It’s Come To This! Oh, Big Brother...
New website lets citizen spies snoop on thousands of CCTV cameras - and get cash rewards for spotting 'crimes'. This will truly become the busybody’s, Nirvana!
what about all this spying being unconstitutional, as I, as a U.S. taxpaying Citizen, believe that I have a constitutional right to move about freely, without being filmed without my knowledge or consent.
I support you position that video surveillance is a privacy invasion. It is not a warrant-less search and the Constitution provides no protection from this conduct as you suggest.
We can convince Congress to outlaw the practice or create a Constitutional right to privacy with a 2/3 majority.
Of course the Liberal Warren Court created a right to privacy out of thin air to legalize abortion. I’m not really anti-abortion but this ruling was bad law.
Remember our founding fathers never envisioned television or video some 235 years ago.

it's the 'peeping tom' mentality.
except one doesn't have to creep around in the bushes.
another way for some people to never have to leave the comfort and perceived safety of their modern day caves.
and to think that they're participating in life.
what's next, wireless mini cameras glued to everyone's foreheads?
