Washington, DC--Above the late Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson is prosecuting war criminals at Nuremberg. Is it time for another such trial based on these principals? Barack Obama that campaigned on ending the two wars started by Bush? The same guy who wanted to close GITMO and give suspected terrorists Due Process and civilian trials?
By what authority did Obama order the invasion of a nation not engaged in war with the U.S. and kill anyone?
To enter sovereign Pakistan with soldiers and helicopters to make war on a criminal suspect, Osama Bin Laden and the members of his household is exactly what the Nuremberg War Crimes trials of October 18, 1945 were all about. One of the applicable charge that led to numerous hangings was, “Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace.”The deliberate cover-up of evidence and destruction of Bin Laden’s remains shows the conspiracy of deceit and obstruction of justice deserving of a lot more than simple Impeachment.
How many American mothers will never get the remains of their children killed at war because of Obama’s cruel order to deny Bin Laden’s family the ability to bury him? They can now cite Obama's handling of Bin Laden's remains as their guide.
I’m no fan of Bin Laden but the only information I ever got about his alleged crimes came from a government that’s not always candid with their people. Had there not been a rush to cover-up this event and destroy evidence America may have gotten the true story.

I know they wanted Osama Bin Laden, but was this the way to go about it. Sneaking into a country that is not America or at war with America. That took some nerve, but it also takes away from America's credibility with other sovereign nations. They won't know when the CIA are going to sneak in and murder someone or extradite someone without the hassel of any treaties or legalities of other country's jurisdiction.
It is a cheap shot - for someone that went to Harvard Law school, and where is the law here and the trial of Osama Bin Laden. Even an unfair trial - would be better than an execution & no trial at all?
And if Osama Bin Laden is totally responsible for 911 then he has been executed for his "crime" without a trial. Even Nazis got a better deal than that - for murdering more than 6 million and including American troops, they were given a trial - why not Osama Bin Laden?
How do I and others know Osama Bin Laden caused 911 including the collapse of Building 7?
I am not convinced he is totally responsible, & scientific evidence is pointing in another direction, that planes alone could not have done all that damage -
and now this whole episode sneaking into somebody else's country to murder allegedly Bin Laden, and then covering up a body maybe Bin Laden maybe NOT only fuels my disbelief as to who caused 911.

What is this - a nanny state, with sneaking around, in someone else's country and then total cover up of THE BODY, and we are supposed to be spoon fed this garbage and believe that it was Osama Bin Laden. I wanna Puke.

I see nothing wrong with the U.S. going into Pakistan (our ally, by the way) when we knew that they were more than likely harboring the most wanted man on earth. Pakistan will continue holding out their hands for the annual three billion dollar aid package from us, so the least they can do is allow us to kill the asshat that was responsible for murdering almost 3000 innocent people. And as far as disposing of his body, I have to agree with burial at sea as well. This way there is no shrine set up to honor this guy and make him a martyr. I would have preferred that his remains would have been wrapped in bacon and placed in a vat of pig grease before being dumped into the sea, but you have to take what you get. I can't stand Obama, and I hate that he is taking credit for this, but I'm glad Bin Laden is now fish food.

Boy those Navy 6 Seals were really tough, huh? A 40 minute fire fight that eventually turned into basically the truth, which is no one fired at them, except maybe a guard outside the house. So the Seals were forced to kill unarmed women and BinLandens unarmed son. I guess the Seals thought they were going to die when the women pleaded with them in Arabic not to kill them. I'm so proud of the Navy Seals. They uphold the highest values and principles of our great country, as least according to out war criminal president and shootist.
Next time I want some unarmed women killed, I'll call in the Seals to get the job done.
