Berlin, Germany—During a major crisis of unemployment, massive national debt and starvation two political parties, Communism and National Socialism fought for power. Their plans to redistribute wealth and control private enterprise, was identical to what Karl Marx envisioned. We know the National Socialists or the Nazis won that political battle.
The Nazi leader, Adolph Hitler had secret plans to capitalize on the unpopularity of Jews and others to the point of mass murder. So began a 12 year administration of terror, corruption and mass murder. Before it was over six million people mostly Jews were annihilated by this criminal regime. What they never talk about is that the Nazis were also directly responsible for the deaths of nine million good Germans.
What’s amazing was the rise to absolute power of a man who was considered a great new progressive world leader. He was a man who’d grace the cover of our own Time Magazine as, “Man of the Year”, Adolph Hitler. Hitler exists today in every nation. He’s waiting to get absolute power from naive people that love and trust him. Hitler will rise again to unleash more horror if we don’t stop him.
We must always remember, what’s past is Prologue.
I had the pleasure to live in Germany during my military obligation during the Viet Nam War. I’ve also been back several times since. I speak German and know my way around this beautiful country.
Over the decades, I have studied Nazis, Hitler and the Third Reich carefully out of a morbid curiosity of trying to learn how a nation would allow tyranny to rule.
Frankly, I still have more questions than answers. I only know this can and will happen again.
This criminal/political phenomenon is amazing to say the least. It is an intriguing study to say the least. I’m in the planning stages of organizing a tour in Germany of people that want to devote three weeks to visit the historical sites of the Third Reich.
The trip must begin in Munich, the site of the deadly and failed, November 8th 1923, Beer Hall Putsch where it all began it must end in Nuremberg where Nazi war criminals were tried and hanged.
The must see locations are in or near Berlin, Munich, Nuremberg, and Obersalzberg.
The sites include:
The 8 Prinz Albert Street, Berlin headquarters of the Gestapo and SS operations where investigations, began that included torture and ended in a trip to the People’s Court. A terror museum stands there today next to the ruins of the original building.
Berlin’s German Resistance Museum is located at the Bendlerblok. This place is dedicated to the thousands of Germans murdered by the Reich for resisting Hitler and National Socialism. This is the site where Col. Claus Von Stauffenberg worked and plotted Hitler’s assassination attempt of July 20, 1944. It is also the site where he and his co-conspirators were put before a firing squad.
The Sony Center site is the location where the People’s Court tried and condemned Germans to death for trivial things such as passing out anti-Hitler leaflets. Here you will learn about Judicial Tyranny and the ringmaster of the People’s Court, Dr.Roland Friesler.
Berlin’s Plotzensee Prison’s death chamber memorial is where the men and women that resisted the Nazis were beheaded or hanged on piano wire. In just a single night nearly 300 people were hanged in this somewhat small room.
The beautiful Lake Wansee Villa is where in 1942, 15 elite Nazis gathered to formulate the Holocaust over a two-hour luncheon that was documented in a captured stenographer’s transcript.
The site of the Spandau Prison is where Nazi war criminals who escaped hanging served lesser sentences they were given at the Nuremberg tribunals. Rudoph Hess was the last prisoner held here until he hanged himself in 1989.
The University of Munich is where the group known as The White Rose met and distributed leaflets. Dr Roland Friesler flew in from Berlin to preside over their trial. Among the murdered was 21 year old Sophie Scholl who along whith her brother Hans Scholl and their friend, Christoph Probst who were beheaded at the Stadleheim Prison.
The Memorial Site for Dachau Concentration Camp is also near Munich.
The remains or the Berghoff and the Eagle’s Nest high in the mountains at Obersalzberg are where Hitler commanded his Total War. The view here is breathtaking to say the least.
Nurnberg Hall of Justice where the primary Nazi war Crimes trials were held. The prison and site of the hangings are nearby.
Hotels, great food, and some important free days must be part of this trip.
I also have some must see films to suggest that recreate the historical events at the various locations.
If you’re interested in taking this tour click on my picture on the right side of this blog and e-mail me.
Now sit back as watch a few videos I put up that show some of these sites:

Adolph Hitler’s Remarkable Success Can’t be Ignored
Berlin, Germany—Timing is everything and for one budding world leader he made all the right moves.
Let me say that National Socialism and Adolph Hitler left a nasty scar on this earth that will remain forever. Hitler should forever be remembered as one really evil politician. If we must thank Hitler it will be for the many thousands of miles of film, photographs and documents the NAZI’s left behind that documents their horror.
Hitler was a student of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. Hitler was and is a product of the Radical Left wing as was Josef Stalin. Hitler had his own spin on Socialism. The radical Left wing has made a nearly seven decade deceptive campaign to somehow assign Hitler to the Far Right. I guess they don’t want to accept Hitler as one of their own.
Hitler redistributed wealth in grand style and fed the starving people of Germany. He was considered a rising Socialist star as he was selected for Time Magazine's Man of The Year.
Hitler came from the middle class. He studied art, architecture and politics. Hitler served Germany in World War One and earned the Iron Cross for bravery. Hitler was also injured in a mustard gas attack that put him in a Munich Hospital.
Hitler created his own image as a popular public speaker and man of new political ideas. This gifted public speaker could attract a crowd and keep them spellbound. Soon Hitler was making a good living by charging people admission to hear him speak.
Hitler quickly felt the ability to challenge the post World War One German government with an attempted coup d'état. This effort was the failed Beer Hall Putsch of 1923 waged against the Weimar Republic by some 3,000 NAZI’s.
When the dust settled fifteen NAZI’s and four German cops lay dead. Hitler and some of his cronies were arrested for Treason, tried and convicted. Hitler managed to turn his trial into a spotlight political venue where he characterized his acts as done for the good of the German people. Hitler’s trial became his moment in the sun. Hitler only served about eight months behind bars for his crimes using that time to write Mein Kamph (My Struggle).
Hitler emerged from prison more popular than ever. The NAZI movement was still a minority trying to break out into the political mainstream. Hitler began a wildly successful political campaign using political promises instead of force to gain absolute power. Like all politicians, Hitler promised something for everyone.
One only has to see the numerous historical films of huge adoring crowds that followed Hitler wherever he went. Countless women and girls shed tears of joy just for an opportunity to be momentarily close to the rising rock star of National Socialism.
Had it not been for his ill-advised attack on the Soviet Union Hitler may have survived to be considered the greatest political leader of all times.
As for anti-Semitism and the deportation along with the enslavement of Jews was popular at the time. The elite Jewish financial leaders were blamed for all that ailed Germany. When it came to the Jewish question the secret plan of total liquidation only became problematic when exposed by the Allies at the fall of Germany. I don’t think even the world’s staunchest Jew haters could stomach the idea of the Holocaust. Murdering women and children has no place in any civilization.
Adolph Hitler was genuinely loved by the people of Germany. When government becomes so powerful and all-important to people this is the result each and every time throughout history. Government can never be allowed to grow like the Socialists demand, or people will always suffer. In the end 50,000 million people perished during World War Two. That includes six-million Jews and nine million good Germans.
Political leaders are hazardous for our health and safety. Politicians should be reduced to being simple servants hired to make roads, infrastructure and maintain national defense.
Study every so-called great leader in the world and you will find a total corrupt tyrant behind their phony smiles. Trading liberty for wealth or security is always dangerous and foolhardy.

The Nazis Could have Won World War Two But for…
Berlin, Germany—There were three major blunders by Adolph Hitler that brought about his defeat.
1. A valiantly fought air battle over Brittan was lost by the Germans. They would have instead clobbered the UK with a ground invasion. The Brits had an unarmed population and their young men trained with sticks to fight the enemy that never came. The unarmed cops and population was no match for armed invaders. The Brits never learned from that blunder. Additionally the politicians in the UK like Neville Chamberlain were accomplished Nazi collaborators. American politicians collaborated with despot Communists back then as they still do today. The UK would have gone along with Nazi rule with a stiff upper lip!
2. There was a huge population of Communist hating Ukrainians in Russia that would have aligned with Hitler to defeat the Soviets. Instead the Nazis enslaved and further victimized the Ukrainians. That was a colossal blunder.
3. The Nazis developed the Messerschmitt fighter jet that could have easily defeated all of the Allied bombers and their prop plane escorts. Hitler just didn’t understand the value of the fighter jets and put his money on the failed V1 and V2 rockets. The rocket program was beset with constant sabotage as Germany and its people were being bombed into a burnt cinder.
Adolph Hitler was a brilliant communicator and Socialist politician who was loved and admired around the world. Hitler eventually was revealed as despised despot. Hitler’s desire to conquer the entire world and obvious mental illness thankfully was his undoing. Hitler’s reign caused 50 million needless deaths along with hundreds of millions of additional lives destroyed by ghastly injuries and tyranny.
Germans are a loyal group of people that were programmed for centuries to accept authority. Accordingly they gave unquestioned allegiance to their Furher.
Beware of any overly popular politician since history redundantly shows they are all tyrants in the end. Small governments that work for the people are the answer.
Here is a test. Switzerland has not been in a war in many centuries despite all of the killing that has surrounded that nation. They Swiss are trusted as safe-keepers of the world’s wealth. Name at least one Swiss politician and William Tell does not count! I guess they keep a pretty low profile, don’t they. Perhaps the USA could learn from the Swiss? That will never happen.

How Brave and Patriotic Men Deal With a Madman Ruining their Country
Berlin, Germany—It was 1944 and what started out over a decade earlier as a new government offering Hope and Change progressed into a regime that kept horrible secrets from their citizens. Those who knew the secrets and tried to alert their neighbors were tried for High Treason, branded as Liars and sentenced to the guillotine or piano wire.
Today at the Bendlerblock military complex in Berlin a portion of the property houses the German Resistance Museum. It’s dedicated to those 5,000 heroes who did too little, too late but lost their lives in the process. It’s too bad that we can’t force Americans visit this museum before they’re allowed to vote.
The lesson to be learned from these resistance fighters is that perhaps killing Hitler years earlier would have spared tens of millions of lives. The problem was people believed in Time Magazine’s 1938 Man of The Year and the National Socialism he brought with him.
We must stop Socialists and Communists in our government before it’s too late.

Did Adolph Hitler and Eva Braun Escape Berlin?
Berlin, Germany—When I was visiting Berlin last month the realization of Hitler’s escape seemed more logical and believable than that old suicide story.
Adolph Hitler back then was 56 years-old and had access to untold wealth. He could easily have placed funds, gold and or diamonds in different places just in case of his forced exile.
There can be little doubt that Hitler knew all about the allied forces exact movements and the inevitable fall of Berlin.
Hitler’s self-preservation instincts and understandable desire to protect Eva Braun must have been a priority for him and those around him, who all swore an oath to their Fuhrer. I can’t possibly imagine that there were no plans for escape.
Hitler reportedly married Eva and dictated his last will and testament. The news came to Hitler that crowds had beaten Italian dictator Benito Mussolini and his sixteen year-old mistress to death and hanged their bodies by the heels.
The claim was that on April 30, 1945 as the Russians were assaulting the Reich Chancellery that Hitler and Eva committed suicide using both a pistol and a cyanide capsule. SS Sturmbannführer Otto Günsche and other Führerbunker occupants told of putting Germany’s First Couple in a bomb crater and cremated their bodies.
This story is just too convenient and back then there was no scientific way to prove the charred remains were that of Hitler and Braun.
The Russians collected the remains of the dead bunker inhabitants. Somewhat recently the skull believed to be that of Hitler, with a bullet hole was found to be that of young woman not of a man Hitler’s age. Remember, at the time there were plenty of corpses littering a war-torn Berlin that could have enabled this scenario.
Hitler could have shaven off that silly little mustache. Eva could have turned herself into a brunette and they could have left the Führerbunker far in advance of the Red Army’s final Berlin assault.
Hitler had absolute control of all the passports he wanted from Germany as well the nations he once occupied. He certainly had control of any and all fingerprint identification files in existence too.
I have little doubt that Hitler survived and escaped. Perhaps he and Eva lived out their lives somewhere in a Swiss Villa as a wealthy, young retired couple. I doubt that anyone had the actual fingerprints of Hitler or Braun to compare.
Hitler was well photographed and his face was well known worldwide but a simple change in hair style and perhaps a goatee beard would have rendered him unrecognizable.

Killing A Nation’s Leader May Be Necessary
Berlin, Germany—On July 20, 1944, Aldoph Hitler’s idea of Hope and Change was nothing but death and destruction for the German people. There were still patriots around that put country before a politician.
Several military men including Colonel Claus Von Stauffenberg knew their real duty was to kill a despot.
Stauffenberg planted a briefcase bomb in a room where Hitler was directing the war effort in Wolf’s Lair in East Prussia which is now Poland.
Things went wrong and Hitler though wounded survived. Over 200 people were implicated, many tortured but all killed in a legal bloodbath.
Today there is museum with an incredible amount of photographs and documents that shed light on this historical event. It’s is worth a trip to Berlin to see.
Let’s hope there are always brave patriots willing to risk it all for their fellow Americans.
