America has Turned Into an Orwellian Nightmare

Let me begin by saying that most Americans don’t have a clue just who George Orwell was or what an Orwellian nightmare means. We have dumbed down to such a state of ignorance that government tyranny is easily facilitated despite our Bill of Rights.

Washington, DC—Before the early-1970s most Americans did not have a photo ID. Pictures were not on driver’s licenses. You could board airplanes without ID and you along with your luggage were never searched. You could travel the roads unmolested without those sobriety checkpoints. Cops were never searching bags in city subways.

Taxes and bogus fines did not rise to the level of slavery like they do today. There were no photo radar and red light cameras generating millions for private contractors that kick back cash to politicians campaigns.

Entrances into government buildings did not have security checkpoints. There were no surveillance cameras and cellphones that kept a total history of every call you ever sent or received. There were no black boxes in your car to tell government agents about your driving habits.

If police stopped anyone it was painfully slow for cops to even get driving or criminal histories. Now they have instant digital access. Stores did not have shopper’s cards recording every cash purchase you make. Credit cards were not often used and there was no such thing as a debit card.

The military was precluded since the Civil War from engaging in law enforcement practices against Americans on our own soil. You could not be detained by government without probable cause that you committed a crime and even then you had a right to bail, lawyers and Due Process of law.

There were many fewer search and seizure exceptions allowed by court decisions. The failed Drug War was little more than a lame excuse to steal liberty and privacy.

Today we have the Patriot Act that brings additional draconian provisions every time Congress meets.

Some people say the threat terrorism changed all of that. That’s simply a bold face lie! We have had a Civil War and two World Wars and never suspended civil rights. Okay our Communist President, Franklin D. Roosevelt allowed the roundup and detention of Japanese and some German Americans during World War Two. That was beyond disgraceful and un-American. But of course Roosevelt became a curse on America and fundamental freedom.

Now, a new Berlin Wall of sorts is being erected to prevent Americans that owe taxes from travel outside of the USA. I guess jailing and shooting anyone trying to leave is next.

Since the 1970’s we have surrendered so many civil rights and our privacy to our despotic politicians. The judges they appointed have not done their job of protecting Americans from utter tyranny.

Folks we are in a full-blown police state complete with Gulags and non-stop construction of yet more places to detain yet more Americans. If you think this is somehow necessary you’ve either been brainwashed or you are incredibly stupid.

What will it take for Americans to stand up and reject this horror? We have become a nation of cowards and fools. It’s only a matter of time before this nightmare invites a holocaust of biblical proportions. We must do something while we still can.

Appeals Court Shuts Down TSA’S Naked Scanners!

Washington D.C.—After the TSA unceremoniously subjected travelers to naked X-Ray scans there was an uproar over the invasive process and the unknown long term health effects of the Equipment used.

The TSA implemented the program and bypassed required public input and normal comment periods. Today the D.C Court of Appeals spanked the Homeland security and the TSA. They ordered theTSA to follow proper comment procedure.

I guess the TSA will have to settle for massive groping of our junk. Perhaps it time to stop bathing before we fly. Let’s all make the TSA swine as miserable as possible.

Snitches are Vital to Barack Obama’s Police State

Dallas, TX—Barack Obama’s answer to Heinrich Himmler wants Super Bowl fans to become Homeland Security snitches. Janet Napolitano brought her plan to recruit busybodies and others that don’t have a life to become her secret police to the Super Bowl.

The Gestapo was a relatively small organization that relied on a huge snitch network during the 12 year Nazi Reich horror. Government clerks simply read the snitch reports and dispatched the Gestapo officers who quickly rounded up those turned in by their neighbors for resisting National Socialism.

There will always be those despicable people in our world that turn their neighbors and family members in for fun and profit. They need to be identified, exposed and severely punished by American patriots.

I’m not suggesting that robbers, rapists and killers should not be exposed but the new Homeland Security program is clearly looking to get a handle on resistance to their political efforts to fundamentally change America into a Socialist form of government. We all have a duty to report real crime to local authorities.

Homeland security has been deliberately vague on the type and scope of information they’re looking for other than to say, suspicious. That is a sign that they want petty details in volume to selectively use against counter-revolutionaries and patriots.

We must dismantle, de-fund and decapitate Homeland Security while we still can. This organization’s direction is absolute control over Americans and the total destruction of our sacred Bill of rights. The TSA’s full frontal assault on our Fourth Amendment is just Napolitano’s opening act. This is no small threat. What’s past is prologue.

The TSA Must Begin Body Cavity Searches!

Washington, DC—Homeland Security and the TSA claims they want us to be safe from terror. They say they want to do everything possible to protect us. This is a giant scam.

They’ve shredded our Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches absent warrants or probable cause. Many Americans must travel by air and have no other option.

Today, our government treats American passengers like criminals. This is over the conduct of people we’ve foolishly allowed on our planes and soil carrying passports from unfriendly nations.

The truth is that explosives cannot be detected by even the best of our modern technology unless the bomb makers fail to clean their hands, clothing and luggage.

Explosive are found in every possible form, solids, powders, putty like plastic and liquid. This material can be concealed or manufactured as harmless appearing objects with ease.

The TSA wants you to believe they can do the impossible by treating Americans like criminals. It is all a giant lie. This is pure propaganda. If our wardens can’t keep drugs and weapons out of maximum security prisons, how can we expect the TSA to keep explosives off our planes?

It only takes a small amount of explosive compounds to blow a hole into the fuselage of an aluminum aircraft. Enough explosive can be concealed inside condoms then placed in body cavities. The scanning and sniffing equipment would be powerless to prevent this kind of concealment.

There is no shortage of other simple ways for terrorist to defeat the best efforts of the TSA to stop weapons and bombs entering our airports.

At what point do we return rights and liberty to Americans and keep the people with passports from enemy nations off our planes and soil? When do they allow trained and certified off duty cops to again fly with their sidearms? When do they insist that all pilots be trained and armed?

Our government will throw our money at any and every solution to the problem as long as it does not work.

The TSA claims their security is in layers. I submit they have given Americans layers of insult, indignity, privacy invasion and civil rights violations rather than the protection they promised.

The TSA has never once stopped a single terrorist attack.

America is a nation of cowards so let the TSA cavity searches begin.

Obama and The TSA Will Save Us from Terrorism!

Washington, DC.-- It appears that at least a weak effort will be made to keep bombs off of our airplanes. The TSA announced that they will be giving special screening to passengers coming from unfriendly nations. Rather than better screening for these people we’d be a lot safer if they were simply kept off of our planes and soil.

Tightened random screening has been promised for visitors from certain countries. Now 100 percent of passengers from 14 terrorism-prone countries will be patted down and have their carry-on baggage searched. The Obama administration was notifying airlines on Sunday of the changes.

You can’t keep deadly weapons out of maximum security prisons and this new program won’t work either.

Sadly, Today’s Joke is Homeland Security And The TSA

Washington, D.C.—In an exercise on total stupidity the TSA made public their entire manual for protective measures on their own public accessible web site!

The rules they operate under should have never been kept secret.

The procedures that reveal failings of the system and the screening details of law enforcement personnel should never have been released.

The cat’s out of the bag, all 93 pages of it. This breach of security is amazing to say the least. I’m sure it’s already in the hands of all the wrong people!

There is good news however and that is the revelation that desspite what the TSA jerks tell you, you can photograph or videotape the TSA people without their permission and use the tape to expose their discourtesy or abuse.

Since the exact rules are posted here you can remind them when they exceed their authority over you, your bags or their content. By reading their rules you will see that they have a solid history of inventing their own rules that are not supported in their own bureaucracy.

This is what happens when you place law enforcement duties in the hands of untrained and unqualified civilians. Marginable folks with marginable skills, training and abilities enable terrorists. At the same time they aggravate the public with invented petty procedures.

I suggest you make a digital copy in case the ones already posted to the internet disappear.
I only wish the TSA would likewise disappear.

Happy Thanksgiving To The TSA

I avoid flying for any reason because of the creation of passenger screening and its evolution into the TSA. The airlines lost $67 billion in 2007 because of people just like me that detest the Fourth Amendment violation and the governments invasion of my privacy. If I can walk, drive or take TSA free general aviation I do so. Why submit to TSA tyranny and being searched like a criminal?
