We must stop the Trump assassination conspiracy coverup in its tracks!

Washington, DC—Breaking news: Kimberly A. Cheatle has announced her resignation as the Director of the Secret Service.  

I am convinced that Thomas Matthew Crooks was not acting alone. It cannot be a coincidence that Crooks’ deadly movements were facilitated and enabled by the Biden/Harris-led Secret Service.

This assassination attempt must be investigated by anyone other than the FBI due to their massive conflict of interest. The FBI has been relentlessly pursuing politicized and baseless charges against former President Trump for at least seven years. The FBI is part of the problem and may even be complicit in this attempted assassination.

As a seasoned criminal investigator, I call for funding to assemble a team to examine this effort to murder Donald Trump. There are witnesses and others who know exactly what happened. They should be speaking to Donald Trump’s lawyers and investigators instead of the FBI or Secret Service.

If you know something, speak up to anyone but the Biden/Harris-controlled FBI, Secret Service, or their fake news propaganda outlets.

Our Broken System of Criminal Justice by Paul Huebl

Los Angeles, CA--Due process and our dubious criminal justice system is really not doing well.  

Exonerations are on the rise as exhaustive post conviction investigations expose police, crime lab or prosecutorial misconduct. 

It takes decades to expose wrongful convictions as these victims rot in our prisons. 

This is not about reducing the penalties that criminals deserve.  This is about pure and simple justice and fairness.  

Prosecutors have been given excessive powers in recent years that they nearly always abuse.  Juries almost never hear about the checkered backgrounds of witnesses and so-called victims. The backgrounds of the accused however are nearly always disclosed.  

We routinely convict people in circumstantial cases where the jury guesses guilt or innocence.   If a jury has to guess, that should dictate an acquittal but that’s just not how it works.  

I have worked with the best and worst lawyers.  Even lawyers considered to be excellent, too often overlook or simply dismiss important evidence.  Egos too often obstruct otherwise good lawyers.  It’s a human reality. 

Usually but not always money buys a better legal defense.  

Defense investigation makes or breaks achieving justice.  Unfortunately the vast majority of people practicing that occupation are incredibly unqualified.  They couldn’t find their asses with both hands and a flashlight. 

Too many private investigators spend their time plagiarizing the more attractive websites of their competitors! The formal training of cops in every discipline of evidence collection, interviews, interrogations along with the sciences and use of today’s sweeping computer data is just not generally available in kind to private investigators.

Without real due process and fair trials we are no better than dispensing a form of Fake Justice.  

We need to keep juries far away from Google, Fake News and those outside influences.  However that’s absolutely impossible in this day and age.  

This is not a Liberal-Conservative issue.  This is about what might happen to you or a loved one.

I seriously want to find employment in Germany, The Netherlands or Switzerland.  If I found employment I’d relocate in a heartbeat.  Anything in film making, journalism, tourism, firearms training, security and investigation would be just fine.

Andrew Breitbart’s Autopsy Report Lacks Important Answers and Raises More Questions

Los Angeles, CA—The untimely death of Conservative blogger, Andrew Breitbart the night before he claimed to be releasing bombshell evidence that would derail Obama’s reelection campaign is beyond suspicious.

I interviewed witness Christopher Lasseter who saw Beritbart cross the street from the Brentwood, step onto a curb and, “drop like a sack of potatoes.” Breitbart collapsed on the sidewalk in front of the Starbucks. Civilians, cops and paramedics treated him at the scene. He was then transported to and pronounced dead at the UCLA Medical Center in nearby Westwood.

Lasseter went on to describe Breitbart’s clothing down to his high-end Converse sneakers. Lasseter was not familiar with Breitbart or his background. Lasseter was there walking his dog and became involved with the attempt to follow a 911 operator’s instructions to save the dying man’s life.

I asked Lasseter specifically about Breitbart’s skin color and he said it was “bright red.” That bothered me because as an Army medical corpsman I knew that most heart attack victims turned blue.

I quickly got on the telephone to Palo Alto, California with one of the most respected vascular surgeons in the nation, Tej Singh, MD and asked him about that revelation. I also informed the physician that Breitbart was was consuming wine just before he died.

Dr. Singh reminded me that wine was a vascular dilator and enough of it would turn Breitbart’s skin red. He went on to tell me about Japanese men that drink lots of wine and suffer heart attacks. It’s all too common to see their skin turn red.

The shock of the Breitbart autopsy report is that Beritbart had a blood-alcohol concentration in his blood of .04, which is minimal. Why then was Breitbart’s skin bright red?

Poisons like cyanide, or carbon monoxide are known for turning skin red. There are poisons that can be criminally delivered orally, or through skin that mimic heart attacks, but for the condition of cyanosis where the skin turns blue. Some of these poisons have been in the arsenal of our CIA for decades. The reality is they cannot be detected by normal toxicology testing.

There have been cases where physicians have been convicted of murdering people with such drugs despite the ability of medical examiners to discover the toxins used to kill.

The Los Angeles Coroner released a statement, a preliminary report of their opinion of the cause of Beritbart’s death. They say the 43 year-old suffered a heart attack and they don’t suspect foul play.

It was Breitbart that brought down ACORN, a billion dollar criminal organization that was involved in massive vote fraud efforts that helped Obama get elected for his first term. ACORN lost millions of additional government funds because Breitbart exposed tem to the world for what they were.

There is no question that Breitbart was a target of concern and hate by people inside and supporters of the Obama Administration. Silencing Breitbart had to be high priority for anyone with a serious financial stake in Obama’s reelection. It’s safe to say people were gunning for this man who already inflicted tremendous damage to the campaign.

I’m having a hard time buying the suggestion that this young man simply had a heart attack considering his “big” announcement never materialized. Breitbart was silenced and those connected to ACORN and the Obama Administration had motive, means and opportunity to kill their nemesis.

Did an ACORN Operative Murder Andrew Breitbart?

Los Angeles, CA—Conservative blogger, Andrew Breitbart cost ACORN as much as $1 billion after exposing this criminal enterprise organization’s activities.

ACORN was mired in massive vote fraud shenanigans in their successful-win at any cost effort to elect Barack Obama.

Obama directed massive taxpayer handouts to ACORN in return. However Congress obstructed that effort when Andrew Breitbart published hidden video of routine government loan fraud by ACORN staffers.

ACORN wound up shuttering offices and quickly restructuring their assets.

The former community organizer, Barack Obama and ACORN were always joined at the hip. Obama is vital to ACORN’s survival.

Andrew Breitbart was reportedly only hours away from releasing embarrassing videotapes of Barack Obama. The timing of Breitbart’s death is beyond suspect.

That kind of money in the hands of the ACORN criminal enterprise can easily facilitate an assassination of nearly anyone. Breitbart had to be at the very top of their enemy list.

Now the political extreme Left in America is desperate as their Messiah has an approval rating far below that required for reelection.

ACORN has redundantly proven that they will resort to major felony crimes in the course of their business. What’s a little murder?

It was beyond laughable when authorities quickly branded Breitbart’s death as “natural causes” without an attending physician’s statement. Breitbart's body had not yet cooled before they passed judgment.

The LAPD and the Medical examiner must look carefully at the facts here and look for any signs of foul play.

There are drugs available to mimic more than one natural death. Some of those drugs escape detection of the normal toxicology examinations. ACORN has nearly limitless assets for their nefarious activities.

Americans must make sure that this death is properly investigated and cover-ups are not tolerated.

Horrifying Double Murder Challenges The Paradise Valley Arizona Police Department

Paradise Valley, AZ—In this tranquil and upscale community crime is rare. The people here generally have wealth and in our faltering economy burglaries and home invasions are bound to increase. As bank robber Willie Sutton once answered a reporter asking him why he robbed banks, “It’s where the money is!”

Today gold, gems and a simple set of silver flatware will fetch record prices. Most people use banks and credit cards and don’t keep much cash on hand.

The police department here is comprised of 25 sworn and certified officers. This department has a history of incompetence and became a place for otherwise unemployable cops fired from other agencies. This was the case in the 70's, 80's and 90's.

I don’t want to leave anyone with that impression today because the troubled officers for the most part have faded off into the sunset with their substandard supervisors and chiefs.

Commander Alan Laitsch has been around a long time and has proven himself to be contentious and professional in every respect.

There is a problem though and that is no fault of any current officer, it’s that they just don’t have experience with murder or shooting investigations in this promised land.

Paradise Valley has simply turned their police into a revenue robot traffic camera extortion racket that rakes in the cash. The first and foremost purpose of the department is generating revenue.

This agency also monitors resident’s burglar alarms and provides a vacation watch. Of course they do have burglaries and occasional vandalism. The clear up rate for these crimes is low in every community.

Glenna and Lawrence Shapiro was a lovely couple enjoying their golden years doting on their children and grand children. The couple have been married forever and shared their good fortune and wealth with several charities. All good things come from better education and Stanford’s School of Medicine did not fail Lawrence in that regard.

A follow-up investigation to a torched automobile belonging to the Shapiro’s led police to the couple’s Paradise Valley Home. The home was on fire and the couple was found bound and burned beyond recognition.

The Maricopa County Medical Examiner has not formally identified the bodies and has been diligently trying to determine the exact cause of death.

There’s little doubt that last moments of the Shapiro’s lives was as frightening as it gets. The sadistic animals responsible for this need to be removed from the streets or this will not be their last crime.

Paradise Valley Police reportedly have obtained the help of the FBI, Secret Service and US Marshall’s service. That’s not enough. What’s needed is a crack team of big city homicide detectives where there are a lot of homicides.

There is another problem with this case and that is wealthy people have different issues than the residents of a large crime ridden city where the homicide victims tend to be poor.

Investigation of the Shapiro murders is going to require a massive paper investigation to determine just how and why this couple was targeted. Somehow I doubt seriously this was a random crime.

It will prove interesting if the killer/s used any of the couple’s credit cards. Many savvy criminals dump cards in places, were they can be found and used by petty crooks to throw investigators off their scent. The fact that the Secret Service is involved is a sure sign the cards were believed to be used after the couple was murdered since this organization is well known for their prowess at investigation of credit card fraud. Bringing in the US Marshall's Service suggests to me that someone thinks a federal fugitive is somehow involved.

I have to say that I can’t imagine the heartbreak this crime has brought a lovely family.

This crime is solvable.

Gun Registration is no Crime Fighting Tool

Los Angeles, CA—As the Golden state can’t pass a budget, pay its bills or keep dangerous convicts in their prisons, lawmakers want to expand gun registration to all rifles and shotguns. The simple but important question is about any value of registration itself.

State and local registration are duplicating provisions of the 1968 Gun Control Act that required every gun dealer in the United States to record sales information for every transaction. Guns are traced on request of any police agency anyway. Buying a firearm is a complicated process and for many years the FBI has been conducting background investigations on each and every prospective gun buyer at the point of sale.

The proponents of registration claim it’s a needed investigative tool for police. In my 40 years inside the criminal justice system I can tell you that criminals simply don’t leave guns behind at crime scenes. If a gun is found at a crime scene it was seized from the suspect.

We do know that criminals never register their firearms. They are not required by law to do so. Crazy, you say? On two occasions the United States Supreme Court has held that requiring people prohibited by law from possessing firearms to fill out registration applications violates their rights against self-incrimination. They can’t be prosecuted for failure to register!

Some suggest that stolen guns are discovered and returned to the rightful owners. The only way to discover if a gun is stolen is when the owner reports the crime to police. Any person in their right mind who has failed or simply refused to register a firearm won’t report its theft for fear of being prosecuted. Registration is counterproductive to that end.

There are those that think ballistic samples taken and stored from each firearm will somehow solve crimes. That’s never worked in the few places it’s been tried. That’s truly an impossible mission with an astronomical price tag.

When a gun used at a crime is seized from a suspect sometimes it can be matched to projectiles or casings found at a crime scene. That’s the only practical way ballistics examinations help to solve crimes. Police still have to prove that the suspect fired the gun and the shooting was not somehow justifiable.

Registration has genuine value in giving a totalitarian government a list of addresses where doors of citizens can be kicked down and their ability to resist government tyranny can be defeated.

Gun registration is an expensive and yet useless way of fighting crime or keeping firearms out of the hands of criminals. Repealing of existing gun registration laws will give financially strapped government agencies and their taxpayer’s instant relief.

Risky Kung Fu Sex Killed David Carradine

Bangkok-This is the premier sex playground of the world. Popular actor, David Carradine was found dead, hanging in a hotel closet suspended by his neck and genitals.

The cause of death was from accidental affixation, due to a deadly phenomenon known as auto erotic affixation. This is where a person usually a man masturbates using wires or ropes to deprive him of oxygen. Pathologists tell me that it gives the practitioner of this form of sex an extra kick.

As always happens, close friends and relatives want to protect the decedent from the horror and embarrassment of this kind of disclosure. They refuse to accept the findings of forensic experts that investigate these cases.

I have investigated many of these cases as a cop and later a private eye. I’ve never seen a medical examiner proven wrong on these unusual deaths.

Millions of dollars are paid every year to investigators and “experts” to manufacture findings that will contradict the salacious gossip of what may be considered an act of perversion.

Murder or suicide is always more acceptable to families than a seemingly darker truth. Human sex is far too complicated for even the experts to understand. Humans develop their own personal triggers for this mysterious gift. Human sexual organs did not come with instruction books. I’ve learned to accept that we are all different and provided that nobody is injured or traumatized some of these acts get far more voyeuristic attention than they deserve.

For the Carradine family I feel for their loss. David Carradine should be remembered for his talents and ability to entertain rather than a private act gone wrong. The Carradine family is rich with great talent, memories and success.
