion dollar pay off to his pals who got him elected.

Obama has been running the currency printing presses non-stop, manufacturing money backed by nothing to destroy our economy. The deliberate purpose is to keep this once stable and strong government fully dependent on Socialist nations like china.

Our unemployment rate is still in the toilet along with our productivity. Obama’s Bolshevik parallel Czar Cabinet created a Socialized Medicine health care system that will destroy what we had and make things much worse. This is the same Socialism that’s never worked anywhere so how can it work here?

Along the way, government appointments are being bartered, bought and sold as this administration commits felony after felony.

We are under control of a vast criminal regime that must be stopped at all cost. Socialist governments are always led by thugs, thieves and liars. The thugs always place themselves above the law as the loot the treasury. The thugs enslave the population for their personal gain.

However you view Obama’s criminal enterprise, it violates our Constitution. They founding fathers gave us a government system that cannot be changed by a simple majority of votes or Presidential Decrees.

There is a proper mechanism for changing the Constitution these socialists will never be able to garner. Since they can’t do it within the law they’re doing it outside of the law.

Our founding fathers gave every American citizen the power and duty to defend the Constitution. We must do our duty and use whatever force is necessary to preserve the Constitution, arrest, try and hang every traitor.

What’s More Important, Protecting Our Children Or Our Cash?

We Americans like to claim that our children are our most important asset. We send them off to schools we have declared Gun Free Zones.

I guess Colorado’s Columbine High School showed just how effective that was. When The Jefferson County Sheriff’s officers finally responded they simply marched around the school waiting for every wounded child to bleed to death rather than to try and stop the killers when they had the chance.

Little has changed since then. Our children are really just not that important as you will see below.

Justice In The Socialist Style—Coming to America Soon!

We like to think that our system of justice is fair. We like to believe that the police conduct their investigations in an impartial manner and collect the evidence that exonerates as well is damns the accused.

That was the ideal but we have strayed sometimes in desperation to skew the process and convict who we think the public wants convicted. Modern investigative techniques and tools such as DNA, surveillance video and the data of credit and debit cards and the cell phones we all carry today exculpates rather than implicates those investigated for serious crimes.

Today there is wholesale cheating in evidence collection and inside or crime labs to bring conviction. Fingerprint and DNA evidence has been faked redundantly and the penalties for officials involved are minuscule when compared to the life prison terms and death penalties the victims of evidence fraud face.

Every year lazy prosecutors bring to Congress and 50 state legislatures proposed new laws that attack the due process rights of accused Americans. It used to be said any prosecutor worth his salt could indict a ham sandwich. Now they can convict a ham sandwich with the same amount of ease.

America’s true crime buffs assume everyman charged is guilty and demand the harshest of penalties. They assume every police arrest is based on some secret fact that can’t be disclosed as they wring their hands while waiting for a conviction in the theater of the courtroom.

Court trials are theater in every respect. They are rehearsed and acted out by the players. The final chapter is written by the jury who wants always to be on the side of right. Right meaning the side of the heroes they see on TV and in the movies. The Cops and prosecutors have a huge advantage.

That brings me to the German, Volksgerichtshof (People’s Court). In 1942 the most despicable Nazi ever, Roland Freisler was appointed as its President. Freisler started out as Communist but switched his brand of Socialism to the National Socialist variety. He was a cunning and brilliant man who knew how to please his beloved Fuhrer, Adolph Hitler.

Freisler may have been motivated by his Bolshevik past. He may have had a desire to prove himself especially loyal to Hitler and his Reich by being so ruthless.

The Gestapo was the Third Reich’s version of the FBI. They were skilled investigators appointed from the ranks of the best German police agencies. Many of these men were nothing more sinister than hard working and honorable cops collecting evidence for their government. Of course there were those tyrants who were promoted based on their phenomenal efficiency in arrests and convictions.

Investigations began from something as slim as children’s school gossip and ended at a guillotine or a deadly piano wire.

The Gestapo would make the arrests, testify at a public and sometimes filmed show trials. Prosecutors and defense attorneys would be present but it was all so much theater and the trials all ended the same way.

Then there was the case of 16 year-old, Helmuth Hübener, found guilty of high treason for distributing anti-war leaflets in 1942. Young Hübener was quickly beheaded.

It was indeed a horrible day when Sophie Scholl, her brother Hans Scholl and their friend Christoph Probst were caught passing out leaflets at the University of Munich. Within four days they were investigated, indicted, tried, put through the appellate process and sent to the guillotine. Sophie School was just 21 years-old. These were ordinary German kids who learned about Nazi atrocities and tried to stop them.

When I think of what Judge Freisler would have done to me over this blog it’s unsettling to say the least. Judge Freisler sent 5,000 German citizens to their deaths for this kind of activity.

We’ve been tampering with our Criminal Justice System making it more like Freisler’s Volksgerichtshof every day. It’s an un-American path to say the least. Don’t let this happen.

If you’re on jury duty, you’re there to test, not trust the evidence. You are there to protect your fellow Americans from the Volksgerichtshof. Guessing your way to a Guilty verdict is an insult to the thousands of Americans who fought and died for our freedom and the Bill of rights.

Freisler escaped the hangman’s gallows in Nuremberg only because he was killed in a Berlin allied bombing raid in 1945. Freisler opted to save his important court files rather than get into the safety of a bomb shelter. Freisler was 51 years-old at the time of his death.

An assignment: To see the inside of a Gestapo investigation, it’s accurately portrayed in the 1995 film, Sophie Scholl, The Final Days.

The leader of the plot, Col. Claus Von Stauffenberg and four others were quickly placed before a firing squad at the The Bendlerblock courtyard on orders of Generaloberst Friedrich Fromm. Another plotter, General Ludwig Beck was allowed two attempts at suicide with a pistol but was then dispatched by a soldier.

The executions of these original conspirators ordered by Fromm saved these men from exhaustive torture that was planned for them by others. They were also spared from Freisler’s wrath. Months later Fromm was also executed.

Supreme Court’s Decision On Chicago’s Gun Ban Is Due This Month

Washington, DC—On any Monday this month, the legitimacy of Chicago’s 30 year-old gun ban will the courts issue. Legal experts overwhelming agree that in view of the earlier Heller case, Mayor Richard M. Daley’s favorite law is doomed.

Otis McDonald, pictured above and several other Chicago residents have sought help from the National Rifle association and The Second Amendment Foundation in getting their stolen gun rights returned.

Gun control has been finally exposed as a massive failure that has only facilitated and enabled violent criminals.

The issue for the court is not whether gun control is effective, good public policy or ineffective. It’s simply about whether our founding fathers meant it when they decreed that, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

The silly argument that this was a collective right of state government not the people is now just so much, bogus revisionist history. Government always had the right and duty to keep arms.

The days of Chicago’s politicians protecting robbers, rapists, and killers may well be over for good. Perhaps we will see gun stores in the Windy City again and concealed carry permits for the law-abiding may be a reality here too. Chicago’s thugs won’t be very happen about that.

Mayor Daley will soon have his massive heart attack and we will all move on.

Threatening Mayor Richard M. Daley

Chicago, IL—Politicians and threats go together. That has never been more prevalent in my lifetime than right now. Politicians are reaching their corrupt greedy fingers in American’s pockets more than ever as turn taxation into extortion and slavery.

At the same time despite a solid Supreme Court ruling many politicians still are doing all they can to keep law-abiding people disarmed and unable to defend themselves and families from criminals or a criminal government.

Threats are the product of the powerless. They are nearly always hollow and the people making them have little ability to carry them out. Threats are little more than an annoyance.

What idiot wanting to kill or hurt someone would give their victim a warning? The target simply could take precautions minimizing the threat.

In recent years lawmakers have conjoined the word terrorist to threats and raised their significance. Most threats are considered felony crimes. This is a horrible sign of a very troubling government.

During the reign of the Third Reich, making a threat against Adolf Hitler was a capital offense. The arrested many on flimsy evidence, held show trials and executions always followed.

Christopher Traynor Fox, 39 of San Jose, CA is accused of making a telephone threat against Mayor Richard M. Daley. Officials suggested this was over Daley’s stand on gun control.

Normally politicians get threats and never make them public because doing so empowers their tormentors.

Things are changing as frightened politicians hide behind armed bodyguards and have their visiting constituents searched like criminals. This is always the first sign of the formation of a police state.

It was just this week when Daley at a press conference picked up a combat rifle with a bayonet telling a reporter he’s stick it up his but to show the effectiveness of the weapon.

Daley was much more of a threat to the reporter than Fox was making a prank call from thousands of miles away. We will have to wait and see whether this was a credible threat.

Fox is being held on $1 million bail as officials are arranging for the expensive extradition process to bring Fox to Chicago for a show trial. This is at a time when extradition is only used in very important cases because of difficult economic times.

With this kind of a heavy handed approach, Daley is asking for an escalation in threats and violence. Daley may yet make himself a target of opportunity for someone that can tolerate a corrupt, nasty dictator. We can only hope.

Gary Coleman, A Tragic Life Indeed

Breaking News... As I just posted the story sad news came down that the 4'8" TV star had died.

Salt Lake City, UT--Today, former child actor, Gary Coleman, 42 is in a coma and on life support after being injured in a fall. His health was already on the ropes after two kidney transplants and ongoing dialysis treatment. He’s suffering from a serious brain injury.

Coleman was a cute child star on the TV sitcom Different Strokes. He made money in the millions that his greedy parents wasted on a lavish lifestyle. When he reached adulthood the money all vanished.

The child stars of Coleman’s day were nearly all in trouble, using drugs and making horrible choices. Coleman somehow managed to avoid being involved in any drug scandals.

Coleman’s star faded as he grew older and settled for low paying commercial work and gigs that offered little. Coleman was rejected by Hollywood as if his talent for comedy was deemed dead. He wound up as a celebrity security guard for a while. Who could take this little guy seriously as someone that could protect anyone or anything?

Coleman was nearly always broke and victimized by women who only dated him for his fame and potential for fortune. Coleman’s sex appeal was that of a toad. I suspect it was impossible for him to tell friends for those exploiting him.

Coleman’s relationships were disasters that often involved police intervention. American courts have shifted away from fairness and due process to some kind of prophylactic role in domestic matters. Coleman was on the receiving end of scorn and bad publicity. Many people have been convinced Coleman’s a drug abusing troll that beats women despite any real evidence. Public perception can be awful.

I don’t think anyone really believes this young man will be on this earth much longer. Who ever told that lie, that all men were created equal?

Conspiracy To Obstruct, Aid and Abet The Violation of Federal Laws

Washington, DC—This sounds very serious doesn’t it. These are despicable crimes that would get any perpetrator many years in a federal prison. Except of course when the criminal conspirators are above the law. Wait a minute! I thought nobody in America is above the law? But clearly some are above the law.

President Barack Obama, and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano lead a long list of public officials that have gone out of their way to conspire and violate every United States Immigration Law. They have done everything possible to prevent the arrest and deportation of immigration criminals trespassing on our soil and stealing those entitlements reserved for citizens and legal immigrants. .

These criminals must be arrested and brought to justice since their crimes are much greater than those of the trespassers themselves.

Can we pick and choose what laws we want to obey? Apparently you can if you’re able to simply and lawlessly dictate to the U.S. Attorney and other law enforcement agencies to violate their oaths and public trust.

American’s have the right to force prosecution of Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice and loads of other violations against anyone breaking our laws.

We put people like Martha Stewart in prison for a whole lot less. Perhaps we need to force our officials to obey the laws they demand we live under. Clearly these officials deserve to face arrest, indictment, prosecution and punishment for their continuing criminal enterprise.

Perhaps we will at a minimum see a racketeering lawsuit against these criminals filed on behalf of citizens, legal immigrants and taxpayers that have been adversely impacted? The courts would have to grant an Injunction or Mandamus forcing them to comply with the law.

Chicago Parolee Identified As Dead Home Invader

UPDATE: 27 May 2010 No charges against elderly man who killed home invader
Chicago police News affairs says there will be no charges against the 80-year-old man who shot and killed a burglar who had broken into his West Side home.

Police questioned the homeowner for several hours after the early Wednesday morning shooting but released him without comment.

Family members and neighbors said the man was a Korean War veteran and his 83-year-old wife is a retired nurse. They said the couple have been married about 60 years and have lived in the same house on the 600 block of N. Sawyer Ave. for 40 years.

The man, his wife, and their 12-year-old great-grandson were all unharmed.

Chicago, IL—An 80 year-old Korean war veteran defended his elderly wife and 12 year-old grandson from a career criminal this morning that had invaded their home. The robber fired a shot at the victim who returned fire killing him.

The dead man was wearing a mask, and had socks over his hands to prevent leaving any fingerprints at the crime scene. He was armed with a .38 revolver.

The dead man is 29 year-old Anthony Nelson. Nelson was released from the Illinois department of corrections last December. He has an extensive rap sheet for drug and weapons violations.

Thankfully the elderly victim chose to ignore Chicago’s draconian gun ban and was able to protect himself and his family.

This justifiable shooting comes just as the Chicago Gun Ban’s legitimacy is being examined by the United States Supreme Court in the McDonald case. The ruling is expected to be handed down before the court’s summer recess in June. Legal experts seem to agree that the prohibition violates the constitution and will be struck down.

Mayor Richard M. Daley is unreasoably emotionally tied to the gun ban that only protects the likes of career criminals like Anthony nelson. The law has no impact on violent crime other than to enable it assuring criminals their victims have no ability to resist.

Barack Obama shares Daley’s hatred for gun rights and has voted against them in the Illinois legislature and the United States Senate. In an amazing paradox the Chicago Sun Times reported that the elderly victim was wearing a t-shirt with Obama Name and likeness on it.

Perhaps that information will find its way to the Whitehouse, where Obama can recognize that law abiding African-Americans disarmed by the gun ban are being slaughtered by vicious criminals every day. I doubt that our gun rights hating Socialist president cares.

Chicago Lawyer Says he’ll represent The 85 year-old homeowner for free!

Chicago, IL—High profile Chicago lawyer Joel Brodsky announced exclusively to Crimefile News that he’d take on the case of the 85 year-old Garfield Park man who killed a home invader this morning without charge if he’s arrested for violation of the city’s 30 year old gun ban.

Brodsky is the lawyer representing retired Bolingbrook police sergeant Drew Peterson on murder allegations.

Rare Day In Chicago, 85 year old home owner kills home invasion suspect!

Chicago, IL—An unidentified East Garfield Park elderly couple were awakened by an armed yet to be unidentified home invader at 5:20 A.M..

The 85 year-old unidentified male homeowner, apparently dared possess a handgun banned in the Windy City for 30 years. That gun of his became a lifesaver as he was able to stop the crime by killing the violent offender in what appears to be a Justifiable Homicide.

The Chicago police news affairs section had nothing to say beyond that the shooting was under investigation and arrests have not been made. They plan to provide an update sometime this evening.

The timing of this shooting coincides with the United States Supreme Court’s expected decision on the controversial gun ban. Legal experts have predicted that McDonald vs. City of Chicago would strike down the gun ban before the court’s summer recess in June.

Critics like Crimefile News have long ridiculed the law as un-Constitutional and ineffective. The law only impacts the law-abiding citizens of Chicago.

Chicago police superintendent Jody “J-Fled” Weis recently said the police are powerless and cannot control crime that happens inside homes. Apparently this is just another “inside Crime” where the public is on their own.

The big question’s here are, will they arrest the old couple and hold a Show Trial so other Chicagoans that crime victims that fight back can expect punishment along with a criminal record.

Phoenix, AZ—Details are scarce but A Squaw Peak Precinct officer has been gunned down near 19th Avenue and Thomas. One man is in custody at this hour.

Live in Chicago? Carrying a gun is a must.

Chicago, IL—The undermanned, outgunned and demoralized police department can barely protect themselves as they move from one bloody crime scene to another. Proactive policing is impossible in the Windy City as warm weather brings out a flood of predatory armed thugs, stalking prey.

The North side parks and beaches have seen a dramatic rise in racially motivated armed robberies, beatings, rapes and killings. The perpetrators are predominately African-American gang members prowling in wolf packs looking for vulnerable victims.

Going to Chicago’s parks especially in nice weather is simply too dangerous. If you must go and have the training bring a suitable large caliber gun and enough ammunition for multiple attackers. Going anywhere at all in Chicago without a meaningful way to protect yourself is crazy.

Chicago’s politicians spent a bundle of tax dollars on corrupt contracts to improve the park system but have not properly funded necessary policing there. The park system is reduced to nothing more than an attractive nuisance and fertile grounds for all manner of violent crime.

If you want to enjoy a fine park perhaps you should go to one of many wonderful places an hour or two’s drive from Chicago. There is the terrific Starved Rock State Park in Ottawa, Ill. You can rent inexpensive, romantic cabins there and enjoy wonderful meals at the main lodge. Nearby is a great public shooting range where you can keep up your self-defense skills.

Remember folks the clock is ticking until all of Barack Obama’s checks start bouncing and civil unrest make Chicago uninhabitable. That could only change if fed up Chicagoans, begin to use their second Amendment rights and refuse to be victims. The cowardly predators will quickly vanish rather than to face real resistance.

Remember if you shoot a scumbag no law requires you stay there or call the police. You have an absolute right and duty to yourself to remain silent.

Leave the scene collecting any and all weapons you can. If contacted by the police remember these four words, “I WANT A LAWER.”

Do not admit anything including being in fear for your life. Save that for your lawyer or a jury if they arrest you. Talking to police will almost guarantee your arrest. Silence is truly golden.

Deadly Mexican Heroin Threatens Users---So What!

Government officials are warning the nation’s heroin addicts of a deadly shipment of especially pure heroin that puts users down like bad dogs.

I despise drug laws and the Drug War because they have destroyed our once sacred Fourth Amendment and has cost taxpayers untold billions. I totally resent funding the Police State that the Drug War has created.

The only beneficiaries of the Drug War are the drug Lords and over-paid government Drug Czars.

An early and quick death for those pathetic humans that have hooked themselves of drugs is the best possible cure to their problems. I have seen so many families torn apart because of addicted and their foolishness.

Untold amounts of innocent people are killed in crossfire between cops, drug dealers and rival drug dealers. I have seen lives destroyed by bogus prosecutions of innocent people as well as the destructive raids on homes based on then lies of police snitches. Yes, cops have killed many innocent homeowners after raiding the wrong houses.

Along with all the police raid and drug dispute mayhem there are of course the millions of burglaries, armed robberies and associated murders committed by heroin addicts supporting their drug appetites.

Drug addicts are monkeys on the backs of taxpayers, their families and loved ones. The Drug War is an ugly stain on America that must end through legalization. Taxing illicit drugs will only create new opportunities for criminals and must not be allowed.

A good heroin addict is a dead heroin addict.

Gays In the Military

Washington, DC—It’s one thing to be in an all volunteer military since you made a choice of your own free will knowing the situations, danger and discomfort you may experience. You’ve made your own bed when you volunteered.

It’s completely different when you are conscripted for service in the draft like I was. I was forced to accept living in close quarters with petty criminals, chain smokers, drug users and people with poor hygiene. I’m sure there were Gays in my Army but the slightest manifestation of that trait brought swift punishment. In reality the Max Klinger character from MASH Gay or not would have been sent home as soon as he put on a dress.

When you serve in the military you lose all privacy as you are forced to shower and sleep in close proximity to people you find revolting. You are required to sleep with another man in a tiny pup tent. For the most part it is almost tolerable if the tent buddy is clean and heterosexual. It’s still too close than I’d like to be to any man.

Now the Gays will be free to flaunt their lifestyle, and troll for sex partners without interference. That could work only if they create segregated Gay only living arrangements. Gays have a right to exist and defend their country. I reserve the right to not live with them in confined quarters. I don’t see how the military will be able respect the rights of all involved. This is a bad idea when Gays can find other ways to serve their country.

If we have any expansion of war or outbreak the draft will resume. Gays were excused from serving without penalty. The same was never true for the heterosexual men. Had I been able to simply opt out of the draft I would have done so.

Somehow getting drafted and getting sent to Germany as a medical corpsman was a major adventure in my life. The medics were a better educated, better behaved and generally a better class of solider to serve with than the line troops. Medics also got star treatment from all combat soldiers. Being called “Doc” was an honor for me.
