Very nice! You could sell raw footage to restaurants with outdoor (crowded) seating to use on their website. Let their web person do the edit, etc. You shouldn't need any release from those in a public place. Downtown Scottsdale near that library would be a prime market. Charge by the second for the raw footage - 15 seconds @ $20/second = $300. Know any guitarists who play jazz? Get them to audio record improvisations of tunes out of copyright (jazz players do this a lot) and use that when showing the videoto prospective buyers but, if they want the music, that's an up tic in fee.
I don't think that the cop even noticed. If he did he kept on going. There was another cop that saw me earlier with the controller and he did little more than give me a second look. Of course no laws were broken.
