Is this the future of American housing? Do we really wanna live this way?

Imagine achieving the pinnacle of the American dream: a three-or even a five bedroom home, complete with a garage, a sprawling front and backyard, and perhaps even a sparkling swimming pool. With this home comes something far greater than comfort—true, unshakable privacy.

This isn’t some flimsy townhouse or suffocating condo ruled by meddling bureaucrats. No, your single-family home is a fortress against the creeping surveillance of authoritarian busybodies. Homeowner associations, often little more than breeding grounds for petty tyrants, won’t have their claws in your personal life. These so-called “HOA Nazis” won’t know where you work, where you bank, or who lives under your roof. That level of intrusion? It’s more than invasive—it’s dangerous.

Now look at China. There, the government herds its citizens into bleak high-rise apartments—towering concrete prisons where every move is monitored. In these vertical cages, the state controls who enters, who leaves, and every aspect of life in between. It’s a system of absolute control, and it’s no accident.

Here in America, the same forces are coming for the sanctity of single-family neighborhoods under the guise of “progress.” R3 zoning, the backbone of suburban life, is under relentless attack—especially in areas dominated by Democrats. These policies are about more than housing. They’re about control, compliance, and the eradication of independence. Every inch given up to this ideology is a step closer to a system that strips you of privacy, freedom, and the right to live without constant interference.

Killer Cops are the Result of Militarization of Local Police Forces.

Los Angeles, CA—Police training has taken a fascist turn here along with our political leadership.  One only has to look at the prison population to understand we are in a police state growing by the second into something no rational human beings will want.
Police work is sometimes dangerous.  Criminals despite laws and every kind of gun ban still rape rob and murder.  We insist of maintaining the miserably failed Drug War keeping illicit profits and government corruption at an all time high.   Our liberty and freedom has been at an all time low as a direct result.
We’ve turned street cops into urban commandos raiding homes (many by mistake) at all hours.  The result is far more dangerous than the outlawed drugs themselves.
We want our cops alive and train them to take no chances.  The hero cop is really an endangered species.
I was trained differently.  We had no ballistic vests and carried six-shot service revolvers as we worked the mean streets of Chicago.  We understood two things; deadly force was to be a last resort and to weigh the moral consequences of any deadly force used.
We were taught that mental illness often brought on people’s violent reactions and that we need to be as humane as possible.  Bringing suspects to justice alive was the goal.  Bringing them in dead was always considered a serious failure.
Frankly the average Chicago cop in a busy district could kill as many as 12 suspects a year with complete justification.  Instead cops looked for every reason not to pull the trigger.  Of course where there was no option whatsoever bullets must fly.
In the early 1970s then, New York City Police Detective and psychologist Harvey Schlossberg became the father of modern police hostage negotiation in American police work.  His efforts saved countless lives of cops, hostages and suspects.  The result was his hostage negotiation training that really exemplified the sanctity of human life.  The negotiator that had the fewest injuries or fatalities on his watch won.
Now cops are armed to the teeth with heavier weapons and are protected with military armor and vehicles.  The negotiations end once there is a clear shot, all in the name of officer safety.  Schlossberg’s model has been for the most part replaced with military rules of engagement.  Modern military training that so many vets have has changed the direction of police agencies to quicker use of deadly force at every level.
Something has gone wrong here.  I see no turning back to the days of police heroes like former Chicago Police Superintendent James Rochford.  Rochford brought in mentally deranged war vet, Frank Kulak alive after he used bombs and guns killing both civilians and cops.  Rochford used his own skill and bravery beyond the call of duty as a negotiator to successfully end this prolonged siege.
Today, Frank Kulak would have been taken out like the Waco, TX Branch Davidians were with firebombs and helicopters under scorched earth rules of engagement.

Law Enforcement is No Longer About Serving and Protecting

Chicago, IL—Once upon a time the local cops were there for you and your family.  If you heard something go bump in the night they came and you were glad to see them.  Those days are over.  You need learn how to lock your doors and to use self-help.
The politicians have changed our cop’s jobs and duties and not for the better.  Today a visit with the police is nothing more than about government by extortion.  Sometimes it is as bad is it can get.
Today we have photo traffic enforcement cameras designed strictly to generate revenue.  The ultimate collection agency is always the local cops that arrest you and tow your vehicles.  Of course the cops are always armed and ready for combat.  This is not about traffic safety but local government funding all the crap we don’t want or need.  The happy contractors involved always fund those expensive political campaigns.
An insult to injury on the government traffic extortion cams is that our courts are too often allowing hearsay evidence and we have millions of wrongful fines being levied.
The other monster is the out-of-control federal law enforcement agencies.  More and more Congress has given federal agents powers over ordinary street crime.  The problem is the training the feds just don’t receive.  They are never trained in local laws or residential law enforcement.
Federal police only know how to make felony street stops.  They have no training about or authority over local traffic laws.  They are not even taught how to deal with a routine family disturbance call or handle a tavern brawl.   Understandably these can be very complicated events.
The federal agents began decades ago to impersonate state and local police by wearing insignias that say POLICE.  Federal cops have jurisdiction over federal crimes and only have the power of Citizen’s Arrest over local crimes.  Of course the ignorant public does not really have a clue.
The FBI has a perennial complaint.  When they announce their office to make arrests and enter property with search warrants people never believe them.  Unless that have combat SWAT gear or Raid jackets people blow them off as impostors.  Today initially they yell out, “police!” not FBI. The same is true with the other alphabet federal law enforcement agencies.
They have gone around their problems by forming joint operations.  That localizes the feds and federalizes the locals.  The not so fun part is when you get charged with the same violation in both the federal and state courts!
Today anything more than a lost dog call, seems to be a SWAT operation.  This is not about public safety but law enforcement people and their bosses living out Walter Mitty dreams of being the fictional Hollywood movie SWAT commandos.  The amount of deaths and life changing injuries has never been higher during these senseless operations.
SWAT operations and hostage negotiations have their place just not on every home visit!
Law enforcement people have forgotten that they can do so much more with a telephone and kind words than with their bucket helmets, jackboots and automatic weapons.  Today there are tons of leftover combat crap like tanks, Humvees, and firepower from Hell being handed over to local cops.
Serving felony arrest warrants seems dangerous right?  It will be for sure if you turn every warrant into a man hunting operation.   I was taught to contact the wanted subject’s mothers by phone.  I’d tell them their son was wanted on a warrant and the bail amount for release that was set.  Additionally I’d tell them if their boy shows up at my station at 9:00 AM with the bail cash he’d simply get booked for court and sent on his way.
If the bond was too much I’d tell the mom that I’d get him in front of a judge quickly and the fact that he self-surrendered would go a long way to help the judge reduce the bail amount.   In the long run cooperation will help with sentencing issues.  If your boy has to serve some time he could be in minimum-security comfort or wind up on, “The Rock” based on how he responds to the warrant.
Needless to say every Monday morning I have a full house.  The rest I’d have to chase down or simply wait until they got caught on a street stop.
I know there is still some cops someplace serving warrants with class by telephone.  However today any excuse to kick down doors and toss the cool and very destructive flash bang grenades seems to be the way of the “New Breed” of cops.   I guess the Old-Breed won’t make for an exciting reality TV show.
I have to say there can be no question that many more lives are saved by telephone then by SWAT operations.
Frankly citizens need avoid contact with law enforcement whenever they can.   Don’t call 911 for anything more than fire or medical emergencies.  When the cops come they have to guess just who are the good and bad guys.  Trust me they don’t always get it right.   That goes double if the “victim” is emotionally upset for any reason.
Avoiding conflict and choosing your friends and lovers wisely is still the best way to keep the cops away.  When the cops visit you today it will cost for those old fines, bail bonds, lawyers and perhaps your job if you can’t show up for work.
The feds have so many laws that I’d venture to say we break plenty without even being aware we are in violation.  Our Congress has armed the IRS, EPA, and every obscure federal agency with war weapons.  The federal building security guards they now call Homeland Security are out making petty traffic stops on federal property.
United States of America is a full blown police state.   It will only get much worse.

The Unabomber Was Really Just a Visionary Trying to Save Mankind

Lincoln, MT—In the 1990’s I was assigned to investigate the case of a man I would learn was Theodore John "Ted" Kaczynski, PhD by ABC News.
This adventure began for me when I visited an International Chiefs of Police Convention. In the exhibit hall I found a fascinating FBI display there of reconstructed intricate booby-trap style bombs.  They were identical to the ones used in the deadly Unibomber campaign that killed three and maimed an additional 23 people.  The FBI wanted to share the information with the thousands of local, state and federal law enforcement officers vising the convention.
All of the bombing victims were involved with universities and airlines and the FBI codenamed their investigation, "UNABOM" (UNiversity & Airline BOMber).
Kaczynski sent an extortionate letter to The New York Times on April 24, 1995 saying he’d end the bombings if the Times or the Washington Post published his manifesto, Industrial Society and Its Future (The media called this body of work,  "The Unabomber Manifesto").
Kaczynski contended that his bombings were necessary to showcase the rapid erosion of human freedom.   He saw the future where technology would facilitate an unimaginable surveillance police state where things like government remote control killings would become commonplace.
Kaczynski had the foresight to understand that our world was going to be a miserable place to live completely void of any privacy or control over our own lives.
Kaczynski was a gifted genius however that somewhat hampered the effective writing of his Manifesto.  It was an incredibly dry read and somewhat difficult for most people to understand.
It was on April 3, 1996 that the FBI made the announcement that they had caught the Unabomber.  I got the frantic call from ABC News producer John Siceloff who was desperate for information.  ABC News had scrambled a large crew to that remote town of Lincoln but they were still many hours away.  The telephone lines were overloaded and information was scarce.
I never saw the inside walls of Journalism schools except for seminars I attended at Columbia and Northwestern with the IRE, Investigative Reporters and Editors.  I quickly became an aficionado of CAR (computer assisted reporting).
I was doing a lot of freelance investigative producing primarily for Local Phoenix television news.  Often various networks needed help and I’d get and respond to their summons.
I knew how to handle this one with the very latest computer tools.  I used a reverse telephone database simply because I knew Lincoln was a small town and most of the inhabitants were witnessing the action as it was unfolding.  I would simply call every businesses until I got the information I needed.
At the top of the phone list was AAA Towing.  From my experience I knew that towing operators always know what the cops are doing.  They tow the cars of suspects and know the addresses involved.  I made the call and could hear their police scanner in the background.  That towing operator was a wealth of information for me.
I soon learned everyone in the town knew Kaczynski.  There was no car to tow because he used a bicycle.  He lived in a tiny shack and was somewhat unkempt and even smelly.  The towing operator told me that there were two women that knew him well.  One was the director of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and the other was the town librarian.
I immediately called Siceloff and gave him the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the two women.  That evening ABC World News Tonight broadcast exclusive interviews of the women leaving the competition in the dirt.
After this arrest the biggest question was related to Kaczynski’s sanity or lack of it.  Investigators and reporters did not really understand this strange character.  Kaczynski refused to consume or use modern technology devices and viewed them as cursed.  The man was generally dismissed as a nut case.  It’s obvious now that he felt the injuries and deaths from his bombs were a small price to pay to slow down writer George Orwell’s worst nightmare.
Today in view of the NSA scandal and how an American president has been given absolute power Kaczynski now seems perfectly sane.  He simply tried to warn an apathetic world that refused to listen.   Even with the bombing campaign still nobody listened.
Read Kaczynski’s dire warning below:

Prison Inmate Media Interviews and Government

Phoenix, AZ—It should be obvious that with changes in laws, technology and court rules we have become a Police State. If you don’t think that’s the case look at those thousands of surveillance cameras or try to bring your own into a Federal building.

A genuine sign of this is how accused people and the media is obstructed from communication with each other.

We arrest and imprison people and sequester them from the prying eyes of the media. What it’s really about is preventing inmates from telling their troubles to the media. Government bureaucrats have clearly facilitated and enabled cover-ups by preventing the media from interviewing prisoners face to face.

The bureaucrats know that television won’t do a telephone interview because that media can only operate effectively with video. With a ban of face-to-face interviews the public will only see what these penal institutions want them to see.

From a simple human rights and fairness issue prisoners should be allowed access to the media to, express remorse, ask for forgiveness or to challenge the accusations made against them. In death penalty cases those condemned to die should have the ability to fight for their lives through video interviews.

Arizona and California precludes television interviews however Texas does not.

It’s really not much to ask for and claims that there is a security risk are purely bogus. If they were that concerned they could facilitate Skype.com interviews. The bureaucrats are afraid of exposure for their own deeds and nothing more.

The last issue here concerns crime victims. Not every crime victim is a victim. Many people are designated as victims simply because they successfully misled authorities and gave false testimony against people they accused. The claim of protecting victims from reliving their bad experiences watching prison inmates in news programing is pathetic to say the least.

Is anyone somehow damaged if we allow some condemned soul to beg for their life in a broadcast video interview? Must we be void of any humanity?

All prison and jail inmates deserve the right to have total voluntary access to journalists of every medium.

The Truth about Calling 911

Phoenix, AZ—Arizona like many other states have strict public records laws. Government should never be allowed to use the false promise of privacy to keep the public out of their records.

The Fascists running states like Illinois, New York and California take every possible step to escape the probing eyes of the public and the press.

Calls to 911 are always recorded and considered public record in most states. That means those dramatic calls for help are often played as news or much worse, entertainment.

I make it a practice to never call 911. Instead I ask others to make those calls. If I must call them I give them the barest of information while ignoring their redundant and stupid questions. They get the location, the emergency I’m calling about and nothing more.

I avoid being cagy or rude, I simply tell them I have to hang up. If they try to call back I simply won’t answer.

The 911 operators view their role more as defacto police interrogators on a mission to obtain incriminating information. The 911 workers are not bound by Miranda rules. They are rewarded for any admissions they can pull out of a homeowner who shoots an intruder.

Calling 911 for a fire automatically puts you on the arson suspect list.

Getting a confession from a distraught caller almost always takes priority to saving lives with these folks.

In any event you must remember that you will hear any significant 911 call again. That will happen as the news media broadcasts or posts it for the entire world. Of course they are routinely played in courtrooms everyday across our nation.

Calling 911 seemed so simple, didn’t it.

Please Don’t Invite Me To The Super Bowl!

Indianapolis, IN—If someone offered me free first class air transportation, the best hotel room, meals and seats on the Super Bowl 50 yard line, I’d pass on the opportunity.

I resent lining up like a sheep for some jerk demanding I submit to a search like a criminal. I quit going to any event in any venue where people are required to waive their liberty and privacy.

The fact that the NFL can fill a stadium with people willing to submit to this form of Tyranny tells me that the American spirit and love for freedom is dead.

There are those morons that will sigh and say, “But now we live in different times with the terrorism…” To that I say hogwash! We went through a Civil War, World Wars I and II without accepting a Police State.

They’ve had terrorism, bombs and explosives throughout the history of the United States. I don’t object to vigilant security just stay out of my pockets! No metal detectors, body scans or X-Rays for me thank you!

Americans have been brainwashed into believing there is a need to jettison freedom and our hard won Bill of Rights. We need to stand up and reject this trend because it gets worse by the second. If the NFL was unable to sell or even give away tickets and the airlines began to fly empty planes everywhere we'd see our privacy and dignity returned.

I always refuse jury duty because they demand I volunteer for a search before I enter the courthouses. I send a quick letter saying I will serve but won’t submit to the frisking and always get excused.

It's such a paradox that the games always begin with the Star Spangled Banner. We are after all in the land of the enslaved and in the home of total cowards.

Stand up America! I think it’s already too late…

Cell Phone Privacy Invasion Threatens You and Your Family

Los Angeles, CA—Cell phones have been a reality for nearly 30 years. The convenience and benefits of these wireless devices are enormous. Of all the people I know only one does not have one and he is considered strange.

There is a large segment of the population that is unaware that prior to cell phones, the phone companies kept only long distance call records. Today records are kept of every call or text message sent or received. This is beyond troubling.

The records kept have been bought, sold, used and abused at an unimaginable rate. I have seen thousands of records that were gotten through illicit means by private citizens, private investigators and cops. Then there are the legal governmental channels that lawfully obtain the records and even make public the records of innocent people in court cases.

During the ongoing trial of Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray, records were even broadcast internationally revealing calls and the private phone numbers of scores of people. This was a major privacy invasion.

Even records that have been obtained through warrants and subpoenas have been illicitly sold by government officials.

Rupert Murdock’s, News Corporation was caught with their pants down when it was discovered reporters were internationally stalking newsmakers using their private phone records.

There is a cure that’s really quite simple and that’s by forcing the cell phone companies to delete and destroy records after each bill is paid or to simply clock the phones’ usage for billing purposes.

If there are no records they can’t be abused. Cops can still get wiretap warrants so why do we need this kind of a privacy nightmare.

How many divorces have been brought on by spouses checking each other phone bills?

The GPS issues of cell phones are yet another Orwellian disaster. The abuse of those records is also rampant.

The cell phone companies and our government of course, continue with that disingenuous refrain, “Were only doing this for your safety.” That’s the same old line handed out by Nazi propagandist Josef Goebbels during the rein of the Third Reich.

We need to kill this monster before it kills us.

Casey Anthony Verdict Reaction Dangerous To American Liberty

Orlando, FL—A child’s death is always serious. In this case police, prosecutors and their experts could not explain the cause of little Cayley Anthony’s death. They could only suspect that the child was murdered and that her mother was the killer.

Casey Anthony lied to authorities in a troubling effort to cover up what the defense offered up as an accidental drowning. Covering up negligence is no small part or the American culture and so is deception. Corporations and every level of our government routinely cover up despicable actions by officials

Casey Anthony’s cover up was inspired by our modern cultural deficiencies. This deception was an act of, "Monkey see, monkey do.”

I see the behavior of Anthony after the death of her daughter including the partying and normal behavior of a young woman was nothing more than an attempt to pretend nothing was wrong. This was simply more deception rather than what some people perceive as celebration.

I won’t however dismiss the dark thought that this was a murder. Our most basic protection from abusive government is the Bill of Rights, the presumption of innocence and forcing prosecutors to meet the burden of proof. The system is designed to give some benefit of the doubt to the accused.

Without a cause of death, prior acts of child abuse or a single witness that could suggest a murder motive convicting Anthony would have been a horrible miscarriage of justice. The verdict was proper. I hope our Bill of Rights will always be more important than Casey Anthony.

The gossip-mongering court watchers and media celebrities went into total meltdown after the verdict. Bizarre emotional reactions by some people were commonplace. Internet polls suggest that 70% of those responding felt Anthony should have been convicted.

The people offended by this verdict need to take a deep breath and once again read the Bill of Rights. Then ask why we should convict people of murder when we don’t even know what caused the death in the first place.

This case became a tool for media organizations with sagging ratings such as Headline News to gain viewers so they vigorously went on promotional overload. They wanted Casey Anthony to occupy the lives of every person on earth. There were far too many Americans that don’t have lives that fell into the media traps.

What’s next? Prosecutors from nearly every jurisdiction will try to convince local, state and federal lawmakers to allow more hearsay evidence and other schemes to make winning convictions easier.

Finally, today only 35% of our homicides are actually solved. How could this single case be so important anyway?

We already have a police state and tampering with the Bill of Rights will make this a nation we won’t like. We soon may all be living in abject fear of our own government.

The American Spirit of Freedom and Independence is Dead Today

As we approach the Fourth of July we need to reevaluate why we bother to celebrate our pretend independence. Fireworks, parties and flag-waiving are wasted on a couple of generations of propagandized and brainwashed Americans that never experienced real freedom.

Americans have always assumed they had right to travel unimpeded by government. Who’d have thought in the days of the Continental Congress that we’d allow government to erect checkpoints where traveling Americans would be forced to submit to constant X-Rays and groping by an ignorant underclass of government workers?

People sigh and say times have changed and the world is somehow more dangerous. That is the big lie. Times or the dangers we face have never once changed since this country was founded. There were always bombs, guns and terrorists throughout this nation’s history. We’ve endured wars and even a Civil War without throwing our liberty away.

We have allowed some insignificant 13th Century minded Muslim crazies to alter the way Americans treat traveling Americans. We’ve allowed fear mongering politicians carte blanche authority to do whatever they want in the name of, Homeland Security. Today the United States has a force of government agents that Stalin and Hitler would envy to control thought, speech, and every other aspect of our lives.

We have replaced government leaders who were directly involved with protecting the American way of life on battlefields and in the trenches with people that don’t understand that concept.

The people we elect today are enamored only with their own wealth and power and care little about maintaining a nation where freedom is paramount. America has become the kind of nation we fought wars against. We are the police state that George Orwell envisioned.

Our criminal justice system no longer gives the benefit of the doubt to the accused. Instead it has taken on the specter of the ancient Roman Coliseum where television media celebrities give the thumbs down signal and the punishment begins. Years of changing the rules to favor prosecution has brought about a frightening degeneration of American justice.

Today we are a nation that humiliates 95 year-old, wheelchair bound women by demanding to inspect their soiled adult diapers at airports. Do we really feel safer because the TSA has been allowed run roughshod over American liberty?

Do we really need to do this to Americans? I’d like to think it is far more effective to keep people traveling on passports from hostile foreign nations off our airplanes.

We’ve allowed obscenely wealthy politicians to plunder American purses and turn taxation into criminal extortion. Today we are awash in redundant taxation that only funds government corruption.

The Bill of Rights has become only a monument of what used to be, once upon a time in America.

We have allowed the government outrageous power to destroy liberty, freedom and privacy. It’s our own government that is the real terrorist today. How much government tyranny will American’s accept today before they once again yearn for freedom? Will American patriots once again take up arms to curb and out-of-control fascist government? I sure hope so!

Putting an End to an Unwanted Lindsay Lohan Prosecution

Los Angeles, CA—In the past several decades we’ve managed to become a Police State. Government has taken total control over people’s lives with tactics that are harmful to our relationships involving, family, friends and business associates.

An example is actress Lindsay Lohan. The actress now stands accused of felony theft of a necklace. The store owner has publicly said she wanted her property returned and not the arrest or prosecution of Lohan.

There is a way out for anyone that does not want to cooperate in prosecution. The prosecutors will force you to testify threatening contempt punishment including jail if you refuse to testify. They will also threaten you with criminal charges if you now claim that your original story to them was false. Here is how it would work in the Lohan case.

Prosecutors have a digital video recording of the alleged movement of Lohan with the necklace as she leaves the store. That video alone is absolute hearsay and therefore inadmissible as evidence without an eye witness that can say he that video reflects what they saw with their own eyes.

I’m not suggesting a perjuries denial by a witness under oath. But anyone can force anything they wish out of their memories. It then is simple enough to tell prosecutors that you’ve put this matter out of your mind and cannot recall anything about it. If they persist in forcing you to testify you can simply tell the court that you’ve put that police contact and investigation in the land of unpleasant or regretful memories and no can no longer recall.

The primary block to any perjury prosecution is the statement by a party or witness that they cannot recall. That cannot punish anyone for what they cannot recall.

The store owner in the Lohan case has every right to contact the District Attorney and tell them they cannot recall. A quick phone call, note or other communication to the defense attorney to this information would result in a dismissal. Prosecutors would be unable to continue in the absence of a confession by the defendant.

If the jewelry store owner is sincere in her claim she does not want to prosecute Lohan she can do just that without fear of reprisal from anyone.

Why should taxpayer be funding prosecutions of anyone where there is no willing victim? Perhaps we can begin to end the nearly absolute power of prosecutors, one case at a time. After all, a victim has the right to not be a victim.

FOP Board Meeting: Stripping Disabled Cops of their Protection

Chicago, IL—Tuesday, December 7 at noon inside Plumber’s Hall located at 1412 W. Washington, St. Lodge 7 of the FOP will meet with the membership.

Up for consideration and suggestion at is the return of the right to keep and bear arms of disabled cops throughout the state of Illinois.

We can only guess how this happened. Perhaps it was a police boss that thought by disarming injured cops he’d cure potential malingering and get them back to work quicker.

The Illinois UUW statute is in serious conflict with the Second Amendment since both the Heller and McDonald decisions of the Supreme Court. The days of prosecutions of law-abiding people carrying guns on the streets for self-defense are numbered as various challenges wind their way through the court system.

In the meantime cops who are ambulatory, walking around the city where they worked and were forced to live, are running into violent criminals they’ve arrested in the past. Any one of these criminals could believe that some disabled cop he spots in some mall knows about an existing arrest warrant. The danger to the disabled cop and members of his family are unnecessarily put at risk by an uncaring bureaucracy.

Currently there is pending legislation to cure this wrong and the FOP needs to hear from its membership. Incredibly as it seems Lodge 7 has no plans to support this bill unless the membership demands it.

Every officer is only a gunshot, traffic accident or a slip and fall away from being stripped of their protection like officers suspected of crimes and serious misconduct. This is wrong and you have the ability to demand a reasonable correction to an unreasonable situation. Be heard!

We Must Stop The Obama Fascism Cold While We Still Can

Washington, DC—Being enslaved by Socialist mandated taxes along with being spied upon by a more powerful and intrusive Patriot Act has been a Hallmark of Barack Obama’s reign. Now his TSA thugs are forcefully genital groping and strip-searching American travelers and that’s just one more visible sign of what’s happening.

The abuse Americans are willing to accept from an out-of-control Police State seems limitless. Americans line up like frightened sheep at the airports. They are in fear of terrorism but now even more afraid of their own government. Americans have become world class cowards. Cowards are always, so easily enslaved as history has demonstrated since civilization began.

With the TSA searches they have slowly crept up and inside American’s body cavities. Obama has used fear as a tool to make Americans comply, both in the iron fisted enforcement of his programs and pandering fear from potential terrorism. The real terrorist is none other than Barack Obama

The Obama government style is right out of a Soviet or Nazi Socialist Police State. This is garbage is exactly why we have fought every war since the American Revolution. We are rapidly nearing the point of no return where Americans must say no, and say it with the only thing Socialist dictators understand, violence.

We have no political recall system for Presidents but they can be arrested, tried, convicted and hanged for treason. Obama has stolen our freedom and that makes him a traitor.

If Americans don’t resist the largest terrorist threat America has ever faced by Barack Obama are freedom and liberty will be doomed.

Tell the TSA it’s Your Body and Your Property!

The TSA has long ago been allowed by the cowardly sheep in America to bully, intimidate and steal from passengers. The TSA has again ramped up their abuse of passengers by groping and fondling their genitals. This can happen with or without the new X-Ray naked body scanners.

Ladies if you have breast implants your local TSA screeners can be expected to share the quality of your surgeon’s work with their friends. If you’re a well known celebrity you may see your implants on TMZ.com!

Depending on how often you fly you will get an unneeded dose of radiation from TSA equipment that has not been tested for long term harmful effects. Remember, these machines have not been around long enough to study them.

Here are some sobering facts:

1. Children under 18 cannot lawfully give consent to anyone to touch their private parts. Children’s parents have no authority to consent to the groping for them unless it is for medical treatment. Local law enforcement is sworn to enforce child molestation laws even against the TSA.

2. An adult can give consent to intimate groping but who in their right mind would let some TSA loser fondle their genitals? If they grope, fondle or touch without consent this is a sexual assault and local police must investigate and take action.

3. The TSA screeners are quick to demand that passengers stand or sit in certain places as they are told not to move. The TSA screeners have no power under law to detain or arrest anyone. You are always free to leave the screening area. Their commands have no power of law beyond ordering you not to proceed to airplane boarding areas.

4. The TSA screeners are quick to demand that you not touch your property. Guess what? It’s your property and you are free to remove it at your discretion from their tables. The screeners have no authority to use force to stop you.

5. Should anyone demand your name or identification as you’re leaving the screening area, you are under no obligation to cooperate. This is also true if police become involved. If police or federal officers such as the Air Marshal service or FBI demand identification you have a right to refuse unless you are arrested for a crime. Refusal to submit to TSA tyranny is no crime, at least yet.

6. If arrested by police or federal officers you have no right to resist even an unlawful arrest. Try your case in court, not at the airport. The TSA screeners with their Gestapo like uniforms and gold badges are not law enforcement officers. They don’t have the training or the necessary certification that would bestow the power to detain or arrest anyone and seize property as evidence.

7. You may use reasonable physical force against any and all TSA screeners that assault you. You can’t however use that force on police unless they are using unreasonable force against you. Trust me, if you try to use force against police you will nearly always lose in a big way.

8. The unreasonable actions of all government agents are subject to Civil Laws. That is you may sue them over violation of your civil rights.

9. Always report TSA abuse to local police, your United States Congressman and Senators.

10. Americans don’t have to remain cowardly sheep. Failure to resist government tyranny only invites more of the same.

Chicago Police, Arrest Incentives and Another Scandal

Chicago, IL—Chicago politician's demands for their favorite enforcement leads to impropriety. An example is arresting people that dare place their own safety above unconstitutional gun prohibitions.

Generally most genuine criminals carry all manner of weapons. Passing and publishing prohibitions of any kind never deters criminals. Police arrest people for possessing or selling drugs and find their guns. Various calls related to assaults, threats and other senseless crimes often also lead to gun arrests.

Police can’t and don’t run around randomly searching people looking for guns. Law-abiding citizens can carry guns for decades without detection or arrest simply because they never give police probable cause to stop and search them.

The Chicago Police Department’s commanders must show numbers to these politicians so they give the cops awards and perks for hauling in the guns. In my day the tactical teams of plain clothed officers assigned to districts would win eight hours compensatory time-due for every gun arrest along with a big pat on the back.

What happens in the Circuit Court of Cook County was a game of sorts. Prosecutors always have an attractive plea deal that allow for the gun to be confiscated and destroyed with the defendant getting a slap on the wrist at best. That is unless of course he was already a convicted felon, then the stakes are only a little higher.

Felons with guns never get the ten-years in prison they could get under federal law. They’d nearly always get much softer sentences rarely exceeding a year behind bars provided they plead guilty.

The reality is that actual trials on gun possession charges are incredibly rare. The need for an officer making the arrest to actually testify under oath is nearly non-existent.

Like nearly all cops I had a part-time job to bring in more money. I handled security for the old and now gone Continental Trailways Bus Company in Chicago’s Loop. Bus and train stations attract all manner of creeps and thugs. Many of them are armed and I would arrest one or two of these misfits per week that were carrying guns. If I signed the complaints I’d get no personal benefit whatsoever. I never had to sign a single complaint.

The 001 District tactical team, needed gun arrests to satisfy that old dinosaur commander, Paul V. McLaughlin. McLaughlin showered his boys with lots of praise and perks for bragging rights to lots of gun arrests in his district.

I’d make the stop and seizure and put a call into the communication center zone asking for a 001 tactical team to meet me at the baggage department. Next the district teams would race each other “code one” to Trailways knowing whoever got their first would win the prize.

The prisoner and the evidence were always taken off my hands with a big smile. I did not have to write a report, sign a complaint, inventory or impound the evidence.

I never wrote or even read the reports made by the tactical teams, attended court trials or hearings. The reports I correctly assumed told a tale of an some kind of on view arrest by a team member rather than me. The hapless defendant did not have a clue what was going on as his lawyer worked out an attractive plea deal with prosecutors. Those gun cases would always have a seemingly satisfactory conclusion.

Unfortunately the same zealousness for gun arrests has snared many good men and women simply trying to protect themselves and family members from urban violence. It happens at a traffic stop where the cop will simply ask, “Do you have any weapons on your person or in this car?” An honest answer here leads to an arrest and a criminal conviction stain that will affect jobs, professional licenses and reputations for life.

Apparently now a certain Chicago police district tactical team is facing disgrace, firing and criminal prosecution for the same type of program. A program designed to satisfy politicians that encourage and enable gun arrests at all cost.

Offering any kind of extra incentive to encourage the arrest of anyone is wrong and invites abuse.

As for possible crimes cops could be charged with include, Perjury in connection with the complaint signed under oath and Official Misconduct. There are numerous transgression of department general orders that include false reporting.

Perhaps it’s time for the courts, police, prosecutors and politicians to re-think their entire gun law and enforcement policy. For too long they have focused on the guns rather than the criminals. Violent criminals using guns in crimes in Chicago have been allowed to roam the streets despite numerous arrests and convictions. Simply grabbing guns is never a preferable solution to locking predatory criminals away from society.

One Way Politicians Dangerously Divide our Cops from Citizens

Chicago, IL—At the worst possible time in our economy the traffic fines here have nearly doubled. This is not about safety, but revenue for out-of-control spending by local government.

Police here are forced to strong-arm motorists for petty and harmless violations. Even those robot cameras out there have the face of the local cop who will eventually become involved in those prosecutions.

It’s only the street cop, not the politicians that are seen as the villain taking the food out of suffering family’s mouths. Not only does the government commit extortion but the automobile insurance companies jump on the bandwagon to boost their profits. Of course it’s that cop who is deemed responsible for the infliction of the misery.

Traffic enforcement for revenue rather than safety is a vile practice that will guarantee to sabotage any trust or respect citizens have for police. When citizens lose respect for police they also lose respect for the law and the result is a society where criminal activity is acceptable. The, us or them mentality between cops and citizens creates dangerous conditions that only foster the breakdown of law and order.

Politicians cannot be allowed to paint a target on every policeman’s butt. The cops themselves must resist being involved in the extortion.

In a city such as Chicago there is already a nasty divide between citizens and police. What is government doing to heal this rift?

Go ahead and argue it’s the traffic violator that created his problems. There are many millions of decent people that are forced to drive endlessly on our streets just to make a living. Those are generally low paid jobs where efficiency and speed determine whether the rent is paid. Let’s just take these folks out of the productive workforce and put them on welfare through the traffic extortion concept.
