George Zimmerman Sanford, FL --This sad case began with a tragedy.    Travon Martin was a troubled lad who made terrible choices.  The data recovered from his cell phone and was later unlawfully hidden from George Zmmerman’s defense lawyers by prosecutors showed that Martin was heavily involved with illegal guns, drugs and fighting.  Judge Debra Nelson later ruled that cell phone evidence inadmissible and that was not at all unusual in our courts.  It may seem unfair to some but that’s what they normally do. As for Martin he apparently had personal issues with what he called, “crappy assed crackers” and was the one actually profiling Zimmerman clearly by race.  To me it’s logical and believable that Martin caused his own death by assaulting Zimmerman.  However we all must recognize that there are no witnesses or video to establish this fact with absolute 100% certainty. ( Nipsy Hussel is the fellow pictured smoking the roach ) Tempe, AZ —In this suburb of Phoenix, rapper Nipsey Hussle was set to perform when a dispute escalated into gunfire. It apparently began within the large crowd of African-Americans that were waiting to enter, The Clubhouse . During the shooting witnesses say a stampede broke out as people panicked. The wounded began appearing at local hospitals. At least two people are in serious, but stable condition. A Tempe police spokesman says they don’t yet know what sparked the violence but say they are searching for two African-American male suspects that fled the scene.

It’s happing in cities all over the United States. African-Americans gather as an army of robbers by texting or social media. They strike a store without warning and forcefully grab anything in sight. Often employees and customers are beaten during these crimes. These brazen crimes cannot be dealt with by ordinary police patrols. This will take citizens fighting back using whatever force is necessary to halt the crime. Anytime there is a disparity of force with multiple offenders the use of deadly force such as shooting, stabbing or clubbing them is justified in all 50 states. Should you happen to use deadly force hanging around and waiting for police is both dangerous and ill advised. Leave the area for your safety and don’t call or talk to police out of presence of a qualified criminal lawyer. You have no duty to do that and you also have an absolute right to remain silent.
