There are loads of videos on the Internet that will help you operate just like the CIA. Court orders for wiretaps are never granted to those who need them the most. You need not be in the dark about the things going on around you. Of course placing your device could get you a day in both civil and criminal court, if you’re caught.

However on the phone there's no grace or wiggle room re the laws re an expectation of privacy.
Wouldn't a standard baby monitor serve the same function?
ReplyDeleteIn Georgia, as long as one party to the conversation knows that it's being recorded it's perfectly legal. It's easy to use the answering machine to record calls. I'm sure the laws vary greatly state by state.
