Chicago’s Magnificant Mile is Under Siege and Very Dangerous. Stay Away!

Chicago, IL—The Windy City is under siege.  Tourists, residents and workers are constantly under attack by violent predators.  The victims are almost exclusively White.  The predators are exclusively African-American.  Chicago has been a breeding ground for a bankrupt, dangerous and violent culture that has devoured African-Americans.

Let me make myself clear.  This is not about genetic deficiencies or the color of skin.  This is about a culture that was adopted, nurtured and encouraged over many generations.   This was and is simply just another diabolical and insidious form genocide designed to destroy the Black race.

Chicago’s politicians here have created this culture by encouraging African Americans to remain ignorant, totally dependent and completely void of any family values.  

Through entitlements, tolerance of violence, generally bad behavior and acceptance of educational failure Chicago has created this cultural monster.  It’s frightening and incredibly expensive for businesses and taxpayers.  This phenomenon must be dealt with but instead it’s ignored.

In yet another stunning example this state of affairs a peaceful family gathered to enjoy the Festival of Lights Celebration and quiet dinner inside the Westin Hotel on Michigan Avenue. 

The horror began inside the restroom where a recently paroled career criminal 56 year-old, Jimmy Harris attacked stabbing and slashing his victim, an Oakbrook, IL physician.    The bloody victim tried to flee from Harris and the struggle continued outside of the bathroom.  A bartender from the restaurant tried to intervene but was also was stabbed by Harris. 

Harris was eventually located and arrested by police who charged him with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery with intent to do great bodily harm and aggravated unlawful restraint.

The victims were transported to the hospital for some lifesaving care and will definitely receive huge medical bills very soon.  Thankfully they survived.

Chicago’s gun bans to not protect the innocent by keeping them disarmed and defenseless.  Chicagoans have the right to keep and bear arms only on paper because the local politicians have hijacked the Bill of Rights.  

Anyone carrying a firearm for needed protection from criminals such as Harris are simply arrested, unmercifully punished and given a criminal record for the rest of their lives.   They also lose their business licenses and future employment opportunities because of the public record.

Chicago’s politicians have squandered billions on wasteful programs designed only to enrich their campaign contributions.  They have let the Chicago Police Department become underfunded, under-armed, ineffective and largely irrelevant.   

I have to beg the question, how can Chicago thrive under it’s current politicians?  Chicago’s government has taxed businesses far beyond extortionate levels. They have made safe travel into the city impossible and parking insanely expensive.  The Miracle Mile is all but on life support.

The City of Chicago refuses to protect its citizens and visitors and then refuses to let them protect themselves.  Chicago can become a ghost town like Detroit or simply get smart. 

As for those law-abiding people still living in Chicago they need to place their safety far above those un-Constitutional gun bans.  They need to get training and then carry firearms on their person so they can protect themselves and families.   They also need to leave the scenes of any shootings for their own safety and NOT talk to or cooperate with police. 

There is no law requiring the reporting of a shooting like we have for automobile accidents.  Americans have an absolute right to remain silent and that silence cannot be used against them in court.  Juries can’t be told you did not report the shooting or talk with police.

The rank and file cops have to simply ignore enforcement of the gun bans and avoid locating or arresting anyone that has used, or more commonly threatened deadly force in self-defense.

Chicago’s politicians have gone the wrong direction for decades and will never change their ways.  The citizens however must stand up to Tyranny or be swallowed by it.

A summer adventure for Cops, Lawyers, Judges, History Buffs, and Reporters

Germany—People involved in the law, courts and justice need so see what’s not taught in law school. They need to see how the law can quickly go wrong even in a sophisticated and civilized society.

Under National Socialism, justice was perverted into a filmed spectator sport where capital punishment for even minor resistance to government became acceptable and frequent.

I’ve spent decades inside the criminal justice system. I have always wondered where the line is drawn for determining just when justice becomes Judicial Tyranny. Trust me it’s not easy to figure out unless of course you’re the victim justice gone wrong.

My visits to Germany have taken me to some very infamous places deep inside Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Nuremberg.

It is shocking and indeed moving to stand where the authorities were criminals dispensing their justice under color of law. To say these visits were life changing is an understatement. For lawyers, judges and those working in and around or courts, what’s past is prologue.

This trip is not about the Holocaust but rather how the Nazis treated German non-Jews that spoke out against the Nazi police state. Jews were stripped of their citizenship and were not entitled to even Nazi Due Process. The German citizen turned in by a neighbor was in for some real horror at the People's Court. Government propaganda made people believe that the accused citizens would be treated fairly. Americans today are grossly ignorant of just how the Nazi dictatorship manipulated the truth and easily fooled the public.

You will meet Judge Roland Friesler, President of the People’s Court shown above. He was a former Communist who embraced National Socialism. Frisler can be seen in action in many videos on YouTube.

This horrible man was killed during an allied bombing raid in 1944. Rather than seek refuge in the shelter he was trying to gather and protect the files of the defendants being tried before his court.

Unfortunately Frisler is alive and presiding in courtrooms all over the world including our own. Every practicing lawyer has seen Frisler in one form or another.

I want to lead a small tour to Germany to the actual sites of Nazi administered Judicial Tyranny.

The criminal trials of the Third Reich all involved career cops investigating the reports of busybody snitches. They established probable cause for some wartime anti-terrorism violation arresting their suspects.

Torture was not used except in major conspiracy cases. The cops made detailed reports and forwarded the cases to Nazi prosecutors that filed formal complaints in The People's Court.

The accused had a right to an appointed attorney that functioned as a bearer of bad news to the accused.

A public trial was held and the prosecution always won. Death sentences were handed down for trivial anti-Nazi offenses using wartime as an excuse.

The fixed trials were well documented and the sham appeal process was really quick. Nazi Justice was very swift.

The Third Reich’s executioners were very buzy.

Sippenshaft Justice: That German word translates to Kin Liability. This was a Nazi tool of collective punishment used primarily after the Stauffenberg July 20, 1944 failed bomb plot. Relatives those accused of crimes against the Reich often were executed or imprisoned. Nina Von Stauffenberg was sent to Ravensbrück concentration camp and her children were renamed and placed in an orphanage.

Today this great nation celebrates human rights and is a terrific friend of America. The food here is as good as it gets with sweets to die for. This also calls for a river cruise with wine, cheese grapes and breathtaking views. German nightlife is really exciting. You'll find elegance, entertainment and lots of fun.


Places on the proposed agenda:

1. Munich: Here we would visit the University and the Stadleheim Prison. This is about the students and teachers who made up the White Rose. That group simply created and passed out leaflets critical of the Third Reich government. Sophie Scholl was just 21 years old when she was arrested, tried, convicted and beheaded within four days. We will visit the places here where Adolph Hitler brought National Socialism into the world’s spotlight. The Dachau Concentration Camp is near Munich where many resisters or there spouses were sent for punishment.

2. Frankfurt: Here was the site of the second major war crimes trial after the Nazi government fell.

3. Berlin's Bendlerblock German Resistance Memorial Center: This great city is the location of the German Resistance Museum dedicated to the victims of judicial Tyranny. It is the site of the firing squad executions of Colonel Claus Van Stauffenberg and the other conspirators that tried to stop Hitler in the Wolf’s Lair Bombing. Here you can learn about 5000 people murdered in the name of the law. The pictures, stories and actual Nazi court documents are all here for your inspection.

4. Berlin’s Plotzensee Prison Memorial: Here you can see the execution chamber where at least 5000 German citizens were either beheaded or hanged on piano wire. On a single night in this room nearly 300 men and women were placed in a line for their turn on the wire.

5. 8 Prinz Albrecht Street Gestapo and SS Headquarters building: Only a small portion of this infamous structure is left. Next to the remains is a new museum, the Topography of Terror Documentation Center dedicated to exposing this dreaded Homeland Security organization. They have thousands of photographs and 12 years of police related reports for viewing. Here you can learn about turning neighborhood busybodies and your own children into snitches.

6. Berlins People’s Court: allied bombing destroyed this courthouse that took the life of the court’s President, Roland Frisler in 1944. Today the beautiful Sonny Center stands there with many wonderful restaurants and great stores. There is a simple brass marker at the court’s former entrance.

7. Berlin’s Spandau Prison: The actual prison is a closed supermarket but there are a significant number of buildings of this military complex of similar architecture. This is of course where the imprisoned war criminals such as Rudolph Hess and Albert Speer were held for decades after the war.

8. Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum: The Nazi regime felt the need for preventative detention of political dissidents in 1936 so that visitors to the Olympic Games would see no signs of resistance. They quickly rounded up their detractors and interred them in this concentration camp near Berlin. This place housed all manner of misfit, criminals, homosexuals and the racially rejected. More than 200,000 people were detained here until it was liberated in 1945. Needless to say tens of thousands did not survive incarceration here. The Soviets quietly continued using the facility for their own agenda for years after the war.

9. Nuremberg: Here is where the Nazis promulgated their race laws, outlawing Jews and stripping them of their citizenship. This is also where the Hall of Justice that was the scene of the first and largest War Crimes Trial. Also here is that stadium where Adolph Hitler addressed thousands in a military display of might.

To do this right I’d plan on about ten days. Many will want to explore other German or European cities and can do so once this tour is concluded.

I would also shoot a broadcast quality video of our adventures that would be distributed to everyone on this tour.

Germany’s Nazi History Let’s Plan a Summer Tour!

Berlin, Germany—During a major crisis of unemployment, massive national debt and starvation two political parties, Communism and National Socialism fought for power. Their plans to redistribute wealth and control private enterprise, was identical to what Karl Marx envisioned. We know the National Socialists or the Nazis won that political battle.

The Nazi leader, Adolph Hitler had secret plans to capitalize on the unpopularity of Jews and others to the point of mass murder. So began a 12 year administration of terror, corruption and mass murder. Before it was over six million people mostly Jews were annihilated by this criminal regime. What they never talk about is that the Nazis were also directly responsible for the deaths of nine million good Germans.

What’s amazing was the rise to absolute power of a man who was considered a great new progressive world leader. He was a man who’d grace the cover of our own Time Magazine as, “Man of the Year”, Adolph Hitler. Hitler exists today in every nation. He’s waiting to get absolute power from naive people that love and trust him. Hitler will rise again to unleash more horror if we don’t stop him.

We must always remember, what’s past is Prologue.

I had the pleasure to live in Germany during my military obligation during the Viet Nam War. I’ve also been back several times since. I speak German and know my way around this beautiful country.

Over the decades, I have studied Nazis, Hitler and the Third Reich carefully out of a morbid curiosity of trying to learn how a nation would allow tyranny to rule.
Frankly, I still have more questions than answers. I only know this can and will happen again.

This criminal/political phenomenon is amazing to say the least. It is an intriguing study to say the least. I’m in the planning stages of organizing a tour in Germany of people that want to devote three weeks to visit the historical sites of the Third Reich.

The trip must begin in Munich, the site of the deadly and failed, November 8th 1923, Beer Hall Putsch where it all began it must end in Nuremberg where Nazi war criminals were tried and hanged.

The must see locations are in or near Berlin, Munich, Nuremberg, and Obersalzberg.

The sites include:

The 8 Prinz Albert Street, Berlin headquarters of the Gestapo and SS operations where investigations, began that included torture and ended in a trip to the People’s Court. A terror museum stands there today next to the ruins of the original building.

Berlin’s German Resistance Museum is located at the Bendlerblok. This place is dedicated to the thousands of Germans murdered by the Reich for resisting Hitler and National Socialism. This is the site where Col. Claus Von Stauffenberg worked and plotted Hitler’s assassination attempt of July 20, 1944. It is also the site where he and his co-conspirators were put before a firing squad.

The Sony Center site is the location where the People’s Court tried and condemned Germans to death for trivial things such as passing out anti-Hitler leaflets. Here you will learn about Judicial Tyranny and the ringmaster of the People’s Court, Dr.Roland Friesler.

Berlin’s Plotzensee Prison’s death chamber memorial is where the men and women that resisted the Nazis were beheaded or hanged on piano wire. In just a single night nearly 300 people were hanged in this somewhat small room.

The beautiful Lake Wansee Villa is where in 1942, 15 elite Nazis gathered to formulate the Holocaust over a two-hour luncheon that was documented in a captured stenographer’s transcript.

The site of the Spandau Prison is where Nazi war criminals who escaped hanging served lesser sentences they were given at the Nuremberg tribunals. Rudoph Hess was the last prisoner held here until he hanged himself in 1989.

The University of Munich is where the group known as The White Rose met and distributed leaflets. Dr Roland Friesler flew in from Berlin to preside over their trial. Among the murdered was 21 year old Sophie Scholl who along whith her brother Hans Scholl and their friend, Christoph Probst who were beheaded at the Stadleheim Prison.

The Memorial Site for Dachau Concentration Camp is also near Munich.
The remains or the Berghoff and the Eagle’s Nest high in the mountains at Obersalzberg are where Hitler commanded his Total War. The view here is breathtaking to say the least.

Nurnberg Hall of Justice where the primary Nazi war Crimes trials were held. The prison and site of the hangings are nearby.

Hotels, great food, and some important free days must be part of this trip.
