I now firmly believe that JFK’s assassination was in fact, a successful coup d’état.

Dallas, TX— Call me a conspiracy theorist if you will, but I have finally accepted the notion that our own intelligence community killed JFK.

The single most important reason I was convinced Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone involved the rifle he allegedly used.  The bolt action, Italian 6.5×52mm Carcano Model 91/38 Rifle was a total piece of crap. 

It was clear to me that any reasonably financed group would never rely on that rifle for such an important task.  

Oswald was seemingly living in a state of poverty and bought the cheapest rifle he could find in the Klein’s Sporting Goods, mail order advertisement.  

Had he the money, Oswald could have spent a little more for a far superior rifle that he was familiar with as a Marine, the venerable M-1 Garand semi-automatic battle rifle. 

Oswald seemed to be an easily manipulated fellow who effortlessly traveled to and from the Soviet Union.  Was he really a Castro sympathizer?   This now seems like a manufactured profile cover.  

Oswald may have been working as an employee or more likely a disposable contract agent. 

I now believe that a single, "money shot" killing Kennedy came from a quality rifle fired by a superior marksman from the grassy knoll, wooden fence area.  He was someone acting at the direction of the Deep State. 

The American intelligence community had and still has a core concept that they, not the American voters are supremely qualified to pick our leaders.

The FBI, NSA and CIA went rogue long ago and are still lawless today.  We’ve learned that from COINTELPRO, Ruby Ridge, the Branch Davidian slaughter, along with the more recent revelations of Edward Snowden and Bradley “Chelsea” Manning.  

The same agencies today, have placed President Donald Trump in their coup d’état crosshairs! 

Our intelligence agencies are solidly above the law since their leaders and operatives have never once been brought to justice for any of their significant crimes! 

Never forget that the JFK assassination files have still never fully been released.  Time locks have been placed on the records to insure nothing damning would be released until long after the government’s culprits were dead and of course out of reach for criminal prosecution. 

Governments cannot be trusted, that’s why our wise founders gave us a Second Amendment!

Stolen Guns A Partial Solution

“Crazy” Ted Kaczynski Was Not Insane! He was Clairvoyant!

Lincoln, MT—In 1978 a two-decade bombing campaign began that untimely took three lives and maimed some 23 people.  Ingeniously hand constructed bombs were delivered, mailed or otherwise planted targeting people involved with advanced technology.  It was an effort to intimidate those involved to obstruct and discontinue their efforts.

I worked on this massive investigation myself for among others, ABC News.  The FBI dubbed the bomber as the, "UNABOM" (UNiversity & Airline BOMber).  Their agents meticulously reconstructed the bombs in their investigative process that consumed many of their entire careers.   

Everyone was trying to guess the reasoning behind this frightening serial killer’s actions.  The New York Times received a somewhat strange letter on April 24, 1995.  The author promised "to desist from terrorism" if the Times or the Washington Post published his manifesto, Industrial Society and Its Future (also called the "Unabomber Manifesto"), in which he argued that his bombings were extreme but necessary to attract attention to the erosion of human freedom necessitated by modern technologies requiring large-scale organization. 

That manifesto eventually led to the unmasking of the man responsible, Theodore John "Ted" Kaczynski.   Kaczynski was a genuine Harvard educated egghead with a PhD in mathematics.  Kaczynski was so beyond brilliant he did not fit into our society.  He shunned anything involving technology including automobiles.   He took up residence in a tiny shack and spent countless hours at his local library. 

Friends were elusive to Kaczynski who limited his human connections to two women in the small hamlet of Lincoln.  One was the librarian and the other headed the local Chamber of Commerce.

Kaczynski was not pleasant to be around primarily because of his lacking personal hygiene and unkempt appearance.  Most people avoided this eccentric fellow.  Once Kaczynski’s own brother David tipped off the FBI the so-called UNABOM suspect’s mad world came to a halt. 

This was a huge news story at the time and I was once more working with ABC News network reporter Bill Redeker.  I worked with Redeker before on the Oklahoma Bombing case and on both of these stories and our reports came way out on top.

A picture of Kaczynski soon emerged and the consensus was that he was simply crazy.  His redundantly re-published manifesto was anything but an easy read.  However to me Kaczynski’s message was clear and hauntingly ominous.

Technology was about to strangle all of society in a world far worse than George Orwell’s 1984!  Both Orwell and Kaczynski were absolutely right in their prophecies.  Government and select corporations now have the massive power to see and hear whatever they want almost anywhere they want. There is no privacy and there is no escape from those in power.  Between Google, the NSA and thousands of smaller government contractors we are in a police state that would make Adolf Hitler a very jealous man.

Right now in Oregon there are some brave men that are challenging the federal government’s authority to seize and control public land.  Decades of family business are at stake.  Now the government is about to crush this protest just like the BATFE, FBI and our military unlawfully did to the men, women and children in Waco, TX during the Branch Davidian Massacre.

Already in Oregon the Feds have compromised cell phones, deployed listening devices and drones to selectively locate, ambush and even kill one protester so far. 

The question remains as to how far this kind on tyranny will continue.  Will the federal enforcement agents follow their oaths of office or remain loyal to tyrannical government bureaucrats instead. 

We have learned from history that despots like Hitler maintained control by allowing his thugs to seize and keep citizen’s personal property, money, businesses and land.

Keeping government enforcers on the side of the citizenry always fails under despotic regimes.  Corruption always rules.  Today we have a totally corrupt government and our elected and appointed leaders are controlled by greed for power and money.  They don’t give a rat’s ass about the people that elected them.

Kaczynski saw the power that technology would give politicians and had the vision to understand that eventually life, as we knew it was on a track straight to Hell.  Kaczynski unsuccessfully tried to stop this but nobody would listen.  

Our Second Amendment to keep and bear arms has been completely hijacked.  It was meant to give the people defense parity with our government.  We allowed this important right to become meaningless.   The government has the power and technology to murder far beyond anyone’s worst nightmare.  The small arms we have are no match for our government’s current killing tools.

Kaczynski was a lot of things, but crazy he was not.  His warnings went ignored as we laughed him off.  I for one am not laughing anymore.

Was Michael Hastings Running for His Life When He Crashed?

Los Angeles, CA—Award winning journalist Michael Hastings reportedly was under investigation by the FBI after his explosive interview and news story that led to the resignation of General Stanley McChrystal. 

The sudden rash of conspiracy theories surrounding Hastings death seems to have serious merit.  As a long time investigator, I have obvious questions.  I have learned that Hastings was a good and temperate driver.  The 4:15 AM, June 18^th fiery crash of his Mercedes sedan in Los Angeles show signs of incredibly high speed that apparently caused the loss of control of the car by Hastings.  

Very recently Hastings had complained to several people that he was under surveillance by the FBI.  The FBI is nothing more than an arm of Eric Holder’s Justice Department and they often get instructions from the very highest levels of government.

The only thing that comes to mind is that Hastings must have been running from someone threatening him.  We all know the Obama Administration has gone rogue with surveillance and currently they are in paranoia mode with even their most loyal media cheerleaders at the major networks and newspapers.  Lately they’ve been unsuccessfully doing cover-ups and damage control is at a furious pace.  Controlling leaks is proving impossible.

Hastings has been obviously viewed as a major threat to the Obama and his henchmen.  Obama claims he only traded American liberty and privacy for public safety. 

Spying on the media is unacceptable in any free society.  That’s not stopped Obama’s style one bit.  Obama’s clearly out to crush anyone that creates the slightest amount of embarrassment to him.  America has spiraled right into a Banana Republic in that regard.

The immediate questions I have are was Hastings under surveillance at the time of his death?  Was a GPS device attached to his car by anyone?  With drone technology the covert GPS like I sometimes employ is antiquated by comparison.  Where was Hastings in the few hours that led up to the time of death?  Was there an incendiary device in the car that caused or embellished that inferno that followed the crash?  Has the Federal government involved themselves into the routine LAPD accident investigation and why?  Somehow I don’t expect any transparency here.

This mysterious death is in dire need of a comprehensive, exhaustive and independent investigation.

Washington, DC—Guns are stolen or sometimes simply lost.  You can believe that loads of hot guns are in criminal hands waiting for an opportunity for deadly mayhem.

The ones reported stolen are listed by gun’s make, model and serial number are listed in the giant NCIC computer maintained by the FBI.  Additional information such as the police agency report number is also listed.  That’s so that a recovered guns can be used to prosecute the criminals in possession and so the gun could be returned to its owners.

Incredibly, by law the government has kept this information secret from the public, licensed gun dealers and firearm repair businesses.  Guns that are bought, sold or repaired are never compared with the list of hot guns.  It’s impossible to say how many criminals avoid detection, arrest and punishment because of this unforgivable and asinine government loophole.

Cops on the street occasionally run serial numbers of guns that are found in possession of suspected criminal and once in a while an arrest is made.

If the list were a public record law-abiding gun owners would never buy a gun without whipping out their trusty iPad and checking the number.  The dealers, repair centers and the public would be more than willing to call the cops and make sure the gun was returned to its rightful owner.  Along the way the criminals involved would be facing arrest and prosecution.  There’s no question that lives would be saved.  

Okay my blog visitors are pretty smart people and I have loads of cops that read my stories.  I want someone, anyone to offer up a good reason that the NCIC hot gun list should not be made public.  Somehow I don’t think that will happen.

Perhaps it’s time to ask the politicians for a real “common sense” gun law that would bring about the arrest of many armed criminals.  If you’re like me you know our politicians advocacy of gun control is nearly always disingenuous.   Making the hot gun list public is a true no brainer. 

Need Money? Why Not Rob A Bank When It’s So Easy?

Los Angeles, CA-Old men, women and youngsters alike are reaping big rewards robbing banks. The banks reject armed security and strictly rely on cameras for help.

A few banks rely on dye packets and transmitting tags but today's bank robbers nearly always get away clean. For some bank robbery is a gift that keeps on giving because they do it again and again. There seems to be less risk attached to bank heists than shoplifting at your local Wal-Mart.

The metrosexuals at the new FBI should be hanging their heads in shame for failing on their primary mission. They have abdicated their responsibility here in favor of being Barack Obama’s thought police chasing dissident Conservatives like that Michigan militia group. That pathetic case is falling apart because there is much more to law enforcement than grandstanding for press conferences.

Since L.A. has gun laws that enable rather than obstruct violent crime well-trained but disarmed law-abiding citizens can only be on the receiving end of this kind of crime.

Meet a growing list of serial bank robbers in the Los Angeles area. If you take up this occupation you will for sure earn a moniker name. Go for something classy like the “Gentleman Bandit” or perhaps the “Glamour Girl Bandit”.

The biggest threat to these folks, are their ex-spouses and lovers that will rat them out. Why share you new job with someone that will have that kind of power over you?
