The Second Amendment: Gun Control for Dummies.

The Second Amendment is not merely a line of text in the Constitution; it is the battle cry of a free people—a shield against the dark inevitability of government overreach. It is the ultimate safeguard of liberty, and without it, freedom will crumble. Today, as political elites and authoritarian forces conspire to strip Americans of this fundamental right, we stand on the precipice of a defining moment in history.

In 1791, the Founding Fathers—fresh from the blood-soaked battlefields of revolution—crafted the Bill of Rights as an unyielding defense of human liberty. The order of these rights was deliberate. The Second Amendment, following the First’s guarantee of speech and assembly, stands as a declaration of power: the people, not the government, hold the ultimate authority in this republic.

A Warning to Tyrants

The Second Amendment was not written to protect hunters or sportsmen. It was forged in the fires of rebellion, designed to ensure that no government—foreign or domestic—could oppress the American people without fear of resistance. It is not merely about self-defense; it is about the defense of a free state.

Tyrants fear armed citizens because they cannot enslave those who refuse to be disarmed. History has proven this truth time and again. Every dictatorship, every genocide, and every atrocity begins with disarmament. Those who claim otherwise are either ignorant of history or complicit in repeating it.

The Founders saw the writing on the wall. They witnessed tyranny firsthand: soldiers raiding homes, confiscating weapons, and silencing dissent. They knew that a disarmed population is a controlled population. This is why the Second Amendment is an explicit prohibition—not a suggestion—against any infringement on the right to keep and bear arms.

The War on Freedom

Today, politicians cloak their disarmament agenda in the guise of “public safety.” They peddle fear, exploiting tragedies to advance their cause. But make no mistake: their ultimate goal is not safety—it is submission. An unarmed population is easy to control. It cannot fight back, it cannot resist, and it cannot hold its government accountable.

Over decades, they have woven a web of gun control laws, each more draconian than the last. They demand registration, licenses, fees, and waiting periods—all designed to whittle away the Second Amendment until it is nothing but a hollow promise. They know the truth: the more hoops they create, the fewer people will exercise their rights.

Meanwhile, these same politicians insulate themselves behind walls, armed guards, and layers of security. They live in fear of the very people they claim to represent. They know that their power is illegitimate and that, one day, the people may rise to reclaim their freedom.

The Second Amendment Is Not Negotiable

Let us be clear: the Second Amendment is not up for debate. It is not subject to the whims of politicians or the fears of the uninformed. It is not contingent upon crime rates, technological advancements, or public opinion. It is an absolute right—a cornerstone of our republic.

The language of the Second Amendment is unambiguous. It does not permit regulation, taxation, or licensing. It does not restrict the arms that citizens may bear. It does not bend to the demands of bureaucrats. It is a line in the sand, and it cannot be crossed.

The Cost of Disarmament

The consequences of disarmament are written in the blood of the innocent. From the Holocaust to the killing fields of Cambodia, unarmed populations have been systematically slaughtered by their governments. To deny this reality is to deny history itself.

Gun control is not about saving lives—it is about consolidating power. Those who advocate for it are not protectors of the people; they are enablers of tyranny.

A Supreme Victory for Liberty

Thankfully, the United States Supreme Court has reaffirmed what we have always known: the Second Amendment is a first-class right. It is not a privilege to be licensed, taxed, or regulated. It is a right that stands as a bulwark against government overreach.

The Court has made it clear: gun ownership is not negotiable. The government has no authority to dictate the terms of this right. The Founders did not leave room for compromise, and neither should we.

A Call to Arms—Literally and Figuratively

This is the fight of our generation. The battle to protect the Second Amendment is the battle to protect freedom itself. We cannot afford to be complacent. Every inch we concede is an inch closer to tyranny.

The Second Amendment is the line between freedom and slavery, between dignity and submission, between life and death. We must defend it with everything we have, for once it is lost, it will never be regained.

Let the tyrants tremble, for the Second Amendment will stand. The people will remain armed. And liberty will prevail.

Should Negligent School Administrators Be Charged With Crimes After Shootings? Absolutely.

The shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, on September 4, which claimed four lives and injured many others, was devastating. However, the way society responds to such incidents is disgraceful.

The Media:

They consistently shroud every story in political correctness, only highlighting racism if it involves a white majority targeting minorities. Recently, numerous mass murders have been committed by gender-confused criminals, yet the media deliberately avoids discussing the gender fueled mental health crises of these killers. Society cannot adequately address these issues when the press conceals essential facts.

School Administrators:

They must ensure that armed police officers are present to protect students, just as we protect politicians and money—with guns. Schools also need to enact strong anti-bullying policies. Instead of doing so, they often suspend both the victim and the bully after altercations. This is neither fair nor just. Schools should also be required to provide counseling for both the victim and perpetrator when bullying is suspected.

The Police:

Unfortunately, law enforcement has little influence on school security measures or personnel assignments. These decisions are made by politicians and the bureaucrats they appoint.

The Parents:

Parents bear ultimate responsibility for their children's behavior. However, many are ill-prepared for this role due to their own lack of maturity, education, or financial challenges.

The School Boards:

School boards nearly always keep parents in the dark by underreporting violence. Their solutions are always welcome as long as they don’t work. Board members are typically more interested in steering lucrative contracts to friends and family than in running the schools properly. They seek parental support only to gain approval for their disingenuous activities.

Now, let’s examine the recent Apalachee High School shooting. We have a gender-confused 14-year-old boy—his long, obviously dyed blonde, girly styled hair makes that clear. Yet the media ignores this. Many recent high-profile shootings have involved similarly troubled individuals with gender identity issues.

Charging a 14-year-old with capital crimes is shocking and harsh, given his age. This recalls the infamous case of George Junius Stinney Jr., who was executed at 14 in South Carolina, seated on phone books to fit into the adult-size electric chair. His case was later considered a wrongful conviction. The U.S. Supreme Court has since prohibited juveniles from receiving death sentences or life without parole.

Here, the young shooter and his father face the most severe charges under Georgia law. Colin Gray, the father, is accused of unlawfully providing the rifle used in the killings.  He is also charged as a participant and accessory to the crimes.

As for the boy, his current mental state, previous threats to shoot up the school (which officials ignored), and likely being bullied will be significant factors for leniency at sentencing. He’s likely facing at least 25 years behind bars, while his father could receive an even harsher sentence.

Police failures have also played a part in past school shootings,  like at Columbine and Uvalde. In both cases, officers failed to act while the massacres continued, significantly contributing to the death toll.

Society must learn to assign responsibility and force the media to tell the full story, not just the parts they choose. Public officials who act negligently or recklessly must be held fully accountable for their failures.

Whatever Happened to the Old CTA Dicks? Did they Kill Too Many Thugs?

The official star of the CTA Police
In Chicago, the Chicago Transit Authority best known as the CTA once had its own police department.  There were about 100 male cops that were called, CTA dicks.

They were trained and armed to deal with the muggers, sex offenders and fare jumpers that always plague public transit.

There was a slight problem.  Since they wore plain clothes and were a predominantly white group they were choice targets of roving groups of black criminals.

The CTA dicks were sending more thugs to the hereafter then any police agency in the state of Illinois including Chicago cops.  Most of these shootings were somehow magically kept out of the news!

The vast majority of the thugs killed by the CTA dicks were career felons.  Others were youngsters just beginning their lives of crime.

The bogus screams of racism and murder by cops became a PR nightmare.  So in the early 1970s they put all the CTA dicks in green uniforms and put them in patrol cars guarding CTA bus barns where nothing bad ever happens.  Soon they disbanded this entire department.

The Chicago Police Department then created their Mass Transit uniformed Unit.  For a while they included some undercover officers but they too were targeted by unsuspecting black thugs.  After a few more Justifiable shootings they pulled nearly all plain-clothed officers from this duty.

So today you have the grandsons of the old thugs that wear hoodies to defeat the new technology surveillance cameras.  They are pretty much guaranteed of no undercover police interference with their crimes.

The politicians made the CTA property a, GUN FREE ZONE to deter potential robbery or rape victims from shooting the the well protected thugs roaming the Windy City!

It’s a great country, isn’t it!

The CEO of the New York Times said print news will be dead within 10years...

That’s a sad but realistic view of our society that tolerates ignorance despite our taxpayer funded public education.

Our massive immigration invitation to the worlds poor and illiterate combined with acceptance of their refusal to learn how to read and write has become a major crisis.

Too many of our own children, particularly Blacks and Hispanics are allowed to reject the tools needed to escape a lifetime of financial dependency.

Our illiterates are doomed to only receive communication rather than creating and influencing their world.  The future is in clearly creating watchable video.  Government, businesses, news providers and entertainers must cater to our illiterate society.

Of course video communication is now superior to any other form.  Being able to create exceptional video will be the ultimate influencing skill.

We must equip our children with the tools and resources so they are not allowed to fail.

The best camera ever is the one you have at the moment.  For billions of people that is the smart phone.  The very young and even our senior citizens can easily master the iPhone and iMovie editing software.

The versatility of more sophisticated camera equipment and microphones do have distinct advantages.  But we all must begin somewhere.

There are many special ways of creating watchable eye candy that traps and holds the viewers enabling you to get your messages to the masses.

Do you really have a choice about learning this amazing technology?  The good news is really satisfying and fun! It’s truly empowering!

Like your .40 Caliber Pistol? Check this out!

I located the original video and have restored it for your education.  Conflict avoidance is the best way to survive.  Pumping a few shots into someone does not always incapacitate!

I Call This The Safe Traveler!

Chicago, Il--It's small but deadly. A well placed slash or two and an attacker can bleed out in less than a minute.  Folded it's the size of your driver's license and has a profile that will evade frisks and even X-ray equipment if placed properly in a briefcase or purse.

This is for use in places where politicians have outlawed self defense like the UK and Gun Free Zones.  It was made by Spyderco of Golden, Colorado. The bad news is that they discontinued making this model. Like my American Express card, I don't leave home without it!

UCLA Shooting and an Incredibly Shameful Police Response.

Westwood, Los Angeles, CA—A deadly dispute between two engineering Ph.D  eggheads at the UCLA  campus yesterday was turned into an unnecessary and obscene military commando exercise by authorities.

UCLA Police officers immediately responded to a shooting scene and found two dead males.  They appeared to have suffered fatal gunshot wounds from a low powered handgun and a recently fired 9MM pistol lay nearby.  Additionally there was a suicide note that made this somewhat clear to be an isolated Murder/Suicide event.  What followed was nothing less than what we’d expect from an out-of-control fascist government.
The authorities turned this into a massive training exercise that disrupted and disturbed the entire region. SWAT teams were summoned from every department surrounding the area.  FBI, Homeland Security and the BATFE joined in the raiding party.

A chance to test their inter-agency radio communications crossing every jurisdictional line under a single command structure was fully exploited.

UCLA’s Bruin Alert system told the students to shelter in place setting off panic.  The students attempted bizarre efforts to lock classroom doors that had no locks.

I saw perhaps 40 police vehicles speeding with emergency lights and sirens headed for UCLA from the San Fernando Valley along the crowed 405 Freeway. It’s easy to assume that the every major street leading to Westwood saw similar activity.

Students were removed from buildings at gunpoint, forced to raise their hands, submit to unnecessary humiliation as the were frisked like criminals in front of news cameras.  Then the hapless students were then forced to kneel on the ground.  This while the police were assigned to search for “Active Shooters” throughout the campus.  Needless to say none were found.

Hours later police officials declared the exercise over saying it was indeed an isolated Murder/Suicide. Then the media wasted no time heaping on the praise of how wonderfully the police responded protecting the students and faculty at the University.

Adding insult to injury politicians began demanding more gun control. California’s gun laws are the most restrictive anywhere and UCLA is a GUN FREE ZONE! They somehow want to believe that gun laws are obeyed by criminals. Gun laws only impact the law-abiding obstructing their ability to defend themselves.  Liberals always embrace full government dependence, rejecting any form of self-reliance.

Was the UCLA police “Active Shooter” raid just a rehearsal for bigger things yet to come?  Will we see bucket helmet, jackboot wearing armed thugs marching through our businesses and homes?  The sad answer provided by world history is yes unless we demilitarize the cops while we still can. We need to see police returned to their communities as local protectors not an invading army.  Freedom is not free we must fight for it.

A lot of people ask me why I love Germany. Here is the answer!

Aschaffenberg, Germany--it was December 1968 when after being drafted by the Army I wound up in this beautiful hamlet.  I was just about 15 miles from Frankfurt and was blessed to be assigned there as a medical corpsman.

It was Christmas time and I was in a strange land far away from home.  I decided that since I was a guest in  this nation I'd act like one.

I was compelled to learn the customs, language and culture.  I stayed far away from fellow soldiers if for no other reason I liked the elegant German babes better.

I soon found that the German people were incredibly kind to me.  I made some wonderful new friends and got an education few Americans ever get.

The 18 months I spent in Germany  was the very best time of my life.  I traveled everywhere I could.  The money exchange rate was four Marks to the Dollar then. It was truly an adventure!

If I made a mistake it was not staying there and finishing my education in a medical profession in Munich or Berlin.

I never forgot the kindness and love that the German people showed me when I was so young.

Over the last 25 years I worked on the Debra Milke Death Penalty travesty in Arizona.  I investigated not on her behalf but was hired by many media organizations to help them cover that nightmare.

It turned out that I discovered early that Milke was framed and told that to anyone who'd listen. It turned out I was correct once again.

The Milke case actually got me sent back to Europe three times.  The last trip in December was indirectly because of my involvement with the case.

Drone Hysteria! Gullible Media Organizations have Been Hoodwinked Big Time by the FAA and DOT

Washington, D.C.—We have a full-blown crisis!  We are being told that government must suddenly regulate and register the well over two million drones used by hobbyists, photographers, filmmakers and other ordinary civilians.
For over two years now we’ve heard the media tell us how these little pesky devices will bring down airliners, invade privacy and destroy our way of life.  Pulling the puppet strings of the media has been the FAA and DOT.
Chicago’s Mayor, Rahm Emanuel said it best back when he was Obama’s Chief of Staff, “Never let a good crisis go to waste!  This drone crisis is nothing more that a manufactured one.
The FAA has showered the media with their “facts” in that they claim there are well over 700 cases of near misses with airliners and other conventional aircraft.
Missing from these statistics are a single fatality, serious injury or even a report of notable property damage.  Because drones have driven news stories like wildfire a child needing a Band-Aid on his nose from a drone propeller is automatically a national news story.
I guess nobody in the media noticed that there is not a single incident where a multi-rotor camera drone every touched any conventional aircraft, ever.
More importantly there is not a single identified suspect, prosecution, captured drone, video or even a photograph involving these near miss reports!  Nearly everyone has a video camera in their pockets today but not a single image exists of drone misconduct?
Now there is a sudden rush to regulate and register every little drone in America!  We are being told that this is being done in the name of public safety.  Is it about safety or just a case of government selling us on more government?  As you read this you know the answer, we’ve been had!
The reason for the sudden rush is simple.   As each year drags on and there are no significant accidents to report or legitimate cases of privacy invasions discovered the need for regulation is non-existent.  The taxpayers can’t then be fleeced over this manufactured impending doom.
Imagine the number of FAA and DOT agents that will be needed to register and inspect every drone in America?  Politicians will be putting their relatives, friends and supporters in well paying government drone chasing jobs!
Then they will all take credit for the fact that there are no deaths, injuries or property damage as a result of their comprehensive drone enforcement activities!  That’s how our government works!
In the meantime the morons in suits running our shrinking news organizations that helped to create this Drone Hysteria must continue spending millions leasing helicopters and crews to get images.   Using drones would only cost a tiny percentage of what they pay now.
Conventional pilots run the FAA.  They are all aware that drones will be eliminating a significant percentage of their jobs.  They have an obvious conflict of interest here.  It’s in their interest to slow the drone technology down as much as they can.
FAA regulations were all written in blood.  They are based on actual deadly aircraft accidents.  When it came to our little drones the FAA departed from reactive regulation to one of prior restraint.  That’s un-American!  So is the FAA stranglehold on the commercial use of a drone.
Will we wake up in time to keep the FAA in check?  I doubt it.
