Rod Blagojevich Is Now marked For Death

Chicago, IL—There can be no doubt that Rod Blagojevich knows too much about Barack Obama and his nefarious activity. They both moved in the same corrupt political organization where those on the inside help each other into various shady deals. From well-paid, no-show board appointments for spouses to quid pro quo campaign contributions there are no ethical bounds for Chicago Democrats. There are however laws that these criminals redundantly break.

When one corrupt politician gets caught with his hand in the cookie jar, the code of silence is strictly obeyed. Now that code is threatened by the beleaguered former governor.

When Rod Blagojevich was arrested every politician that had aggressively supported and endorsed him for governor began calling him corrupt and crazy. They had little choice but to discredit Blagojevich because he could have flipped on them in a heartbeat.

Instead of turning on these criminals, Blagojevich patiently waited for US Attorney Eric Holder to soft peddle the case and set him free. The unthinkable happened and now Obama knows he must act quickly or revelations and evidence will surface ending his presidency. That ominous specter was made clear by some not so discrete and very public hints by Blagojevich yesterday.

Rod Blagojevich has zero protection, as he poses a danger to the political future of Obama and other criminals in his administration. The Whitehouse occupants have just two choices. They can get Blagojevich a free ride on some technicality or have the former governor murdered. I’m betting on the latter.

Some deranged Obama supporter will do the deed out of misplaced loyalty and Obama will simply shake his head and say, “Oh well.” Others within the Obama Administration are rightfully nervous that they will be sacrificed along the way.

In any event I think Rod Blagojevich is a dreadfully poor risk for any life insurance company right now.

Blago’s Lawyer Made A Fool of Judge Zagel In Court

Chicago, IL—In the otherwise boring but high profile trial of former Governor Rod Blagojevich great pains were made by prosecutors and Judge James Zagel to protect every member of the Obama Mafia from exposure or attention. I can’t help but believe there are sinister motives behind Zagel’s rulings.

I saw an incredibly cleaver move by the feisty Sam Adam, Jr. who proved to be a legal clone of his legendary father.

Frustrated by the constant over-protection of the Obama Crime Organization and convicted criminals associated with those Whitehouse occupants, Adam found a great solution.

Adam wanted to jury to know that he was not permitted to bring in or examine the Whitehouse Mafia members. Adam wants everyone to know they’re being protected for nefarious reasons. Judge Zagel put his massive foot right on Adam’s throat threatening him in the process.

That got major press attention. Adam is no fool he ran with that football for a major touchdown by suggesting he’d go to jail if necessary to inform the jury. The press bought into this slug-fest and it was the top story of the entire trial.

The jury here has not been in a vacuum and contrary to instructions can’t really avoid media reports especially when they involve material they were not supposed to hear.

Adam accomplished his mission by using Zagle's considerable weight against him. The jury did hear that the Obama mafia has escaped any and all scrutiny and the jury has been denied hearing all the evidence. This is a great reason for a juror backlash and perhaps even an acquittal.

Judge Threatens Blago and his lawyers!

Chicago, IL—Today federal Judge James Zagel threatened former IL Governor Rod Blagojevich not to in anyway implicate or suggest that Barack Obama and his inner circle were not called by the government for nefarious reasons. The judge told defense lawyers, “If you start down that path, you will regret it.”

The defense sought a “missing witness” jury instruction on the likes of Barack Obama, Rahm Emanuel along with political fixers, Tony Rezko and Stuart Levine. The defense wanted the jury to be told the government did not call those witnesses because it would have hurt their case.

The whole trial surrounded Barack Obama’s senate seat. It’s no secret that Obama wanted it filled by his friend Valerie Jarrett who is a Senior Whitehouse Advisor today. The defense was never allowed to explore or expose that crucial part of the story or call witnesses inside the Whitehouse.

Judge Zagel will be expecting a Presidential elevation to the Seventh circuit court of Appeals for his helping the Whitehouse cover-up their dirty laundry. That is after all the Chicago way.

Obama is Owned By US Assistant Attorney General Patrick Fitzgerald

Chicago, IL- As former Illinois Governor Rod Blagovejich is being tried for political corruption involved with Barack Obama’s former senate seat Pat Fitzgerald is doing fancy footwork protecting the man that held him over in his job as top Northern Illinois federal prosecutor.

Fitzgerald would have been tossed with the rest of the Bush political trash except that he owned Obama though wiretapped phone conversations. Fitzgerald holds the keys to the Whitehouse and Obama has no choice but to give the crafty Fitzgerald anything he wants. I’d love to see Fitzgerald’s Swiss bank account balance right about now.

Fitzgerald’s arrest of Blagovejich and prosecution has seen the cover-up of evidence because only select portions of the intercepted phone calls were released in the court discovery routine process. Of course there would be a potential fat reward for any federal judge that would protect the man who could appoint him to a higher judicial office. It’s doubtful that the covered up conversations will ever see the light of day under these circumstances.

There are those that believe that Fitzgerald timed the arrest of Blagovejich early enough to insulate Obama from getting snagged into the conspiracy. That cover-up gave Fitzgerald whatever he wanted including being able to continue on inside the Obama Justice department.

Blagovejich was counting on his own knowledge of Obama’s criminal activity to provide him with protection too. Perhaps an end to the prosecution or at least a pardon in exchange for protecting Obama is in order. The same people that endorsed Boagovejich as Governor now claim he's crazy.

Blagovejich should have come clean on this mess long and snitched off Obama long ago. Now we have to hope that his defense team can artfully expose what the prosecutor and judge desperately wants to keep under wraps, Obama’s involvement in the conspiracy. Are we going to pretend that Obama was not trying to get that key senate appointment for a loyal and trusted comrade?

Blagovejich was supposed to have a Fifth Amendment right to summon witnesses for his defense. That right was violated by Judge James Zagel who won’t allow Obama to be subpoenaed by the defense.

Obama has a lot to hide and has all the help doing so that the Obama Justice department can provide.

Blago Has the Goods On Obama, Fireworks Starting

Chicago, IL-The Regular Democratic Party Organization here is nothing more than a criminal Mob enterprise operated by the Daley-Burke Crime Families. They exist through racketeering, bribery, extortion, theft of public funds and a code of silence.

Former Governor Rod Blagojevich got sideways with his former friends and that gave the U.S. Attorney here, Patrick J. Fitzgerald rare job security through a changing Presidential administration. Fitzgerald has enough knowledge to destroy Barack Obama and is holding a trump card as J. Edgar Hoover did over everyone during his dynasty at the FBI. Wire-taping was the tool for both men.

When Blagojevich was arrested his former pals that endorsed him for the state’s highest office quickly labeled him as mentally ill and a liar before he said a word in his own defense. Blagojevich was part of the crime cabal, wheeling and dealing no differently than anyone else in that cesspool.

Now Blagojevich’s lawyers are seeking to subpoena Barack Obama. That’s not a dumb move since Blagojevich has the goods on our Socialist leader. Obama has the both the need and ability to force the case against Blagojevich to quietly end.

As for the wire-taped conversations Fitzgerald has, they are being kept secret. They can only be one reason for that and it’s called a cover-up. That’s what has been Fitzgerald’s trump card he hopes will perhaps even land him a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court.

I can’t predict just what will happen other than to say Fitzgerald will do anything and everything to protect Obama. Blagojevich should simply come clean and go public with everything he knows about the former members of that Chicago criminal enterprise that included Barack Obama. The conspiracy and cover-up needs to end. Obama needs to be exposed, removed from the Whitehouse, tried and put in prison with all of his fellow mobsters.

Will A Routine Death Investigation Destroy The Obama Regime?

Country Club Hills. IL—A man, Christopher Kelly suffered a drug overdose that seemed to have been a successful suicide. The circumstances seem somewhat convoluted but not really so unusual because the victim was due to report to federal prison.

Kelly was sitting up, lucid, while talking with medical providers and police. He died several hours later. Is there a mystery here? Once you add the fact that Kelly was the chief fund raiser for the indicted former governor, Rod Blagojevich the idea of conspiracy and cover up begin to dance.

I have always believed and maintained that Blagojevich has the goods on Barack Obama and key members of his inner circle like current Whitehouse chief of Staff, Rahm Israel Emanuel. The Senate seat Blagojevich was selling was after all Obama’s. I felt that Blagojevich is holding out for Obama to somehow quash the prosecution and save his bacon. If not Blagojevich may let some really nasty cats out of the bag.

Chicago Machine Democrats tried early on to make Blagojevich look like a discredited nut job because they know he can do some serious damage. These were the same officials including Obama that twice supported Blagojevich for the office of Governor.

Country Club Hills Police are gathering evidence with search warrants from numerous locations and I can’t help but believe that documents damaging Obama will be located. They were being saved for a rainy day.

Since Chris Kelly was the money guy he had the records and just because he’s dead does not mean Pandora’s Box won’t spring open in a very nasty way now.

Blagojevich has yet to tell what he knows and has pulled his punches so far. I believe he knows a lot and new sources of damaging information will be surfacing. Obama has some rough days ahead.

I think we have an exciting new chapter of the Obama Presidency History being chronicled. Will the bodies of those who know too much start showing up now like cordwood with so much at stake? Stay tuned!

Blago’s Legacy Need Not Be Disgrace When He Can Be A Taxpayer’s Hero

Chicago, IL. –Rod Blagojevich is now suffering under the tyranny he imposed on others.

Blagojevich has supported every gun control ban, restriction or other roadblock to the rights to keep and bear arms. When imposing the bans, he did so from the well protected Ivory Towers of political office. Of course there was his small army of state police bodyguards. Now all his protections are gone but for a one-year extention on the bodyguards and the state owned SUV.

Convicted of nothing the exiled leader had any rights to possess firearms taken because he was arrested. That’s even more egregious since he’s not even been indicted.

Everyone including enemies and those fearing the former governor’s future revelations on political corruption know where he lives. My guess is this man now has a big target on his back and is rightfully worried. That is not a good position for anyone.

In short Blagojevich will soon enough personally know exactly what he imposed on others.

When Blagojevich cited the Golden Rule during his impeachment remarks, I took that as a real threat made to return the full favors to his former friends and colleagues. This man knows just where the bones are buried and can bring down the entire Chicago Democratic Machine. Blagojevich has the goods on Barack Obama and his merry band of thieves who have seized control of the Whitehouse.

Under the circumstances Blagojevich is in serious danger of being silenced very soon. When that happens the Chicago Democratic Mob will make it look like suicide, an accident or blame some disturbed person for the crime.

The best thing the former Governor can do is come clean with all the corruption information while he is still breathing. Blagojevich can be remembered as the man that really made a difference. Blagojevich can have a legacy of disgrace or that of a taxpayer’s hero

Update: The security detail was removed and Blago’s butt is now the target. It’s more difficult to hit a moving target so he needs to keep up the talk show tour.

Illinois Impeachment Proceedings Are Medieval An Un-American

Springfield, IL—I don’t agree with much any Illinois Democrat thinks about the way government should be run. That certainly includes Governor Rod Blagojevich. The Illinois Senate is conducting an impeachment farce under color of law.

The Senate is weighing select snippets of hearsay testimony. I guess if these ate truths they are by definition half or quarter truths.

Calling this a sham is an understatement. Are they using this as a stall tactic to protect members of the Obama Administration? That seems to be the only viable reason. I refuse to accept they’re acting out of ignorance of the law since there are so many lawyers involved in the proceeding.

Impeachment By Hearsay And Silliness

Springfield, IL. -- How can you hold an impeachment trial against Governor Rod Blagojevich without any actual witnesses involved in the events under review? The Illinois Senate should put off proceedings until they can compel and hear testimony from witnesses.

To hold the proceeding with no viable way to present key witnesses is little more that a major embarrassment. Not only are they trying to proceed with hearsay but the hearsay is so overwhelmingly incomplete.

The Senate will not have enough evidence to really know whether there was an impeachable offense with any acceptable evidence. They only have portions of allegations.

Illinois legislators are making themselves the laughing stock of the nation. They really need to avoid the silliness and wait to proceed when and until the evidence needed is available and they are prepared to give the governor due process.

Drew Peterson's Lawyer Weighs In On The Blago Impeachment

Chicago, IL-- It seems I’m not the only one that is suspect of the impeachment efforts against Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. I’ve argued that there is an effort to, discredit and destroy the governor while covering up the wrongdoing of others. The Illinois Legislature is unlawfully engaged in an obstruction of justice by blocking any evidence helpful to the governor’s defense.

You cannot deny any American of the basic right to confront an accuser or bring forth witnesses in any proceeding where life, liberty or property is at stake. The governor’s employment contract and paycheck is certainly property.

Joel Brodsky, the attorney who represents retired Bolingbrook Illinois police sergeant Drew Peterson has also taken exception to the lawless Illinois Legislature’s efforts to violate the governor’s civil rights.

What’s Next for Blago? I Must Be Psychic!

Springfield, IL—It will be a short and not so sweet formality as the Senate hears allegations and convicts the embattled Governor, Rod Blagojevich ordering him removed from office. The Lt. Governor will move right into Blago’s office and take over as he makes a big sanctimonious and self-serving speech.

Lawyer, Ed Genson is already drafting his complaint for Violation of Civil Rights and a Petition for a Temporary Restraining Order blocking the impeachment order pending full judicial review. The likelihood for success is significant since in theory the Illinois Legislature is not above the law.

Anyone who thinks impeachment will be a slam–dunk process is sadly mistaken. Remember where you read this first!

An Update: Blago’s lawyer Ed Genson announced he is planning to withdraw as his counsel. Genson cited serious communications issues with the beleaguered governor.

It’s anyone’s guess when, if or who will file anything at all in court on Blago’s behalf. I don't think Blago will just fall on his sword anytime soon.

Governor Rod Blagojevich Is Absolutely Right About The Impeachment Railroad Job

Chicago, IL-- Governor Rod Blagojevich is absolutely correct in his assessment of the Illinois Senate impeachment effort to remove him from office. They are violating his rights under the Constitution.

I’ve never been a fan of this beleaguered governor or the people he ran with. The rub here is twofold not only do they violate Blago’s rights his co-conspirators will escape any scrutiny or cross-examination.

We will never learn the facts from the players of this sordid affair. There will be no transparency and crooks will be protected. That is not good public policy.

This is more about a cover-up to protect the administration of Barack Obama than an effort to remove the Governor.

Governor Rod Blagojevich deserves the same due process we afford child killers.

Blogo Lawyer Ed Genson Walks off The Job.

Springfield, IL—In a move I predicted, lawyer, Ed Genson will wind up litigating Governor Rod Blagojevich's removal in Federal District Court rather than before the Illinois Senate. The cunning lawyer said today he'd not become part of an un-American exercize.

The heavily, Democratically controlled Senate won’t afford Blagojevich simple due process rights such as being able to subpoena witnesses and confront his accusers. They are afraid of exposing Barack Obama to revelations that would lead to his fall from Grace.

The court will have no choice but to stay any removal and order the Senate to stop violating Blagojevich’s rights. That means they will have to allow the governor his right to due process so he can raise his defense.

This strategy buys time for everyone and will also provide a more convenient time for Blagojevich to negotiate a plea agreement and resignation. That of course is exactly what Obama needs.

On a side note there is dissention within the FBI. Some Chicago field agents think that the Justice department is protecting Obama from scandal. Some have speculated on their impending transfer to the field office in Guam once Obama has got Obama hatchet man Eric Holder running the show.

IL Governor Impeached In Lawless Exercise

Springfield, IL—Let me say first I’m not a fan of or a defender of anything Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich stands for or supports. We are at opposite ends of the political spectrum.

We claim to be a nation of laws. We have a Bill of Rights. The Illinois Legislature trampled on the Governor’s due process rights to confront accusers, secure the attendance of witnesses for mere starters. That has denied his rights to put up a meaningful defense to the allegations. This shows just how ignorant Illinois lawmakers are when they don’t recognize the Constitution they were sworn to uphold.

The process now moves on to the Illinois Senate and I expect they will rubber stamp the latest House action. Senate rules spell out due process rights for impeachment proceedings and theoretically forbid hearsay. It remains to be seen if the Senate will follow their own rules. I just don’t expect that they will allow the sacred cows within the Democratic to be cross-examined by Blago’s lawyers.

The next move for Blagojevich will happen in the courts. They will have no choice but to reverse the impeachment.

The saving grace may come as the civil action becomes bogged down for months and the criminal charges against the governor are perfected and result in some kind of plea deal or conviction. Of course a conviction for a felony would end any hope of continuing to be governor.

The best thing for Blagojevich to do is rat out every one of his fellow crooks he can. He has to make it public in order to bring sunshine onto the process of prosecution. This corruption travels all the way up the food chain to Barrack Obama. The efforts to cover up criminal activity will be fierce.

The cover up began when the governor’s crooked peers began to paint him as a crazy, lone rogue. They have set out to destroy his credibility as a witness in order to keep their own asses out of federal prison.

Fitzgerald Unveils Coming Attractions For Blagogate

Blago Will Fill Senate Seat And They Can’t Stop Him!

Springfield, IL—I was wondering just when this would happen. Rod Blagojevich is still the governor and his power has not been interrupted so he will do exactly what the law allows.

The surprise is he is appointing a somewhat Conservative, old guard Chicago Democrat to the seat. The lucky winner is former state Comptroller and Attorney General, Roland Burris.

My own experience with Burris is that he has class and comes from the George W. Dunne, Richard J. Daley side of the party instead of the ultra Left Wing. Burris is however a reliable team player who has avoided scandal. For a Democrat he’s not a bad choice.

Blagojevich is having too much fun thumbing his nose at Barack Obama’s people and the US Attorney. I’m convinced this appointment is unstoppable. The downside for Burris is he may suffer the Blagojevich taint in the long run.

Currently Burris is on the roster of the Chicago law firm, Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP.

Of course if Illinois held an Election right now a Republican would win that seat.

There Will Be No Impeachment Over Blogogate.

Springfield, IL—The Barack Obama Whitewash is in full swing and US Attorney, Patrick Fitzgerald is currently in the Tank for the President-elect. My sources in Chicago claim Fitzgerald is now looking out for Obama’s interests. The deal has already been made.

Now Fitzgerald has made quite a mess and before it’s all over whistleblowers within his own office may spill the beans. The only way out is for a real sweetheart deal where Governor Rod Blagojevich, shuts up, resigns and escapes prison. No hearings, no trials and no risk of exposing Obama or his minions to sunshine.

The lawyers for Tony Rezko are also in on this deal making that’s not about cooperating with testimony but silence.

Defense lawyer Ed Genson already knows that Fitzgerald does not want the information Blagojevich can provide about major corruption that extends straight to Obama and several members of his team. The goal is to discredit and silence Blagojevich while getting him out of the way.

Illinois cannot impeach anyone without affording them Due Process under our Fifth Amendment. That means Blagojevich has the absolute right to subpoena witnesses, the right to confront and cross-examine accusers. Blagojevich also has the right to all related e-mails; phone records reports prior to any hearing. Despite posturing to the contrary they know that.

Nobody goes to jail and they all will live happily ever after…

Why I don’t Trust US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald

Chicago, IL—What Patrick Fitzgerald has is golden, a way to implicate or clear Barack Obama of wrongdoing. Fitzgerald can name his own price for results favorable to Obama. Prosecutors sell out all the time and get away with it since prosecutors never indict other prosecutors.

Fitzgerald has already asked the Illinois Legislature not to issue subpoenas for the highest members of Obama’s team involved in Blagogate. The Democrats running the House Impeachment Committee of the Legislature called for impeachment while forgetting due process details that would potentially destroy their darling President-elect.

They are all desperate now to avoid that at all cost. You can’t impeach anyone with affording then due process so impeachment is going to be off the table at least for now.

Demanding Subpoenas was the right move by lawyer Ed Genson. His plan has seemed to have worked. Right now they are all in a stalemate.

Fitzgerald made it too easy for the controlling Democrats by saying subpoenas would hurt his investigation. I say that’s hogwash. The damage would come as the Obama staffers all declined to testify citing the Fifth Amendment. That would create an instant Constitutional crisis for Barack Obama and this country.

We need to deal with this mess and if it brings down a budding Whitehouse criminal conspiracy, so be it.

What Fitzgerald needs to win the golden parachute of his life is a surgical strike that only takes down Rod Blagojevich and any other troublesome Democrats while making a saint out of Obama.

The real problem will be Rod Blagojevich himself who won’t stand to be a patsy and simply fall on his sword. I place Blagojevich at the very top of the Dead Pool if he continues to refuse to cooperate.

If this investigation somehow continues without shenanigans Obama is sure to be incriminated for the business as usual of Chicago’s criminal Democratic Organization.

If on the other hand Fitzgerald is on the Square and takes down this entire criminal cabal he could be elected President himself.

Blagogate Witness Subpoenas Sought

Springfield, IL—Lawyer Ed Genson is demanding subpoenas for witnesses as part of his impeachment defense on behalf of Governor Rod Blagojevich. Rahm Emanuel, Valerie Jarrett and Jessie Jackson, Jr. and Barack Obama . I don't think these folks are looking forward to answering Genson’s questions under oath anytime soon.

The conventional wisdom is that the Democratically controlled Illinois Legislature would bend over backwards protecting Obama and his minions. The problem is they can’t have their cake and eat it too, meaning they can’t impeach Governor Rod Blagojevich without affording him due process. Democrats may live to regret their rush to impeach the beleaguered governor.

Okay, I’m laughing at the dilemma and am pleased to report that Emanuel, Jarrett and Jackson have hired their own criminal lawyers. I can’t wait to see these impeachment witnesses taking the Fifth and refusing to testify.
