Passengers with concealed carry licenses are about to make a serious impact on the CTA.

Thugs sought in CTA robbery

Chicago, IL—A federal judge just obliterated a portion of Illinois law that previously barred people with concealed weapon licenses from carrying them on public transportation. Now, thugs targeting innocent men and women on the CTA might find themselves on the wrong end of a gun. The tables have turned, and criminals may soon be the ones ending up in black rubber body bags.

Back in the day, when the CTA had its own plainclothes police force, and later when Chicago cops did undercover work on the CTA, the bodies of these thugs routinely piled up at the Cook County Morgue. It looks like history is about to repeat itself.  There were so many justifiable shootings politicians ordered the cops to only wear their uniforms so the offenders were not caught off guard.  Politicians knew that allowing that enforcement tactic to continue would ignite perilous racial tensions.

Chicago’s subway predators are now in for some well-deserved surprises. And this time, CTA’s video cameras will be there to capture every moment of karma in action. Given Chicago’s racial crime statistics, there’s no mystery who the offenders will be.

If a citizen has to defend themselves by pulling the trigger, they have no obligation to stick around or talk to the cops. The police will review the video footage and decide if the armed citizen was justified. They of course will want to chat with the citizen, but as the Rolling Stones said, "You can’t always get what you want!"

If you’re ever in this position, remember four simple words: "I want a lawyer." The police will seize your gun and send it to the crime lab for ballistics testing. If no charges are filed within a reasonable time, your gun will be returned. Smart citizens will already have a second gun ready, so they aren’t left defenseless during the process.

As for the mothers of the dead thugs, they shouldn’t expect any of those so-called “ghetto lottery” payouts the city hands out after police shootings. Even if the shootings are deemed egregious, but no charges are filed, no,lawsuits will will surface.  Do you need now worry that race hustling lawyer,  Ben Crump to show up unless there’s a fat payday in it for him.

Instead, these mothers should focus on guiding their troubled sons and daughters toward legitimate paths to success.

Fighting Crime on Public Transportation, Solutions

Los Angeles, CA— There is and has been a nasty siege of murder and violence on public transportation here in the City of Angels.  We have one party rule here that dictates law-enforcement policy.  Of course it is the left-wing, lunatic fringe with their very radical ideas.

In very recent years, people arrested for crimes are not put in jail pending court dispositions. Instead, they are simply cited and released on a promise to appear.  For most crimes, posting cash bail has ended.  Covid became an excuse to grant well beyond 100,000 convicts, early release from various prisons.  The impact from the insanity is obvious. people are dying as a direct result.

Criminals congregate On Subway cars and public buses, where unarmed, and vulnerable people must travel to pursue their livelihoods.  We learned that saturating public transportation with uniform officers is of little help.  The criminals simply avoid doing their deeds in front of those cops.

What we know works, is putting undercover officers as bait inviting violent criminals to attack.  Since in an urban area like Los Angeles most of the criminals are those so-called, people of color.  It’s not about skin color but a very violent, bankrupt and cruel culture.

Since these criminal’s hunt and attack their victims so quickly, undercover officers have no choice, but to employ deadly force to stop the attacks.  You guessed it, the cops justifiably and necessarily wind up killing these violent predators.

In my younger days as a Chicago police officer the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) had its own plain clothes police department of 200 men.  None of them wore uniforms.  However, the Chicago Police Department at that time had 14,000 sworn members.

What happened was that the small CTA police force wound up killing more criminals than the entire Chicago Police Department.  Virtually all the criminals killed were black.  Statistically on paper this did not look good.  The politicians put the CTA police in uniform.  They were also supplemented by the Mass Transportation Unit of uniformed Chicago Police.

Crime on public transportation increased exponentially. The number of criminals killed on public transportation dropped to virtually zero.  However, the deaths of innocent people victimized by the criminals increased dramatically.  In the end, the dead criminals became far more important than the people they were killing.  The solution dictated by the politicians placated the minorities but did not help the victims one bit.

I suppose if they put a uniform armed cops on every bus and train car that would make a difference.  The taxpayers simply can’t afford that kind of protection.  Additionally, police radios are blocked out on most subway trains leaving the officers unable to summon help.

The politicians know that if they allow law abiding people to enjoy their Second Amendment rights to conceal firearms, the violence will increase a bit until the criminals quickly learned they’d be leaving public transportation in black rubber coroner’s bags.  Is that kind of a solution so bad after all?

The rehabilitation of criminals is nothing more than a wild myth.  The only thing that slows down criminals is when they get too old.  Young, aggressive criminals must be kept off the street until they are too old and slow to harm anyone.  Our politicians understand only too well that those culturally deprived, people of color can’t control their behavior.  That is why blacks are so hyper-represented in prison populations.  Our misguided politicians much prefer to create crime solutions, as long as they don’t work.

There you have it folks, the truth.  If you want to be safe, you’re going to have to simply avoid public transportation at all costs in those large urban areas that are run by radical Democrats.  BLM should change their initials to BCLM, Black Criminal’s Lives Matter.

Rebecca Grossman, Her Double Murder Conviction May be Void After All.

Van Nuys, CA—LA County Superior Court Judge, Joseph A. Brandolino will most certainly be dealing with an unwelcome can of worms that may void the double murder conviction of Socialite, Rebecca Grossman.  She was recently convicted in the deaths of 11-year-old Mark Iskander and his 8-year-old brother, Jacob killed in a violent traffic accident.  Right now Grossman is still  awaiting sentencing.

The question of serious Jury Misconduct has come to my attention and some members of that jury have some explaining to do.  Since I specialize in criminal defense investigation and have 50 years experience, I know exactly where the bones are buried. This will certainly upset the apple cart and force a new trial.  What I can’t predict is, a second jury’s verdict.

When Grossman wins a new trial she must be released on bail once again pending the new trial’s disposition.

Grossman is due to appear in a Van Nuys courtroom on May 17 @8:30 AM.

The horrible Cold Case of a Murdered/Missing child in Phoenix, AZ.

Phoenix, AZ--A sad story I worked on two decades ago.  My investigation was funded by the Disney owned TV show called,  The Crusaders, Two tender aged twin boys with sadistic monsters for parents were victims of epic abuse and torture. One child vanishes after a severe beating and the other is cruelly beaten until a court takes him away for his own safety in Boise, ID where the parents relocated.

The mother was finally arrested and convicted for felony child abuse against the surviving brother of that lad became my client.  The man who prosecuted Charleen showed me the heartbreaking photos of the surviving twins injuries as tears flowed down his cheeks. Today Walter hose is deceased and Charleen Hose is institutionalized for dementia. The boys's remains have never been located.

Reporter Donna Rossi from KPHO in Phoenix revisited this nightmare with Montana private investigator Michael Toth.

Posters Cause Liberals to Panic In West Hollywood

I
West Hollywood, CA--This Morning inhabits of this predominately Gay city woke up this morning seeing these Shoot Back posters everywhere.  The send a strong and solid message of resistance to the horror show we now call, The Pulse Nightclub Massacre.

Reaction of panicked local politicians was quick as they ordered city workers to immediately remove them.  The politicians told the media that the posters were way out of character for their residents and sent the “wrong” message.  Wow!  I must ask if they are they really that candyassed?
I know a lot of Gays, and yes they tend to be Liberal, but on the issue of self-defense they are divided.  There is a large pro-gunfights organization, The Pink Pistols that supports, protects and defends the simple words of the Second Amendment.  They have not lost their sense of self-preservation.

What I’m horrified about is these same gunrights hating Gays demand that first responders place their lives on the line protecting them from harm!  I ask, why bother when these fools are so unwilling to protect themselves or each other!

How brainwashed are these people that they have lost all instinct for simple survival. Gays have been the target of countless hate crimes and murders.  They are vulnerable and deserve protection but everyone has a responsibility to resist criminals, bullies and terrorists!

My Gay friends are just that, my friends. I want then safe and free from harm.  That has to begin with their own sense of survival and desire to live.

The police don’t have the manpower to begin to protect Americans from attacks by terrorists.  They will respond in time to clean up the mess. I implore my Gay friends to get firearms and the necessary training because their lives may depend upon that.

Latest UCLA Coed Murder Court Report

Andrea "Andy" DelVesco, UCLA coed Murder Victim
Dimitry Gorim represented Alberto Medina

 Steven Cron represented Eric Marques
Los Angeles, CA—This was the initial appearance bail hearing for the two men arrested for killing Andrea “Andy” DelVesco.
It began with an announcement by the judge that there would be no photography, video or sketching in court.   Additionally that much of the evidence offered by the DA was privately discussed in judicial chambers and would be sealed.
Both defendants had top gun, privately retained defense lawyers.  Dimitry Gorim represented Alberto Medina and Steven Cron represented Eric Marques.   Hiring these lawyers involves paying a very large retainer up front.
Only a partial story was revealed by the prosecutor and many more questions remained unanswered.  These are simply allegations rather than proof.
Words never uttered in this proceeding were drugs, witness tampering or revenge killing.
For the blow-by-blow description I made a quick iPhone video that I hope provides a window into the courtroom.

What I’ve Learned So Far About the UCLA Coed’s Murder Case.

Los Angeles, CA—I took an early interest in the case because of my closeness to past and present UCLA students and alumni.
It was about 7:00 AM when LAFD emergency vehicles came screaming to the Scene midblock at 10900 Roebling adjacent to the UCLA Campus.
It was a lucky break that some of the students there were awakened by screams and fellow residents were up trying to combat the fire with a fire extinguisher on the first floor, Eastern side of the complex.
That was the residence of UCLA Spanish and Psychology major, Andrea “Andy” DelVesco.   Andy was an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.
Some of the more observant kids present were able to tell the firemen that Andy was unaccounted for and they began an aggressive search.  They found Andy badly burned and beyond all medical aid.  Some 30 firefighters were able to contain the blaze within ten minutes.
Thankfully no others suffered injuries considering this was early when the complex residents would normally be asleep.  Without early discovery by neighbors and and LAFD intervention this could have been a tragic holocaust.
Soon UCLA police and members of the LAPD determined that this was an arson fire that was set to cover up a murder.  Ignorant criminals often believe setting their crime scenes on fire will destroy evidence and make detection more difficult.  More often this creates even more evidence that will snare the criminals.  This would prove to be one of those cases.

Police quickly notified Andy’s parents, Art and Leslie DelVesco in Austin, TX.  They wasted no time, jumping on the next flight to L.A.  I can’t imagine the horror they are still reeling from and the devastation to their close-knit family.
Police did what cops do these days.  They quickly learned about the recent felony drug possession for sale arrest of Andy and discovered she was cooperating with authorities to curry favor possibly evading a ruined life with a felony conviction and prison term.
It’s obvious to me that the arresting agency (UCLA Police Department) dropped the ball badly here and failed to protect their indentured informant.
Police also obtained Andy’s computer and cellphone.  They’d also get search warrants to capture every possible communication records from her ISP, Email and phone providers.  That of course gave them a shopping list of potential suspects to investigate.
Once they zeroed in on obvious involved characters their cell phone and emails would be captured via search warrants and analyzed too.
Police released the crime scene on September 21.  However curiously on the afternoon of the 23rd they returned with a search warrant spending the next 30 hours sifting through the debris for evidence.
On September 27 police got a break in the case that gave them probable cause to arrest 22 year-old Alberto Medina who is a pre-psychology and social work major at Fresno State University. That also gave police the ability to obtain search warrants for his cars and residences.  Fresno police acting on a request from the LAPD took Medina down and into custody during a felony stop on the street without incident.
It was learned that Medina was a Member go the Lambada Chi Alpha Fraternity but was expelled over some bad behavior.

That in turn led police back to the Westwood UCLA Campus.  On the evening of September 27 an LAPD SWAT team raided the nearby Strathmore Regency Apartments arresting 22 year-old Eric Marques for murder too. Needless to say they used a search warrant to locate and seize evidence from his apartment.
Like Andy and Alberto Medina, Eric Marquez had a promising future.  He was a pre-med biology UCLA student.
On September 28, police felt they could announce their arrests to the media without comprising the investigation.
What remains to be told is more about the motive and the various informants and witnesses that were involved. One life senselessly snuffed out and two others that will unlikely ever taste their freedom again.
Because of the nature of the kinds of drugs seized from Andy by police last June it’s apparent at least to me that the drug ring was catering to Rave Festivals and such.
I have to ask when will we learn that the Drug War and the huge profits it generates are far more evil than the drugs themselves.  How many more lives will be lost or destroyed before we understand treating the addicted is far cheaper and better than the constant violence the Drug Was creates?
In the meantime we will be waiting and watching as this nightmare unfolds in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Arrests Were Made In UCLA Coed Andrea “Andy” DelVesco’s Murder!

I'm
Los Angeles, CA—Students will be sleeping easier tonight after police announced the arrests of two 22-year old Hispanic men for killing Andrea "Andy" DelVesco.
Alberto Madina and Eric Marquez are in custody at the Van Nuys Jail.
This is sure to be a “special circumstance” case meaning prosecutors can ask for the death Penalty.
Yet to be offered by police is the motive however the drug selling connection is sure to be playing a part in this investigation.

the DelVesco girl and her two alleged killers showed promise as students of making great contributions to our world.  However now we have three young lives destroyed because of our insane Drug War.  How many more killings must we tolerate until we end this madness? We need to redirect our efforts to treat thoes addicted.
