Cop Killing Weathermen Enjoying New Notoriety

Chicago, Il—I remember the Days of Rage and the enemies of freedom, The Weather Underground who were using force and violence to overthrow our government and way of life.

I remember the murdered and severely injured cops. I remember the bombings and the hate for liberty and self-reliance spread like a vile disease by Weather Underground founding members and unrepentant terrorists, William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn.

I remember only too well how the so called anti-war movement under Communist influence pressured spineless American politicians to abandon the people of South Viet Nam. More importantly I remember how the Communists exterminated two-million men women and children in the killing fields as an expected direct result.

William Ayers is about to go on a book signing tour with his republished memoirs.

I can’t imagine there are any book stores that would dare place their employees and customers in real jeopardy of being targeted by revenge seeking relatives and partners of those murdered or injured by Ayers, Dohrn and their comrades. Somebody may well use the same kind of weapons favored by Ayers and Dohrn on them.

Anyone seeking revenge should not resort to injuring innocent people in public places.

What a great way to cut costs and help crooked politicians hide their activities! News competition is really hard on politicians and bureaucrats because journalists are always looking for stories to break. Not anymore!

Disarming Off Duty Police Officers

Los Angeles, CA—Sheriff Lee Baca has taken steps to disarm by regulation off duty officers who use alcohol, medication or controlled substances to the point where they are "unable to exercise reasonable care and control of the firearm."

It sounds just fine except for the fact existing laws and department regulations cover reckless and criminal conduct involving firearms. If cops can’t obey simple laws how is a new departmental regulation going to help?

Is this another feel good regulation? Will this lead to total disarmament of off duty officers? Will it lead to attempts to disarm on duty officers? I can see the day when politicians claim on duty officers don’t need firearms except during special circumstances and demand they be disarmed.

Is this new regulation just part of Lee Baca’s personal gun-rights hating agenda he’s been forcing on the law-abiding citizens he’s denied needed concealed weapons permits?

The Office of Special Investigations of the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles has disarmed all their sworn officers long ago. In that case the policy maker was Republican career bureaucrat and soon to be outgoing head of the US Department of Transportation, Mary Peters who is a confirmed gun-rights hater.

Can our politicians get cops to begin arresting each other for carrying firearms?

For decades the certified, trained and sworn officers working for the Glenview Illinois police department have been prohibited by regulation from carrying weapons while off duty. The only remarkable result of the policy was the lack of off duty arrests of criminals for felonies. As a general rule despite departmental policies sworn law enforcement officers cannot be arrested or criminally charged for carrying firearms even in Glenview. Many Glenview officers simply ignored the bogus regulation.

Police officers under the influence of drugs and alcohol very occasionally wind up on the wrong side of the law. Cops are like any other citizen and have the responsibility to control their own behavior. They don’t need one more regulation or law to deal with Lee Baca’s personal nightmares.

It’s simple enough to just encourage cops to not mix intoxicants with firearms.

Credentialed Chicago News Photographer Arrested For Photographing Crime Scene

Chicago, IL—Mayor Daley has tried hard to sweep things like murder under the rug. His gun bans have backfired enabling armed criminals to victimize the law-abiding.

It makes perfect sense to violate the civil rights and arrest those who dare take photos of violent crime scenes for publishing purposes. Such was the case of the newsman who took this photograph from outside police lines on private property where many others were lawfully observing the ongoing police activities.

Civilian police media flak, Monique Bond ordered the police credentialed news photographer, Mike Anzaldi to stop taking pictures and video. When Anzaldi dared continue, he was arrested and his cameras were confiscated. Police deleted the images that were later recovered with the use of special software such as the one above that were were published anyway.

This outrageous violation of Anzald’s civil rights needs swift legal action. MS. Bond needs to be removed from the taxpayer’s payroll.

Anzaldi has obtained support and legal counsel needed to challenge the bogus charges lodged against him for obstructing police and to address the criminal and civil misbehavior of the Chicago Police Department officials involved.

This really dumb police response reminds me of another similar incident where Chicago Aldermean and police officials arrested a painting at the Art Institute of Chicago.

Bogus Insurance Claims and Arson Epidemics Are On Our Horizon

Los Angeles, CA—With our sinking economy insurance companies are quietly bracing for an epidemic of fraudulent claims and a wave of arson fires.

People who are over their head in car payments will arrange for the theft or burning of their gas guzzling problems. People facing home foreclosure too often resort to the less credit damaging and more profitable remedy of arson. Boats have been burning and sinking since the fuel prices skyrocketed.

We know that massive layoffs are being planned right now for ailing business nationwide. Even our health care industries are in trouble as millions of Americans will be losing their health insurance and all ability to pay for services.

KTLA-TV has brought forward a story that is of obvious importance to those who want to know about the burning issues that affect all of us. It’s November sweeps time and they make a special effort to give us what they think we need and want.

KTLA-TV thought we all needed to know about, “getting your Betty ready”. Among the disappointments here is you never really get to see and meet Betty, she is left for your vivid imagination. I guess when TV executives are desperate, almost anything goes. I’ve seen a lot of total trash in my time but this takes the cake for all times.

30 Former FBI Agents Complain About Wrongful Convictions!

Richmond, VA—30 retired FBI agents joined numerous former justice department officials have broken ranks and demanded clemency for four American sailors wrongfully convicted of a 1997 rape and murder of a Norfolk woman.

The lawmen in an unprecedented move held a press conference seeking Virginia’s Governor to right a decade old wrong.

I have no firsthand knowledge of this case or investigation but can’t deny the finding of this esteemed group.

I can’t imagine the Virginia governor failing to take action under pressure from this unstoppable group.

The case sounds intriguing and I see an exciting feature film in the works.

My Space And The Hudson Family Murders

Chicago, IL—My Space has proven to be as popular with Chicago’s Gangster Disciples street gang, as the high school and College students.

Julia Hudson, Justin Hudson, Gregory King and William Balfour among many other members of the Gangster Disciples have My Space pages for social networking. Cops have been looking closely at the postings and the “friends” added to these pages.

As in every high profile story the media needs and longs for usable photographs of the newsmakers. Ms Space has proven to be a gold mine where people publish millions of photos without any form of copyright protection. That’s where most of the Hudson family murder story pictures came from.

Police found one young Mississippi college student who claimed she got a phone call from Balfour in the wee hours of October 24. 19 year-old, Rashia Whitlock told police that Balfour told her that he and his "boyz'' were "getting ready for something real big that's going to go down tomorrow" and asked if they could lay low in Mississippi. Whitlock rejected Balfour’s request. Whitlock also told police she met Balfour on My Space and had talked with him on the phone a couple of times.

I rejected the Internet long ago as a place to meet new friends. I think the old fashioned face to face method keeps the intrigue and prevarications to a minimum.

Veteran’s Day Has No Meaning For Barack Obama

November 11, 2008 we will soon embark on a four year period with a President that has never served his country in the military. He will be the Commander in Chief with zero qualifications for that role. Not only has he never served but the same holds true for his entire family.

Aside from the abject ignorance of the voters and the lack of a desirable Republican candidate we’ve got what we’ve got. It’s depressing. So many Americans died fighting Communists and now we have elected one for our nation’s highest office.

In any event for those brave Americans who died and those who served this is for you:

Miriam Makeba Died today with her boots on.

Castelvolturno, Italy--Her politics destroyed her budding American career. She had a wildly fun song, Pata-Pata that really rocked back in 1967. At 35 years of age Miriam Makeba hooked up with Black Panther Stokley Carmichael and went on a Black Power trip and got her banned from American music business. Makeba was a total Bolshevik.

You can correctly blame Makeba’s dealings with the unfair South African government that banned from her own country for more than 30 years under apartheid for her views and politics. One thing I cannot deny was Makeba’s talent and showmanship.

When I was living in Germany I can remember some really terrific girlfriends of mine that loved to dance to Pata-Pata as only Mekeba could sing it.

Makeba died today as she lived at age 76 on a stage doing what she loved, entertaining before an outdoor audience, in the open air at Via Verde, in the small town of Castelvolturno, not far from Naples. She collapsed and later died.

Makeba’s politics were overshadowed by her stage presence and strong voice.

William Balfour to Stay On Ice Inside Stateville Prison

Joliet, IL—As Crimefile News has reported there was at least one snitch giving information to police about the gun used to kill three members of American Idol and Oscar winning actress, Jennifer Hudson’s family.

At an Illinois parole hearing this morning it was revealed that one of potential suspect, William Balfour’s girlfriends, Shonta Cathey revealed that Balfour was in possession of an unusual, two tone semi-automatic pistol believed to be the same Sig-Saur P220 .45 ACP used in the triple murder.

Another yet to be publically identified girlfriend has also come forward with damming information.

Crime labs are still conducting tests on DNA material. I’m told they are confident that they will have a solid case against Balfour for the murders. As of now Balfour has not been charged with anything except parole violations.

Balfour is set for another chapter in his parole violation saga on December 3, 2008. Until then he will remain safely behind bars. Chicago police have a little more time to make a case against Balfour.

Barack Obama’s Communist Revolution Is Here

American Marxists are a strange bunch. Along with their hard corps philosophy and today they nearly all hate wearing the label of their Party. It was Senator Joe McCarthy that used a new medium, television to tell America that we had a subversive group inside America invading all of our educational and political institutions.

During the McCarthy era, America was in actual war in Korea as a very real Cold War developed between America and the Communist countries of China and Russia. Very simply Socialists hate American freedom and want to destroy it. Communists and Socialists worldwide have a goal to convert America to their failed, brutal and miserable form of government.

McCarthy effectively made Communist and Socialist dirty words in America as people began an effective campaign to shun, boycott and expose Americans who became enamored with or converted to Communism. The famous Hollywood Blacklisting was an example.

Communists were able to attract some very talented producers, writers and actors. They soon fell on hard times over their beliefs. Blacklisting was considered a legal form of discrimination. The Blacklisting was also in serious conflict with our own cherished First Amendment. Blacklisting was in and of itself un-American. Americans should be above punishing people with unpopular speach and ideas like Communists and Nazis.

Eventually the American Communists turned the tables on McCarthy as they began a wildly effective smear campaign and discredited him. The Communists never again would use those two ugly words to describe their political idealism.

The cornerstone of Marxism is for the redistribution of American wealth after their revolution. For the most part it’s a false promise because the meaningful employment is handed over only to the committed party faithful.

The way to a true Socialist revolution, is to promise the poor and ignorant a better life through, something for nothing. Once the Communists take over the poor are still poor and get nothing but continual empty promises of a brighter future. That just never happens. The middle class becomes a lower class and victims of slavery.

The hotbeds of Communist activity were New York, Chicago and San Francisco. The heroes of the Communist are Julius and Ethel Rosenberg who were executed for handing over the atomic bomb secrets to the Soviets. Others such as Morton Sobell , Victor Perlo , Nathan Gregory Silvermaster , David Greenglass and Alger Hiss should have faced the same fate but survived.

Barack Obama’s primary idol was W.E. B. Du Bois, who brought the teachings of Communism to America’s African-Americans. Chicago's Communist seat has always been in Hyde Park where Obama lives today.

But for the Rosenberg traitors American Communists, survived and systematically began massive efforts to get their party faithful inside every media organization and educational institution in America.

Karl Marx knew full well that whoever controls the information can control the world. The revolution will not end until they remake our Constitution. That will be difficult but not impossible. They may try to create a new Constitutional Convention where a bare majority can rewrite it instead of the 2/3 majority required for Amendments. The other option is to align America under a Communist controlled group like the United Nations. The American Constitution would simply be superseded by the UN charter.

Unfortunately the Socialist revolution has arrived with the immense help of a $600 million advertising campaign. The election of a Marxist as our President is here and the revolution is in progress. Communist sympathizers everywhere will call and others like me alarmists who want to impede progress and simple social reform.

We don't have to accept Socialism and that's exactly why we have a Second Amendment. We must isolate, arrest, try, convict and hang the tratiors of our American Democracy. The alternative is the death of our freedom, liberty and way of life.

Communism and Socialism is not cool.

Crimefile Weighs In On The Burning Issue Of Same Sex Marriage.

Los Angeles, CA—For the past several days in California the Gay marriage proponents are fighting mad learning about a fight for rights. Voters just passed a ballot provision to outlaw Gay Marriage. I’m no more sympathetic about Gay rights than most Gays are about protecting my gun rights.

Rights are rights and worth shedding blood to keep and protect. Do Gays have a right to be married in the legal sense? No, the Constitution had not provided for that. Should they have that right? Yes, if they can get Americans to create that right under our Constitution. Until then it must be a state by state issue.

I did not grow up to accept gays or their strange lifestyle. As an adult I learned they are human and more importantly the checks I’ve gotten from Gay clients spend just as fast as the ones I get from my straight clients.

Later I learned to tolerate Gays and I have no interest in controlling what they do behind closed doors. Allright, if they're hot looking lesbians I want to watch. We are a diverse society and yes there are Gays that are staunch defenders of our Second Amendment rights, hence the Gay gun association known as the Pink Pistols.

My religion is just, that, my religion and I don’t expect any others to follow my church teachings.

Gay marriage troubles me for one simple reason. It will add yet another large group to recipients of our already bankrupt Social Security system. If we could trade off the illegal aliens, drug addicts and people who never paid into the system I’d go for gay marriage in a heartbeat.

Would the right to life groups trade taxpayer funded birth control medical services for an end to abortion on demand? Can you imagine if the right to life crowd, gun owners and Gays all joined forces as a single political force to protect each other’s rights? It would be a happier and better world for sure.

How about a single Constitutional Amendment that would create an actual right to life for the unborn, marriage for Gays and absolute Gun Rights for the law-abiding, sane and sober with total elimination of all Gun Free Zones? I know we are all better off with more liberty rather than less. Okay that’s not possible and will never happen.

The Obama Memorial Where And How Big?

Washington, DC. –They have them everywhere, memorials to dead politicians. The grandest of them all was that artistic structure at the opposite end of the vast Capitol Mall from the Capitol building.

The 16th President and the most divisive one our history caught a lead ball in the brain as he watched a play in Ford’s Theater. The killer was no disturbed whack job but a Southern Patriot exacting revenge for Abraham Lincoln’s reign of terror that killed so many people over a really simple issue.

The Southern states simply wanted independence from Lincoln’s political agenda and policies strangling them. There was no need for war, death and destruction. It’s the winners however that write the history books and build memorials like the one they erected for Lincoln.

We will all die too soon. Aside from illness and old age, Presidents have around a ten percent chance of becoming statistics based on violent American history. Barack Obama will soon ascend to the Whitehouse disliked more than any President in my lifetime. Obama’s detractors loathe him because of his color.

It’s not Obama’s dark skin color but the Red color of his vile Marxist politics. I don’t see a way in the world Obama will survive the next four years.

The killing Obama would be an exercise in futility, since waiting in the wings to take over that office is Joe Biden and then Nancy Pelosi. That, plus the kind of a backlash the Liberals in power would punish Conservatives with would be on par with post Civil War reconstruction.

Obama should not be given that kind of importance. What needs to happen, is for Americans wake up and oust every last Bolshevik in two years at the ballot box. With any luck Obama will prove to be an unpopular one term mistake like Jimmy Carter. Come January 20, 2009 it will be a great time for foreign governments to kidnap and kill Americans, because Obama can be counted upon to do absolutely nothing about those kinds of provocations.

Obama needs to be forgotten and dumped in a landfill with other dead Communists when he dies of old age.

Cops As Soldiers In The War On Gun Owners

Cops everywhere sign on to enforce the law and keep the peace. As a cop you take an oath of office to defend the state and federal Constitutions and to faithfully perform your duties. Your first duty is that of a protector. Arresting people for petty gun violations and confiscating their only protection is counter-productive and in serious conflict with that effort.

In many cities there is a serious conflict between the Constitutions and the gun laws passed by politicians. Americans have a right to keep and bear arms and too often politicians simply refuse to accept that and want you to knowingly violate their Civil Rights. It’s time to put the Constitution before politicians and their ignorant whims.

No matter if you’re a local cop or an agent with the BATFE simply stop arresting people for vague technical violations and carrying guns for self-protection. Instead concentrate on criminals with guns or those fools introducing guns into arguments, drug dens or involved in other misbehavior.

A good beginning is to back off those middle-aged gun collectors for failure to register or those with guns in the Gun Free Zones unless other criminality or unjustified violence is involved.

This is a way you can do your part to keep a safe and strong America. You also give these Americans a better ability to survive a criminal attack. Nobody will give you Department Commendations for this but you will be in a better position when you get your turn at St. Peter’s gate.

Investing In A Feature Film May Be A Good Idea Today.

Los Angeles, CA—As our economy s being flushed down the toilet along with our retirement and 401K plans we look in other directions for our money that's left. Whereever we put our money it is risky these days.

Movie investing in considered somewhat risky but people do that and sometimes do it very well. For it to work you need a very trustworthy bean counter that will protect the investors.

Not long ago I was chatting with actor James Woods about my own film offering on the life of the late but heroic Chicago Policewoman Ann Leybourne, Come Friday. This amazing story still needs to be told and hit the big screen.

Woods told me about former LAPD cop, Joseph Wambaugh’s 1979 film he was in, The Onion Field. Woods played LA cop killer, Gregory Powell.

At the time Wambaugh was disillusioned and pissed off at Hollywood after they took one of his better books, The Choirboys and made an unsalable and unwatchable movie mess of it.

There were hard feelings at the time and Wambaugh wanted to tell the intriguing and horrific 1963 saga of two career criminals that abducted two LAPD detectives after a traffic stop. The two killers were able to abduct the detectives and brought them to a Bakersfield, CA area onion field. One officer, Ian Campbell was executed by Powell and his sidekick, Jimmy Lee Smith. The second detective Karl Hettenger somehow managed to escape and eventually testified against the two kidnapping-killing thugs.

Wambuagh crafted this compelling story into a book and screenplay and nobody in Hollywood wanted to touch it. The onion Field sat undisturbed for years until Wambuagh was able to get retired cops to invest in the project. That had never been done before. Even more than a great feature film was born, the old coppers made a handsome profit.

Woods should have won an Academy Award for his portrayal of the despicable killer Gregory Powell. Woods was absolutely unforgettable as he played the hateful murdering bum who is still alive in a California prison today. Powell now 84 years-old credits Wambaugh's movie about the crime for his never getting a chance at parole. Fellow killer Jimmy Lee Smith was paroled in 1983 but kept violating and getting returned until his 2007 death at age 76 while in LA County custody on yet another violation.

The cop killing duo originally were sent by a judge and jury to suck some gas at San Quentin but the California Supreme court prevented that from happening.

As for the surviving cop, Hettinger lived with severe bouts of depression, always ashamed for having run from the scene. The LAPD bosses wrongfully treated him as a coward.

Later in life, Hettinger seemed somewhat better adjusted. He won an appointment as a Kern County supervisor in 1987. Hettinger died in 1994 of cirrhosis of the liver, at 59 having never really escaped from that terrible onion filed.

As for Come Friday which is about a beautiful young, recruit policewoman, Ann Leybourne and a cunning career criminal, serial rapist and a kidnapping gone very wrong. That story needs to be told. Perhaps as James Wood’s suggested the funding may come from an unusual source like retired cops.

San Diego Is Host to The IACP

San Diego is always worthy of a visit. Any excuse to trek to this seaside community is a good one.

The International Association of Chiefs of Police is there today and until November 12. Police bosses from all over the world will be attending workshops and seminars on management, public relations and the latest tools used to combat the changing face of crime.

I ran into at least one Chicago police boss who said he was not supposed to attend. His identity is safe for now but others will see him.

Also here is an exhibit hall loaded with the latest and greatest equipment departments can no longer afford.

Also missing was any kind of ideas or methods to deal with a crime wave born of the pending Great Depression of 2008 and forward.

If you can make it, do so because it is worth it. Next year the conference will be held in Denver, CO.

Obama has Just Announced his Deadly War On Gun Owners

That Bolshevik Bastard America has elected has already announced his plans to gut the Second Amendment. This is from the Obama Transaction Team setting the agenda for a War on Gun Owners that they consider “commonsense”:

“Address Gun Violence in Cities: As president, Barack Obama would repeal the Tiahrt Amendment, which restricts the ability of local law enforcement to access important gun trace information, and give police officers across the nation the tools they need to solve gun crimes and fight the illegal arms trade. Obama and Biden also favor commonsense measures that respect the Second Amendment rights of gun owners, while keeping guns away from children and from criminals who shouldn't have them. They support closing the gun show loophole and making guns in this country childproof. They also support making the expired federal Assault Weapons Ban permanent, as such weapons belong on foreign battlefields and not on our streets.”

This is the same old mild sounding rhetoric the radical gun banners have been using for decades. As usual they’re claiming their only going after criminals when they’re really trying to make criminals out of gun owners.

Get ready for a new round of very bloody raids like the one on Randy Weaver or the Branch Davidians. The jackbooted, bucket helmeted thugs will be knocking on doors again more than ever. How many American men, women and children will they kill during resistance to un-Constitutional gun bans and civil rights violations?

Will this be the first American President to be tried and hanged for treason?

Skyrocketing Gun Sales Are About More Than Fears Of New Gun Controls

The Marxists will soon be in charge as they begin their reign in January. They were elected by a relatively small percentage of America’s population that bothered to vote.

New gun bans will be at the top of their lists because guns in the hands of private citizens are a threat to the insatiable Marxist thirst for total control of the population.

Obama will install only gun-rights haters to the Supreme Court we can expect to overturn Heller and abolish the Second Amendment. The Marxists will have a majority on the court in short order.

The surge of gun buyers is for three reasons, anticipation of a gun ban, a crime wave instigated by the economy and the election of hard corps Bolsheviks to run this country.

Smile Officer, You’re On Candid Camera!

A police officer in Florida has not made his best career move. He let his guard down and seemed not to notice those video surveillance cameras while “helping” a lady look for her purse.

This reminds me of a story before DNA was used as a method to determine ownership of bodily fluids left at various places.

A Chicago cop was accused of having sex with a woman in the back seat of his patrol car. IAD was called and began their investigation. They seized the back seat of the officer’s car and sent it to the crime lab to determine what if anything was left on the seat that would substantiate the complaint’s claims.

The crime lab came back with proof that a certain substance was left on the seat was in fact sperm! The officer’s career seemed over for sure.

Never underestimate the ability of a sharp lawyer! The officer’s lawyer obtained a Subpoena Duces Tecum from the Police Board and got possession of a dozen back seats of patrol cars in the officer’s district. They were sent to another lab for analysis and everyone tested positive for sperm. Politicians and police bosses were shocked at the thought that back seat sex was so commonplace for their officers.

The glib lawyer offered up a simple and clear explanation for the results. Police cars are used everyday to transport hard working prostitutes. As these hapless women sit in the back seat gravity does its thing and the donations pile up on the seats.

That Chicago police officer was cleared and eventually he went on to retire and collect his pension.

I don’t dare want to think about what’s in this officer’s future.
