TSA Worker’s Assault Caught On Tape At LAX

Los Angeles, CA—I’ve never been fond of the FAA or the TSA because of the inept and horrifically wasteful way they deal with airline security.

The searching of passengers without probable cause or a search warrant is a direct violation of the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution. The system they put in place is un-American but accepted by the sheep, but that does not make it right.

The TSA was nothing more than a jobs program that was established through the exploitation of fear in America.

The TSA has been ineffective, intrusive, rude, unnecessary, expensive and illegal. That being said today I wanted to capture some footage of the TSA in action for this blog and did so without incident.

After I got the video I wanted, I left the terminal and saw LAX police making a routine arrest. I started taping and then a large Black woman wearing a TSA worker’s uniform began to order me around and when I rebuffed her commands she began shoving me with her hands and aggressively pursuing me. That finally ended when the police that were on scene intervened.

I have no interest in seeing this federal employee who acted stupidly arrested for assault. I have avoided identifying this woman as the face time she will get may be adequate punishment.

Had this been a white TSA employee and a black victim this would have resulted in a Whitehouse “Beer Summit” with the President Barack Obama. I have no illusions that the Whitehouse will have any concerns about this incident at all.

I want the TSA to train their help to deal with terror issues and not insult or assault Americans at our airports. Using terrorism on Americans is no help.

Warning! I used some strong language as the situation escalated. I had an absolute right to threaten or even use violence to stop her assault. Thankfully because of this video nobody must guess what happened or rely on “witnesses” with agendas.

In case anyone was wondering what the law and TSA regulation are about photography at California’s airports…

California has no laws prohibiting photography at airports. Permits are required for commercial film projects. News gathering photography is also protected by the First Amendment.

2.7. PHOTOGRAPHING, VIDEOTAPING, AND FILMING SCREENING LOCATIONS

A. TSA does not prohibit the public, passengers, or press from photographing, videotaping, or filming screening locations unless the activity interferes with a TSO’s ability to perform his or her duties or prevents the orderly flow of individuals through the screening location. Requests by commercial entities to photograph an airport screening location must be forwarded to TSA’s Office of Strategic Communications and Public Affairs. Photographing EDS or ETD monitor screens or emitted images is not permitted.

B. TSA must not confiscate or destroy the photographic equipment or film of any person photographing the screening location.

C. Whenever possible, x-ray machine images must not be visible to the public or press. When physical constraints prevent x-ray images from being fully protected from public viewing, TSOs must ensure no member of the public or press is in a position to observe an x-ray monitor for an extended period of time.

Passengers and other unauthorized individuals must not be allowed to view EDS or ETD monitors and screens.

D. In addition to this policy, local laws, State statutes, or local ordinances may prohibit photographing, videotaping, or filming screening locations. TSA management must ensure that TSOs are familiar with these State or local laws. However, State and local authorities must enforce such laws. TSOs must alert an LEO to individuals who may be violating these State or local laws, but must not confront these individuals.

Disabled Illinois Cops Need Protection

Chicago, IL—This would not be an issue but for the miserable and unconstitutional gun laws of Illinois. Carrying a gun while not authorized by law in Illinois is a felony. The law-abiding folks can’t carry because they risk everything important like their job, reputation and citizenship. Dangerous felons on the other hand have nothing to lose.

We ask our cops to go out and investigate crimes and arrest the offenders. That is indeed risky business. However the risk does not end with the arrest.

Sometimes the cop is the only witness that can prove a crime and if he or she is murdered that old case evaporates and the offender must go free.

Sometimes a cop is recognized on a public street and swift retaliation for making the arrest happens. These ugly things can result months and even years after an arrest.

When an officer is off on disability either temporary or permanent the right to carry a concealed weapon ends. Perhaps the officer has an injured leg or back and running or even walking fast is out of the question. What are the officer’s options for survival? Frankly without a concealed handgun their future may be very bleak.

Now there is a group dedicated to get the necessary changes so officers on disability can reasonably protect themselves. The group behind this effort is called The Disabled Illinois Police Officer's Safety Group.

The first stop for this group is the Illinois General Assembly. Will state lawmakers give the very people on the front lines of public safety the protection they deserve?

We’ve asked those cops to risk life and limb so Illinois can be a safe place to live and raise children it is only fair that these elected officials make sure cops can protect themselves even when disabled.

This legislation was the brainchild of a group of Chicago finest who already picked the name, The Disabled Chicago Police Officer's Safety Group. Because this change must be a statewide effort the group as of today changed their name to The Disabled Illinois Police Officer's Safety Group.

INFORMATION: On December 25, 2009, a terrorist attack was attempted against a flight traveling to the United States. TSA has identified security measures to be implemented by airports, aircraft operators, and foreign air carriers to mitigate potential threats to flights.

APPLICABILITY: THIS SD APPLIES TO AIRCRAFT OPERATORS THAT CARRY OUT A SECURITY PROGRAM REGULATED UNDER 49 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS (CFR)1544.101(a).

ACTIONS REQUIRED: If you conduct scheduled and/or public charter flight operations under a Full Program under 49 CFR 1544.101(a) departing from any foreign location to the United States (including its territories and possessions), you must immediately implement all measures in this SD for each such flight.

1. BOARDING GATE

1. The aircraft operator or authorized air carrier representative must ensure all passengers are screened at the boarding gate during the boarding process using the following procedures. These procedures are in addition to the screening of all passengers at the screening checkpoint.

1. Perform thorough pat-down of all passengers at boarding gate prior to boarding, concentrating on upper legs and torso.
2. Physically inspect 100 percent of all passenger accessible property at the boarding gate prior to boarding, with focus on syringes being transported along with powders and/or liquids.
3. Ensure the liquids, aerosols, and gels restrictions are strictly adhered to in accordance with SD 1544-06-02E.

2. During the boarding process, the air carrier may exempt passengers who are Heads of State or Heads of Government from the measures outlined in Section I.A. of this SD, including the following who are traveling with the Head of State or Head of Government:

1. Spouse and children, or
2. One other individual (chosen by the Head of State or Head of Government)

3. For the purposes of Section I.B., the following definitions apply:

1. Head of State: An individual serving as the chief public representative of a monarchic or republican nation-state, federation, commonwealth, or any other political state (for example, King, Queen, and President).

2. Head of Government: The chief officer of the executive branch of a government presiding over a cabinet (for example, Prime Minister, Premier, President, and Monarch).

2. IN FLIGHT

1. During flight, the aircraft operator must ensure that the following procedures are followed:

1. Passengers must remain in seats beginning 1 hour prior to arrival at destination.
2. Passenger access to carry-on baggage is prohibited beginning 1 hour prior to arrival at destination.
3. Disable aircraft-integrated passenger communications systems and services (phone, internet access services, live television programming, global positioning systems) prior to boarding and during all phases of flight.
4. While over U.S. airspace, flight crew may not make any announcement to passengers concerning flight path or position over cities or landmarks.
5. Passengers may not have any blankets, pillows, or personal belongings on the lap beginning 1 hour prior to arrival at destination.

AIRCRAFT OPERATOR ACKNOWLEDGMENT: The aircraft operator must immediately provide written confirmation to its assigned PSI indicating receipt of this SD.

AIRCRAFT OPERATOR dissemination required: The aircraft operator must immediately pass the information and directives set forth in this SD to all stations affected, and provide written confirmation to its PSI, indicating that all stations affected have acknowledged receipt of the information and directives set forth in this SD. The aircraft operator must disseminate this information to its senior management personnel, ground security coordinators, and supervisory security personnel at all affected locations. All aircraft operator personnel implementing this SD must be briefed by the aircraft operator on its content and the restrictions governing dissemination. No other dissemination may be made without prior approval of the Assistant Secretary for the Transportation Security Administration. Unauthorized dissemination of this document or information contained herein is prohibited by 49 CFR Part 1520 (see 69 Fed. Reg. 28066 (May 18, 2004).

APPROVAL OF ALTERNATIVE MEASURES: With respect to the provisions of this SD, as stated in 49 CFR 1544.305(d), the aircraft operator may submit in writing to its PSI proposed alternative measures and the basis for submitting the alternative measures for approval by the Assistant Administrator for Transportation Sector Network Management. The aircraft operator must immediately notify its PSI whenever any procedure in this SD cannot be carried out by a government authority charged with performing security procedures.

FOR TSA ACTION ONLY: The TSA must issue this SD immediately to the corporate security element of all affected U.S. aircraft operators.

According to the Travel Industry Association, 41 million airplane trips were avoided last year by fellow Americans. That in turn dealt a $67 Billion cumulative cost to our economy.

Why Searching Airline Passengers Can’t stop Airline Bombing And Terror

Imagine that you’ve been given an assignment. Bring 1 ½ pounds of simulated C-4 plastic explosive, blasting cap and a battery onto an Airplane. You will be rewarded by the government with $10,000.00 every time you can do this without getting caught.

For those who don’t know C-4 pictured above is merely a chemical compound that could be manufactured by anyone with a basic knowledge of chemistry. It you’re smart enough to make the illicit street drug meth, you’re also smart enough to make C-4 explosive.

I’d like that job because I know I could successfully pull that feat off once or twice per day, always avoiding detection. I’d also want to make sure that the materials are inert so there’s no danger should the materials somehow fall into the wrong hands.

If a reasonably smart person researched this they too could easily defeat the TSA and commit mass murder in the process. We are in fact at the mercy of those who would do us harm.

If someone wanted to place the C-4 on an airplane with a timing device and manage to not be on the plane when it is set off I’m certainly confident they could do that too. Thankfully, few people would ever want to harm innocent people for any reason.

You’d only have to defeat the sensitive vapor sniffing equipment and k-9s used by the TSA. You can pack the C-4 and blasting cap so that it would be unrecognizable sail through the checkpoints. It’s easy if you know what you’re doing.

Wardens of maximum security prisons can’t keep weapons out of prisons where total strip searches are done redundantly. How then can the TSA keep the tools of terror out of our airports? The answer is they can’t beat the determined and sophisticated terrorist with the program they spent billions on creating.

The only effective tool for preventing terrorism is criminal profiling and keeping foreigners from unfriendly countries off of our planes. Our government refuses to use the only screening process that will work.

Virtual strip searches, handcuffing passengers to their seats can’t stop terrorism. The only value of the TSA program is the illusion of security that fools passengers into thinking terrorism is somehow either slowed or halted. The TSA is a make work, jobs program, nothing more.

We'd do a lot better if we'd let off duty cops fly free if they are armed and carry hancuffs.

Phoenix Kidnapping And Child Molesting Suspect was in Court.

Phoenix, AZ—Accused in the abduction and molestation last week of a five year-old girl, Larry Jon Ladwig is ordered held without bail. He was appointed a public defender. This courtroom is located in the basement of the Madison Street Jail. It is very rare to see even one jail guard next to a defendant in this video there are two.

“The Public Was Never In Any Danger.”

Washington, D.C.— That quote is a favorite of a long time Sacramento news anchor and my friend, Dale Schornack. This is always the first statement made by government propagandists after a dangerous or threatening event.

The modern day media genius that all government press spokesmen emulate is not that famous American news anchor, Walter Cronkite, but the legendary Nazi propaganda minister, Josef Goebbels.

Of course our own government bureaucrats always follow the Goebbels formula when their own performance is on the ropes. Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano also learned from the Goebbels’ model when she faced the media over the bombing attempt on the Amsterdam to Detroit flight last week.

Napolitano proclaimed that, “The system worked.” She of course dared to suggest that the public was never in any danger. Today we know a heroic Dutch passenger, not a government agent saved the lives of countless people both in the plane and on the ground. In this case the government failed in a huge way by not heeding the dire warnings of the suicide bomber’s own father.

Today, the former Arizona governor is reversing her earlier proclamation. Now she is going to do the next best thing, draw up new torture plans for paying passengers. Aggravating passengers gives the public the illusion of security and Napolitano believes she must put on some sort of show.

Someone please explain why we have a Homeland Security Secretary with zero experience or training as a cop? Napolitano is no more than a bad example of the political patronage system.

All the TSA has to show for a decade is that some people like former Chicago cop and now actor, Dennis Farina will occasionally forget they had a weapon in some bag they inadvertently carry onto a plane. The TSA commended itself over the Farina arrest like they just apprehended Usama Bin Ladin. Farina was eventually cleared of any criminal stain.

The TSA is nothing more than a jobs program gone wrong. Police uniforms and gold badges on TSA workers are nothing more than pretend costumes. They are not screened, educated or trained as real law enforcement officers. They are simply part of an elaborate illusion fooling some gullible airline passengers and taxpayers.

The TSA knows that they can’t keep bombs and weapons from being smuggled on to planes. Any maximum security prison warden can tell you it’s impossible to keep deadly weapons away from inmates. Bringing weapons or bombs onto airplanes is no serious challenge for someone who wants to do that.

The only system that has any promise of reducing this threat is criminal profiling.

It was indeed long ago that Christian soldiers were sent to cleanse the earth of Muslims. It cost untold lives on both sides of every battle.

Now radical Muslims are at war with the United States and Western Europe. Their attack that September 11th day is not out of our minds or hearts. We have moved on but we keep getting brought back by recent terror attacks. Fort Hood and now that Detroit bound full airliner have become fresh reminders.

Islam has left deep wounds in America. Many Americans have grown to hate Muslims over their terrorist acts. Muslims may find themselves on the endangered species list if they continue. There is serious Muslim problem and it better cease before numerous nations band together for a FINAL SOLUTION TO THE MUSLIM PROBLEM.

TSA Responds To Suicide Bombing Attempt with More Of The Same

Washington, DC—With airlines having lost millions of passengers that refuse to waive their personal privacy and freedom the few remaining passengers can expect more aggravation.

From the Whitehouse, Homeland Security down to the losers employed in the TSA jobs program, making passengers more miserable is the order.

No longer will passengers be able to have objects in their laps or enjoy in-flight entertainment for the last hour of their flights. Need to use the lavatory? Better put diapers on your next shopping list.
This is all because government officials would not heed the warning of a father who warned them about this radical Muslim son.

The airlines are barely able to stay in the air now with the cost of fuel, taxes and the cost of running their operations. We can count on millions more passengers avoiding the encounters with those low wattage, uneducated or trained TSA workers.

Our TSA bureaucrats want to prove to us they are concerned about our safety so their little storm troopers will torture us with nastier attitudes. That, as they as the feel up and fondle fellow hapless Americans.

If I had my way, I’d take my chances with the terrorists, without the TSA. I’d settle for allowing anyone with a concealed weapon permit to fly armed. I’d settle for trained and experienced cops meeting and greeting passengers for the purpose of criminal profiling. We could have a safe hassle-free travel experience but our ignorant officials have other ideas.

What we can count on is yet more misery and heftier ticket prices as airlines reduce service because of fewer passengers. Bankruptcy lawyers will be the few benefiting from what Homeland Security will be promulgating.

Americans Need To Accept Responsibility As First Responders

Just who are the first responders? If you think it’s those guys in the picture your dead wrong! They simply come and clean up the mess. They are, except in rare circumstances, glorified garbage men and nothing more.

Acts of violent crime or terrorism can be stopped cold. Not by government since there is never a cop when or where you need one. The first responders at every unthinkable event are everyday citizens. When the authorities are not there the citizen becomes the authority by default. What duties do we have?

As humans we all have a duty despite handwringing cries from those who won’t face up to their responsibilities. Evading that responsibility is both contagious and dangerous. Resistance to violence has been redundantly proven to saves lives. Of course age, ability and training is no small part of this equation.

Our creator gave us three gifts. The first one was fear and the second is the instinct for survival. The third is the ability to make tools such as firearms and other weapons. Using those tools to fight for your life dramatically improves survival.

No government has the right to restrict either self-defense, defense of third persons or the possession or use of the tools to do so. Governments make a habit of substituting their raw power over the gifts of our creators. Genocide and mass murder is never the act of citizens but that of governments.

Are governments or citizens more trustworthy to possess weapons? Governments have been proven by history to be ruthless and homicidal. Citizens on the other hand seem to solve their own problems without making mass graves.

As for our duty of citizens, governments like to eliminate everything except informing on our neighbors.

Citizens must learn about the tools of self-defense and use them. Firearms safety, defensive tactics, the proper justification of the use of deadly force must be learned. We must also learn the laws where we work and live that allow the judicious of deadly force. If the laws are defective or infringe on our rights and duties we must change them.

Airline Security Is A Job For Amateurs

Detroit, MI— Northwest Flight 253 Passengers did what the government could not. They protected themselves from a deadly attack by a Muslim suicide bomber.

The father of the human bomb, identified as Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, 23, a Nigerian national warned US and Dutch officials of the danger his son posed because if his radical actions and beliefs. Obviously that was no help at all.

When there is no law enforcement present during an emergency we need to take the law into our own hands and survive. Had this not happened nearly 300 innocent people and a multi-million dollar aircraft would have been destroyed.

The TSA searching and aggravating passengers is only effective in creating more inventive ways of getting bombs and weapons on airplanes. If they can’t keep weapons out of maximum security prisons, how can they possibly keep them off airplanes?

A determined terrorist will hijack or blow up planes until he’s stopped by alert and capable citizens. Of course the law-abiding citizens including off duty and retired trained cops are disarmed by government mandates.

Political correctness has been preventing the proper use of the most effective tool law-enforcement and that’s criminal profiling. That a job for trained and experienced cops. Those TSA screeners are not trained law enforcement officers and are really part of the problem not the solution.

Letting all trained law enforcement people carry their weapons and handcuffs is a better answer than bankrupting the airlines by making passengers miserable with more warrant-less and intrusive searches of us and our possessions.

Under the current and uniquely unqualified Homeland Security Director we can count on our airline security to resemble that film Con Air.

Is Islam, The Religion Of Hate And Murder? Sometimes It Is.

Detroit, MI—Once again a Muslim tried to murder innocent men, women and children. Blowing up a full airliner as it descends on a large populated city would surly kill many more as the wreckage hits the ground. Thankfully this action was halted by plane passengers who took the law into their own hands.

How do we protect ourselves and families from this kind of menace? Prophylactic justifiable homicide is the only answer. Can you kill someone that is a threat to you or another person if they have only used hateful words? Our laws do provide for the defense of necessity. Although if you’re caught, you may stand trial and risk a jury substituting their judgment for yours as they find you guilty.

We are at war and the rules change during war to survival. Americans must begin to stalk and kill religious leaders and members of their flock when they preach or display hate. Waiting for these criminals to commit their deadly sneak attacks before taking action is risky.

I’m not talking about targeting someone simply for being a Muslim. Our own home-grown African-American Muslims have shown that they are also dangerous.

Barack Obama’s religious advisor for more than two decades has shown his race based and extreme hatred of fellow Americans. Jeremiah Wright is not a Muslim but a Black Baptist. Hate and murder is rarely part of any religion but when it is, defensive measures need to be taken.

Many condemn the act of taking the law into your own hands, but if there is no authority on the scene with you, you must take charge or risk death to yourself or others. If you know a dangerous hatemonger who advocates murder of innocents, please do us all a favor and kill him.

Man Kidnaps Five Year-Old Girl After Molestation Attempt in Phoenix---UPDATE! GIRL SAFE!!!

Phoenix, AZ—Things are looking grim as Phoenix police frantically search for five year-old, Natalie Rose Flores who police say was taken from the Saddleback Mountain Apartments in the 12400 block of N. 19th Avenue this afternoon.

The child was playing with other children when the suspect described as a 30 to 40 year-old white male with blond or gray hair, 5-feet-8- to 5-feet-9-inches tall, 180-190 pounds, wearing a gray shirt and peach knee-length shorts snatched the child.

The suspect was seen driving a Ford Ranger Pick-up truck. Witnesses supplied two license plates 3HG774 and 3HG377 both plates however are not on file with DMV in Arizona. The plate is believed to be made up of similar numbers that witnesses did not get quite right.

KTVK-TV (3-TV) is all over this breaking story and will be keeping us updated.

PHOENIX – A 5-year-old girl was found safe over seven hours after being abducted from a Phoenix apartment complex, and police have a suspect in custody.

A Phoenix police officer spotted the suspect's vehicle around 9:30 p.m. A chase ensued, stop sticks were used, and the vehicle came to a stop at the intersection of Thunderbird Road and 21st Avenue. The suspect was captured and Natalie was found in the vehicle unharmed.

An Amber Alert had been issued after Natalie was taken from the Saddleback Mountain Apartments in the 12400 block of N. 19th Avenue at approximately 2:15 p.m.

Natalie and her two sisters, ages 7 and 9, were playing outside when a man parked his truck in the parking lot next to where the girls were playing. He grabbed the 7-year-old and took a picture of her, attempting to pull her pants down. He then grabbed Natalie, put her in his truck and sped off, hitting a parked car in the process. One of the sisters ran to a neighbor's apartment, and that neighbor called 911.

The girls are living with an aunt -- who has legal custody of them -- and the aunt's boyfriend in an apartment at the complex. Their parents live separately out of state.

Detroit, MI-- a Delta Airlines flight approaching the Motor City from Amsterdam was the target of a Christmas al Qaeda, suicide bombing attack. Reportedly the bomber was on the infamous NO FLY list and was allowed to fly anyway.

Passengers subdued the bomber as he was trying to detonate the device. The plane was greeted by law enforcement, fire and paramedic crews. A man believed to be the suspect was taken to a local hospital under guard for treatment of burns.

This is another case where simple criminal profiling by police would have prevented an incident far more effectively than the silly frisking procedures employed by the world’s airports.

I’m quite sure that the TSA will ramp up the punishment against our own travelers as a result of another attack by a Muslim whack-job. The airlines could really use millions more passengers refusing to fly in order to avoid the un-American indignities forced on them when they travel.

When are we going to stop letting people on our planes with passports from unfriendly countries? Our government needs to remember we are not at war with Americans!

Felonious Skirt “Peeper” Caught On Tape!

Tempe, AZ—Underwear might not be a bad idea for women shopping at their local Target stores in this college town.

It seems at least one man, Jason Cottis has a way with hand baskets and mirrors that got him arrested for the felony charge of, surreptitious viewing.

I’m not suggesting that this activity isn’t creepy, but is this charge constitutionally valid? The women he apparently were viewing were not in a place where there was any expatiation of privacy.

I have strongly suspected for many years that women and their clothing designers provided plunging necklines and short skirts, some even with splits or vents for the viewing pleasure of men. Should a man be arrested for looking?

Police say Cottis a serial peeper having done this numerous times in the past but always disappeared before police could respond to the calls.

I am convinced that Cottis confessed to his peeping ways because no security camera can determine exactly what his field of vision was or where his eyes were looking during the recording. Of course most men could be presumed to be watching up the skirts however our system of justice presumes innocence.

Christmas And All The Holidays This Time Of Year 2009

New Air Marshall Service Pistol Is No Secret

ABC News has suggested that Sig Arms has endangered the nation by revealing that the Air Marshall’s service pistol is now the P 250 Compact in .357 Sig.

Their sensational claim is that the bad guys could somehow benefit from this information.

All semi-automatic handguns operate in similar fashion and law enforcement stopped using revolvers long ago. There are no secrets about these semi-automatic firearms that have not changed much in nearly 100 years!

This knowledge is nothing special and releasing it in no way places anyone in harm’s way. This will however cause silly people who don’t know better to wring their hands because the “experts” at ABC news did this story.

As for the weapon and caliber chosen, I’d have rather picked the .45 ACP version but have no problem since the Air Marshall’s ranks include metrosexuals and women that might find the more powerful caliber intimidating.

I can’t imagine why they chose the double action only option. That reduces the ability of user of this weapon to quickly and accurately fire shots. Many timid police administrators feel this reduces liability of an accidental shooting. I guess they’d rather endanger their sky cops rather than train them.

Why Berlin Germany is A Great City

Berlin, Germany—I’ve been on a lot of major cities thought the world. Of course I compare all of them to Chicago where I was born and raised.

I have my own list of great cities I could live in. Being a city boy I do prefer the fast pace of large cities. I love entertainment, nightlife, history and any place where the locals work to make their city a fun, safe, and inviting place to live. Most of all freedom and liberty must prevail.

I’m an adrenalin junkie and would never survive in a job where every day is the same with little challenge. I guess that’s why I do the kind of work that I do. The challenges, excitement and competition are usually found in the world’s big cities.

Yes the people of Berlin were fooled by a Socialist politician that promised Hope and Change during an economic crisis. That was during the age of radio where millions were mesmerized by the new media that had few choices.

Any politician that could control microphone time was treated as a hero. Radio made huge celebrities of the politicians and the listeners became star struck.

A criminal and wildly corrupt political regime was given absolute power. The people had no way of knowing what their public officials were really doing. This lack of transparency was aggravated by allowing only politically correct speech or thought.

Okay, Berlin’s folks made the wrong choice and allowed a Nazi to rule. In hindsight Hitler concealed his horrid genocide program from the masses and those nasty rumors were laughed off as mere fabrications of Adolph Hitler’s treacherous political opposition.

The German people were suffering, hungry and desperate and Hitler brought much needed relief. The chaos that had been was quelled by a police state. Nobody likes chaos. It took a while but the police state was recognized for the evil it was.

The people of Berlin found out the hard way that their political choice would ultimately bring them more misery than they could ever imagine. After the fall of the Third Reich, Berliners and the rest of Germany showed their conscience. That is evidenced by various memorials and a vigilant effort not to repeat the same mistakes.

A bombed out unlivable Berlin rose from the ashes to become an ideal place to live, work, play and raise a family. Berlin is an exciting and beautiful new city today.

Breaking News! Film Director Roman Polanski’s Appeal Denied

Los Angeles, CA--The California 2nd District Court of Appeal announced today it had denied the petition to dismiss the case against fugitive film Director Roman Polanski.

Polanski will now have to litigate these matters in Los Angeles when and if he is extradited from Geneva, Switzerland. Polanski is currently fighting extradition while under home arrest in his Geneva Chalet.

Did Adolph Hitler and Eva Braun Escape Berlin?

Berlin, Germany—When I was visiting Berlin last month the realization of Hitler’s escape seemed more logical and believable than that old suicide story.

Adolph Hitler back then was 56 years-old and had access to untold wealth. He could easily have placed funds, gold and or diamonds in different places just in case of his forced exile.

There can be little doubt that Hitler knew all about the allied forces exact movements and the inevitable fall of Berlin.

Hitler’s self-preservation instincts and understandable desire to protect Eva Braun must have been a priority for him and those around him, who all swore an oath to their Fuhrer. I can’t possibly imagine that there were no plans for escape.

Hitler reportedly married Eva and dictated his last will and testament. The news came to Hitler that crowds had beaten Italian dictator Benito Mussolini and his sixteen year-old mistress to death and hanged their bodies by the heels.

The claim was that on April 30, 1945 as the Russians were assaulting the Reich Chancellery that Hitler and Eva committed suicide using both a pistol and a cyanide capsule. SS Sturmbannführer Otto Günsche and other Führerbunker occupants told of putting Germany’s First Couple in a bomb crater and cremated their bodies.

This story is just too convenient and back then there was no scientific way to prove the charred remains were that of Hitler and Braun.

The Russians collected the remains of the dead bunker inhabitants. Somewhat recently the skull believed to be that of Hitler, with a bullet hole was found to be that of young woman not of a man Hitler’s age. Remember, at the time there were plenty of corpses littering a war-torn Berlin that could have enabled this scenario.

Hitler could have shaven off that silly little mustache. Eva could have turned herself into a brunette and they could have left the Führerbunker far in advance of the Red Army’s final Berlin assault.

Hitler had absolute control of all the passports he wanted from Germany as well the nations he once occupied. He certainly had control of any and all fingerprint identification files in existence too.

I have little doubt that Hitler survived and escaped. Perhaps he and Eva lived out their lives somewhere in a Swiss Villa as a wealthy, young retired couple. I doubt that anyone had the actual fingerprints of Hitler or Braun to compare.

Hitler was well photographed and his face was well known worldwide but a simple change in hair style and perhaps a goatee beard would have rendered him unrecognizable.

Has Joseph Wambaugh’s Art Been Lost Forever?

Los Angeles, CA—Former LAPD cop turned author, Joseph Wambaugh captured police work on paper like few other authors. Wambaugh’s work gave millions a realistic view inside the crime scene tape that shuts out prying eyes.

Many of Wambaugh's works were made into feature films or episodes of his hit TV series, Police Story. When I met Wambugh a couple of years ago I asked him a question he could not answer. Where are the DVD’s of his best stories that made the large and small screens?

These days almost anything is in print and available at Netflix. Absent are copies of my two favorite Wambaugh films, THE ONION FIELD and ECHOES IN THE DARKNESS.

Also missing are any episodes of Police story. Some of the actors that rocked on Police Story included Tony LoBianco, Don Meredith, Vic Morrow, Chuck Connors, James Farentino, Jan-Michael Vincent, Danny Bonaducci, Ralph Meeker, Diane Baker and Hugh O’Brian.

There has to be film and master tapes somewhere. It can’t be that difficult to let Wambaugh and those wonderful players to collect a little extra cash for their unforgettable work?

When the word holocaust is used most Americans think only of the six million murdered under National Socialism by Adolph Hitler’s Third Reich. Yes, that was a monstrous event of extreme hatred and cruelty.

At the same time Americans simply fail or refuse to recognize the hundreds of millions of people murdered under all the other Socialist flags.

It was the Socialists and Communists in our own country and government that enabled and facilitated the Killing Fields of Pol Pot. The real war criminals were those Americans that wanted the Communists to control South Viet Nam.

Stalin, Mao, Castro, and Pot, have led the way in mass murders. They were followed by so many other lesser publicized Socialist nations. Socialists know only one way to deal with dissent and those that want out of their utopia. That is to murder those who they can’t convince to accept this failure of a government plan.

It’s apparently alright to simply not recognize the killing fields of Pol Pot, the endless purges of Stalin, Mao and Castro like they don’t exist.

We Are In Deep Trouble…

If you thought American school teachers were infusing our children with knowledge considering the amount of taxpayer’s money the government spends you are delusional. The teachers unions have sold us a bill of goods.

Meet three people we allow to vote in America. I’m amazed these folks can even find polling places or the bathrooms of their own homes.

These are stars of a popular reality TV show being quizzed on really basic things in our world. I’m beginning to believe in euthanasia. These people are too stupid to live. They’re beyond any help or even hope.

Another Treat From Berlin…

Berlin, Germany—I was delighted to be in Berlin for the 20th Anniversary of the collapse of the infamous Wall and Communism. Getting to the celebration involved taking the subway because of street closures and a lack of parking facilities.

My dear friend Andrea was kind enough to show me around Berlin. Her brother Klaus is a history buff who met us later giving me the rundown on the historical sites.

Is Confession Really Good For the Soul?

Phoenix, AZ—It was 21 years ago when an elderly man was robbed and murdered by a drug addicted neighbor. The case went cold and unsolvable.

The killer fled to California, got clean, sober and employed. Kenneth Jackson joined the world of the hard working and taxpaying folks. He was finally living the American dream. I think every religion allows sinners salvation and redemption without surrendering to earthly authority.

Jackson could not live with his deeds and more than two decades later he returned to Phoenix and gave a full confession of First Degree Murder to police. His shocking confession included unpublished facts and that has created a seemingly air-tight noose around Jackson’s neck.

The minimum amount of time Jackson can get will be 25 years with no parole. That will be served in one of Arizona’s miserable prisons. Jackson deserves man’s punishment but under the circumstances taxpayers will now have to support and keep Jackson secure for perhaps more time than he has left on earth.

Most killers never face the music since most murders remain unsolved. American prisons are the ultimate Dens of Inequity. Jackson will soon realize his insane mistake but by then he will be beyond hope or help. Mitigation will be strong in this case but Arizona Justice will be unable to lessen the damage to an otherwise redeemed life. Jackson should have exclusively made his confession with his minister. Perhaps Jackson could have paid for his crimes some other way?

Chicago Judge Steals Christmas From A Little Girl!

Chicago, IL—This is one of those stories you just can’t make up. Cook County Circuit Court Judge Edward Jordan has ordered Christmas taken away from a three year-old girl!

Despite our Constitution’s First Amendment Judge Jordan has stepped into a religious dispute between parents and ordered the Catholic father not to expose the child to any non-Jewish religious activities.

The child’s mother Rebecca Reyes an apparent devout Jew, petitioned for and won the restraining order From Judge Jordan. That order in effect steals Christmas from her daughter.

The dispute between Rebecca and Joseph Reyes is not really a trivial issue. Both parents are divided on their daughter’s religious education. Who should mediate this case? No American court has jurisdiction over religion. Is there an acceptable compromise when both the Jewish and Catholic religions claim their supremacy?

Judge Jordan is playing the Part of Dr. Suess’ Grinch and the little Reyes girl is none other than Cindy Lou Who from Whoville in this sad but true story where life imitates art.

Amazingly WBBM-TV’s Mike Puccinelli did this story and deliberately declined to identify the judge that restrained Christmas with an official court edict. To say that redaction was lame is an understatement. Since when does any journalist protect a public official from their undisputed actions under color of law?

I called Puccinelli who told me that editorial decision came from station management.

Judge Jordan is a former President of the Decalogue Society, which is the Jewish Bar Association in Chicago. Perhaps Jordan’s own faith may have influenced his decision that has now established Jewish religious superiority within Cook County, Illinois.

Joel Brodsky, himself a Jew and his law partner, Reem Odeah, a Palestinian-American lawyer represent the Catholic father, Joseph Reyes. He declined to discuss Judge Jordan or his motives. Brodsky wasted no time he has already filed an appeal of Judge Jordan’s order.

I doubt that the appeal will be heard before Christmas in this seemingly landmark case and that’s too bad. I’m taking sides on this case and that is the side of our Constitution and its promise not to establish religion.

Associated Press Reports On Secret Illinois Prisoners Releases.

Chicago, IL—In this city rich with draconian and unconstitutional gun laws the public is at more risk of deadly criminal attack and monetary loss than ever.

The newly appointed Democratic governor, Pat Quinn has secretly opened the floodgates releasing career criminals back on the streets.

The move is said to cut costs but all of our politicians know that experience says this move will end up costing hundreds of millions more when the criminals reoffend. It will cost lives as insurances companies are bankrupted paying out claims related to crime.

Of course that will keep the courts, prosecutors and public defenders very busy. This will cause state and local government’s treasuries to hemorrhage.

Of course by creating a crime crisis this government will take advantage and eliminate freedom in the same way the Nazis did when somebody set fire to the German Reichstag. That act ultimately gave Adolph Hitler absolute power and the legal authority to kill millions. Hitler never let a good crisis go to waste.

One thing for sure taxpaying residents of Illinois better take gun rights, gun training and self-defense seriously or face the expected results. Get your Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification card and stop worrying about the bogus laws that attempt to ban you from carrying them.

If you must use your weapon for self-defense do not talk to police under any circumstance without a lawyer at your side. You are not required by law to stay at the scene or report the shooting to police. Leave the area for your own safety and save your story for a courtroom should you be arrested.

Mao Zedong made this famous quote in a 1938 publication. This was part of a larger statement that discussed public gun ownership as a hindrance to the world’s Communist Revolutions.

One thing for sure Communist and Socialist governments all love to use their guns liberally on their own citizens. Everywhere there has ever been a Communist or Socialist flag waiving there’s been a holocaust.

For some reason world history only seems to recognize the Nazi Holocaust and nearly ignores the hundreds of millions murdered in places like China, Cambodia, Cuba, Russia, East Germany, Romania and every Eastern European country. Communists uniformly slaughter civilians for political or trivial reasons.

Socialism, National Socialism, and Communism all share the same concepts of wealth redistribution, the need for absolute power within the government and the violent elimination of those citizens that dare demand freedom.

The Barack Obama Administration is rampant with proud Marxists. The other administration members are either too shy to admit their leanings other than to be openly sympathetic to Communist teachings.

Obama himself must be judged by his continuing Leftist actions. Obama’s obvious concerted effort is to collapse our economy and destroy our currency to weaken America for the Communist Revolution that he’s started.

Chicago, IL—The brand new parking meter kiosks are everywhere now. They accept cash and credit cards. Your failure to feed these monsters will get you in a world of hurt. It’s pure and simple extortion. Chicago’s weather has not been agreeable with these machines. They have been freezing over.

I have an idea! Perhaps we can help these devices with simple spray bottles. That will melt the ice for sure. Insert the nozzles into any and all openings and simply spray the ice away! I’m sure this will be helpful to the sensitive electronics inside!

$340 Million Phoenix Court Building Deserves Serious Scrutiny

Phoenix, AZ—Are some judges, politicians, lawyers and vendors involved in criminal conspiracies to loot taxpayers?

Maricopa County’s presiding judge, Barbara Rodriguez Mundell has refused to turn over e-mails and other records. She has taken the unheard of step by seeking and getting a temporary court order preventing a search warrant from being served on her home and judicial chambers.

Two members of the County Board Mary Rose Wilcox and Don Stapley along with Judge Gary Donahue are under indictment. It looks like there are going to be more indictments on the way.

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and County Prosecutor Andrew Thomas have pulled out all the stops in learning what’s been going on with the deal making and glad-handing surrounding the over-priced court project.

It is inconceivable that in a state drowning in red ink that such a fantasy court palace could win voter's approval. The project was approved by the County Board and for some connected folks there are no hard times like there is for the rest Arizona’s residents.

The new court building’s real need is a hard sell on some breadwinner for a family of five who must pay an extortionate fine for a photo speeding ticket received on an abundantly safe stretch of highway with an unnecessarily low speed limit. Adding to that, that lion’s share of the fine goes to the private contractor rather than the government. The final insult being that the contractor donates hefty campaign contributions to the very politicians that have approved the extortion program.

Are the new courtrooms needed to enable the extraction of more money from Arizona’s population for petty violations?

The politicians under investigation are all screaming that this is some kind of political payback vendetta. Should that be a viable reason not to follow the money trail see just where hardworking taxpayer’s money is going?

Should bribery of public officials be off limits for law enforcement to investigate?

I say let the investigations continue. If it gets too hot for some politicians or judges they should seek employment as Wal-Mart greeters and get off the public’s payroll.

The media is not doing their job of investigating these sweetheart deals. Why complain if the law enforcement community actually takes a peek into the underbelly of government corruption? An investigation into Maricopa County’s corrupt practices is long overdue. If Maricopa County public officials are guilty of corruption, I say, “Take them to the tower!”

Maricopa County Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox Indicted For 36 Felony Crimes

Phoenix, AZ—Maricopa County, Arizona has always been a hotbed for corruption. The legendary land fraud exploits of Ned Warren and later massive savings and loan fraud of Charles Keating could have never happened without the total cooperation of corrupt public officials.

Arizona has long been for sale to the highest bidder. The AZSCAM indictments only snared some low level members of the Legislature because the late Director of Public Safety and former Phoenix police boss, Ralph Milstead tipped of the real legislative power brokers. Law enforcement bosses sans the elected Sheriff must cooperate with the crooked politicians or be unemployed.

As always, the lion’s share of political corruption comes from the Left wing of American politics. The free-spending Liberals throw around the most tax money and that invites the deal makers, lobbyists and criminal underbelly to feed like sharks.

Corruption investigations always go nowhere and local and every level of government wallows in a sea of red ink. The crooked politicians turn their taxpayers into their own personal ATM machines. The only solution they can find is to raise taxes a extort money from working families with photo traffic enforcement revenue schemes.

Arizona’s media is like most American media, deeply rooted in Leftist politics. The large metropolitan areas of Arizona are under a tight Liberal grip. The media protects the political corruption.

Along came a wild Card, Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Joe has his own baggage connected to his ego. Arpaio, stays awake nights dreaming up publicity stunts to endear himself to his voters. He is a master politician who gives the voters what they want. Since Maricopa County is a huge territory his voters are working class Conservatives. Liberals just don’t get elected in countywide races.

Needless to say in Phoenix there is a clash of political culture and ways to deal with things like Illegal Immigration. The Liberals run Phoenix, the Superior Court, the County Board and they control where money is spent. The Left Wing politicians always throw tax money away on unneeded projects that generate huge campaign contributions from government vendors. That’s the only way they can stay in power.

In the thick of this mess is the Wilcox Crime Family. Mary Rose Wilcox and her family have never missed a chance at personal profit and now according to a stunning and breathtaking 36 count indictment Wilcox will have to answer for her actions.

In the meantime the media has come to the defense of Wilcox and another indicted Supervisor, Don Stapley in an unprecedented manner. They are screaming that the indictment is political payback. My question is who cares if it is political payback? If they have committed these felonies why not simply let them hang!

I had a marvelous time in Germany last month. I enjoy the people, their lifestyle and the wonderful food. I can’t wait to return!

Investigation, film making or covering news is what I love best. Doing that in Germany really rocks.

Getting drafted into the Army was made really sweet when I was sent to Germany and worked as an Army medical corpsman.

I’m looking for any excuse at all to return!

We are Not All Equal In The Eyes Of The TSA

Washington, DC—The Internet posting of the TSA 93 page, airline passenger screening playbook was a real eye opener. Not only have TSA’s screeners made up their own rules, politicians get special treatment!

No American should be searched in the absence of a search warrant signed by a judge or at least probable cause. That was supposed to be a Constitutional guarantee. Without a Constitutional Amendment our cowardly courts have allowed this vile practice. Americans are frisked like criminals to enter a train, plane or government building. That’s wrong and un-American.

The politicians that have allowed this travesty have apparently provided themselves and families freedom from this indignity. Members of Congress, governors and lieutenant governors, the mayor of Washington, D.C., and their immediate families all get special treatment. These people must be required to live under the same conditions as every taxpayer.

No American should get special treatment. If the TSA assault on the Fourth Amendment is acceptable to use against me, than it must be acceptable for our politicians as well. If our politicians don’t like the screening they should abolish the practice.

Let’s demand an end to special treatment for politicians and their families!
