Things Just Got Serious in Paris, Have We Learned Anything?

Paris, France—One again Islam has spread its gut wrenching, deadly poison on totally innocent people that were defenseless soft targets.

My European friends have all been brainwashed their entire lives that law-abiding people will instantly become murdering bloodthirsty fiends if they were allowed to keep and carry firearms.

In Europe the propaganda war against gun ownership has been won with lies, half-truths and by spreading fear.  Political correctness in Europe today begins and ends with gun rights hatred.

The 12-year death grip that Nazis had on Europe was facilitated by European gun bans.   The established military organizations had no back up.  Instead there are endless unarmed millions of meek sheep waiting to suffer or die at the hands of tyrants.

Thankfully in the United States there are millions of well-armed, trained citizens that will fight for they and their family’s lives.  If the police or military become overwhelmed there is a back up of citizens that will be led by retired cops and veterans. 

Thankfully Barack Obama’s hatred for gun right has caused millions of more smart Americans to obtain and get training with firearms.  It was not fear of a gun ban that caused this but fear of Obama and his Leftist minion’s power grabs. 

The Islamic style attacks such as in Paris could only succeed in the gun ban enclaves like New York, New Jersey California and Chicago.  If they tried that crap in Houston, Phoenix or Atlanta a terrorist attack would be challenging to say the least.

Along with gun rights there is a mindset that was gallantly exhibited by three American lads who happened to be on a train traveling from Amsterdam to Paris earlier this year.  They first fought for their own lives and saved countless others in the process.

Europe has opened its arms to a “refugee” invasion from Syria.  With an onslaught of millions of military aged Islamic men in a peaceful and unarmed Europe what could possibly go wrong?

It’s a grand recipe for disaster.  Europe is about to change forever.

I began this asking, what have we learned?  Sadly gun control is a political issue rather than one of simple survival.  Politicized by politicians seeking absolute control form their governed.  I doubt anyone has learned much. 

Obama and His Media Lapdogs Trolling Against Our Hard Won Liberty and Freedom and Very Lives, Yet Again.

Roseburg, OR—We now know that Christopher Harper-Mercer was a lone wolf, copycat,  wannabe,  Islamic terrorist that targeted Christians for murder.

Harper-Mercer found his hapless and defenseless victims to execute here at Umpqua Community College.  They were supposed to somehow be protected by a single unarmed and equally helpless security guard. 

With security like that, what could possibly go wrong?  That was considered a wise decision made by overpaid, politically left leaning bureaucrats.  They gambled with the lives of these students and lost.  Unfortunately these bastards will escape punishment for facilitating and enabling the terrorism.

Islam is in a constant state of war with infidels and the nations they are invading unimpeded while claiming refugee status.  We must take every precaution to resist terrorist incidents and train to stop incidents like what happened here.

While we are under attack by lone wolves and are under protected by our law enforcement agencies Barack Obama wants to disarm America’s law-abiding citizens. A fat-fetched conspiracy theory you might suggest?

Obama never saw a gun ban he didn’t support and vote for in his political life.  His claims that he wants only minimal changes are disingenuous and phony. 

Gun laws like all laws only impact the law abiding.  More restrictive gun laws have been found to actually enable violence as every large American city run by Democrats lave learned. 

Americans are currently under siege by crime and a massive amount of Islamic and assorted illegal immigrants.  Asking Americans to disarm is like telling us to stop using seat-belts and to throw away our smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.  

We need armed police or security at every school in America supplemented by trained and armed civilians.  Without the right tools we are helpless and always ripe for mass murder.

Obama knowingly lied to the American public about so-called Gun Violence statistics.  They include thousands of justifiable shootings by police and intended crime victims.  They include suicides and accidents including those in our military and police organizations.

The crimes are solid evidence that Americans must be responsible for the protection of themselves and families.

Obama's Lapdog media let him ramble on unchallenged for two days relentlessly parroting his lies and misinformation at every opportunity.

We must at all cost resist those Leftist politicians that will enable and facilitate violent criminals and terrorists by infringing on our right to keep and carry arms.  Our lives absolutely depend on our ability to defend ourselves!

MICHELLE OBAMA'S PRESIDENTIAL PLANS?

Washington, DC--Hillary Clinton's constant corruption has created an real opportunity for the Lame Duck First Lady to stay in the Whitehouse for as much as another eight years.

Suddenly the Obama Justice Department has begun an investigation into the Clinton e-mail activities thar clearly are at least technical violations of law.  Any prosecutor could present a case to a Federal Grand Jury and secure a multi-count indictment against Clinton in a heartbeat. 

That would creat an instant opportunity for the overly ambitious Mrs. Obama to step up and offer herself up as the party nominee.  Democrats will see it as a way of gaining two more terms of Omana rule. But would she actually do that? I say sure she would! 

Drones, Southern California Wildfires and Hysterical Chicken Little Propaganda

Cajon Pass, CA—For the last several brushfires that plagued this severely water parched area, claims were made that drone sightings delayed firefighting efforts.

Like so many reports by conventional pilots there’s never a shred of independent evidence such as videos, photos or the drones themselves.

The overblown and sensational claims of delayed response threatening lives and property are beyond outrageous.

Let me say that everyone is aware that conventional firefighting aircraft must fly well below the minimum airspace altitude. 

Camera drones could conceivably collide with conventional aircraft within nearby airspace.  That could be dangerous. 

Drone operators don’t want their drones destroyed, nor do they want their drones to be responsible for any kind of mishap.  

Drone technology is evolving faster than any wildfire and drones will soon replace conventional aircraft for these sometimes-risky firefighting missions.

Are pilots making up these stories to inhibit and delay drone integration into the airspace? 

Considering that despite numerous of reports of near misses there’s still never been a single collision, video, photo or recovered drone produced.  

News reports of these near misses are sensationally hysterical and terribly misleading. 

The nearly two million multi-rotor camera drones in civilian hands still have a perfect safety record.  No deaths, serious injuries or notable property damage. 

I’m not suggesting that a collision between a civilian drone and conventional aircraft could never happen. 

If the FAA declares wildfire scenes to be No Fly Zones for drones that are not directly involved in firefighting or rescue efforts that would be certainly reasonable.  

Accordingly, seeing a drone operator severely punished by the FAA for knowingly entering the airspace near a wildfire would not offend any reasonable person.

We could however do without the government manipulated, hyped, Chicken Little media reports on this issue. 

Why Must State and Local Government Bully Food and Snack Cart Vendors?

Los Angeles, CA—There everywhere, small trucks, vans, carts and stands.  They offer water, beverages, ice cream and snacks. 

These are the equivalent of a kid’s lemonade stand.  In L.A. people with highly questionable immigration status seem to exclusively operate them. 

The vendor’s seem to have sanitation challenges since they don’t seem to have access to hot water to wash their hands.  I think we are all capable of deciding if their products are fit for consumption.

The vendor’s products are cheap and service is fast.  Most importantly the vendors aren’t stealing, begging or damaging our way of life.

The complaints against the food carts are nearly the exclusively owners of local brick and mortar shops and restaurants.

The brick and mortar set have the additional government tyranny to deal with over the new $15.00 per hour minimum wage!. That is in no the way the fault of the food cart operators!

The complainers carp and whine about abut unfair competition.   That and their own high cost to do business, along with heavy-handed over regulation, taxes and health inspections are a problem for the brick and mortar folks.

Beating up on the cart vendors because you are too timid and weak to fight government tyranny is both cowardly and wrong.  That bullying resulted in exactly what the L.A. City Council has done. They shut down most of the carts with a new ordinance. 

America was founded on the concept of free enterprise. Corrupt government officials are always looking to create monopolies for those who reward their extortion.  They’ve managed to do this everywhere with permits, licenses and fees.

I say leave the cart owners alone!  The way to combat the vendor cart competition is with better sanitation, competitive prices and service. 

The cart vendors have enough difficulties and challenges.  I say leave them alone and be satisfied if you’re not running a food cart yourself! 

UPDATED!!! Is The First Amendment Dead In The Town of Paradise Valley Arizona?

UPDATE!!! I'm pleased to report that the town council tabled the drone ban ordinance acknowledging it needed to be studied.  They put off consideration until October at the earliest.  

A half-dozen or so people spoke against the ordinance and nobody supported it.  

I'm glad the council had second thoughts since this was created out of fear and misunderstanding. Frankly I'm proud of their taking the high road.  

As for those of you operating drones in Paradise Valley or for that matter anywhere, please fly safe and be considerate  of others.  

Town of Paradise Valley, AZ—In arguably the most expensive real estate in the State of Arizona they are proposing the most draconian camera drone ban ever!

The town’s council will be voting on this draft ordinance during their May 28, 2015 meeting. 

They want to outlaw any use of a drone without a single use permit and fee.  It further outlaws the publishing of all aerial images in somewhat ambiguous and vague language. 

Make no mistake; this would criminalize drone use if it were passed.  “Paradise” here is apparently an oxymoron! 

The biggest rub here is that the FAA has exclusive jurisdiction of the skies.  Further those including any government agency or private business like Google would be in violation by capturing or publishing aerial images of the town’s land and structures.

I guess some of the town’s father’s think they can require citizens to purchase permits before they should be able to enjoy the our long established rights in Paradise Valley. 

Perhaps this hastily and poorly thought out draft law needs a little more thought and its author needs some remedial education with respect to our Bill of Rights.

Black Lives Don’t Matter Especially When Other Blacks Murder Them!

Baltimore, MD—Saying that, “Black lives matter.”  is disingenuous at best.  The display of rage and anger every time some black career criminal dies fighting cops during arrest situations is always epic.

Such is now the case with that career drug dealer, Freddie Gray who unfortunately died after an arrest by Baltimore police.

What goes nearly unnoticed are the thousands of Blacks murdered by other Blacks in this nation.  Certainly the media dare not publish the statistics in every major city in America.

When I was a Chicago cop I learned about the African-American violent and bankrupt culture first hand.  In the Windy City African-Americans were and still are the minority.  When it comes to crime however it’s a different story.

My duties took me to the Cook County Jail and observe that 90% of the inmates were Black.  The same was true for every Chicago violent felony court call.  Last was the Cook County Morgue. There was always a never ending sea of Black murder victims.  They were shot, cut, strangled, stabbed or simply beaten to death.  This was and still is a very routine end of the line for Chicago’s young Black males.

The White communities of Chicago don’t generate even remotely the savagery of African-Americans. 

The Whites that understand the truth of the Black Culture of Violence do what they can to avoid Blacks.  They don’t want to hire, live near them or associate with them in anyway.   This is in concerns for their very survival. 

Should Whites dare to express their understandable fear of Blacks they are branded racists.  Is that really racism?  The media never acknowledges the dangers surrounding African Americans so many White people in nice neighborhoods remain ignorant of the very real peril posed.

There is no shortage of African-American apologists with high profiles.  They condemn the reaction of Whites that refuse to accept violent Black behavior as some legitimate reaction to being poor or the ancestors of slaves.  I say hogwash.

Tolerance to ignorance, indifference and misdirected hate has done no favors to the Blacks of this nation. On the contrary it’s made matters worse.

Public schools tolerating Ebonics over English and accepting the refusal of their students and their mothers to escape poverty is beyond unacceptable.  Notice I said mothers excluding the fathers. Where are the fathers?  Far too many African-American men are little more than sperm donors.  That separate scandal simply fuels massive poverty and pain for their children.

Our tolerance for the modern African-American culture is nothing less than genocide.  All American’s need to come together to end this fatal African-American cultural disease.

This is not about genetics or skin color.  It’s about senseless violence, disrespect for life and the absence of kindness.  

We may be embarking on a very long and hot summer.  Social media is a huge new weapon for violent riot organizers.  Violence, division and hatred may bring unprecedented pain to our nation this summer.  It’s always the minorities that suffer most from the aftermath.

The Final Gun Rights Battles--Campus Cary and Gun Free Zones

Washington, DC—The United States Supreme Court reaffirmed and settled the primary Second Amendment rights issues of all Americans in two somewhat recent cases, Heller and McDonald.

Despite this some arrogant politicians feel they and some of their supporters are above the law.  They still seek to use the full force of government and violence against anyone exercising their gun rights.

It looks like it may take several more years of lower court battles before these determined and lawless political thugs are reigned in.  These cases move ever so slowly through the courts.  

The Second Amendment simply says we can possess and carry firearms.  Impairment of these rights by government is nothing more than a pure Civil Rights Violation.

On their face laws barring Campus Carry or those that allow for Gun Free Zones clearly violate the law of the land.

Campus Carry:

These prohibitions like every law only affect the law-abiding.  The late convicted serial killer Theodore “Ted” Bundy was a very real beneficiary of the bans on Campus Carry. 

Theodore Robert "Ted" Bundy was an American serial killer, kidnapper, rapist, and necrophilia addict who assaulted and murdered numerous young, primarily college women during the 1970s and possibly earlier.  

On at least two occasions this incredibly clever killer broke out of jail only to continue his raping, slashing and murdering of America’s beautiful daughters. 

College campuses were Bundy’s choice to prey on young, vulnerable and unarmed women.  Bundy, a one-time law student positively knew he’d never find armed resistance on any college campus. 

Just before his execution, after more than a decade of denials, he finally confessed to at least 30 homicides committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978.  Bundy actually beheaded at least 12 of these young women.  The true victim count remains unknown, and could be substantially higher.

I have to ask why some of our politicians insist upon being accessories and enablers to the all of the Ted Bundy’s of America?

Gun Free Zones:

What people and lawmakers seem to forget is that our cops can’t just simply search people for weapons even if they look shady or suspicious.  That is unless or until they actually commit a crime! 

The Fourth Amendment protects foreign terrorists, killers, criminals and the law-abiding equally.  The difference is that the law-abiding respect the various gun bans, even those that violate their rights.

Gun Free Zones are found at libraries, Parks, malls, government buildings and schools.  Accordingly, these are guaranteed soft targets and popular choices for mass shootings.  

This comes after decades of our politicians handing over massive amounts of military weapons and cash to Islamic people that hate our culture and us. 

We’ve meddled in these Muslim nation’s affairs trying to police them.   Accordingly they continually look for ways to murder innocent Americans where we live, work and play.

Aside from dealing with our own existing robbers, rapists and killers we have to deal with military trained and well-armed Islamic assassins.

The public policy of the Gun Free Zone is the product of incredible bliss and ignorance.  This concept deeply flawed and actually increases any potential danger.

Disarming the law-abiding in no way protects them.  On the contrary the Gun Free Zones are in fact nothing more than government created Killing Zones!
