Police K-9 Killed By AN Officer
Yes, I love dogs. They are nicer, loyal and certainly make our lives richer. Some dogs like Seeing Eye, helper or police K-9s have real jobs that they live to perform. I don’t know what went wrong here but I’m sure it was no small heartbreak for the handler of “Dago” today.
Here’s the sad tale of Dago from WLS-TV in Chicago.
I have my own wonder-dog, Gypsy. She’s a private eye K-9. No she she’s not a trained killer she’s just a wonderful friend.
well the cop was from CICERO. I dunno. Can the dog also sniff out the smell of corruptness?
ReplyDeleteAs a proud owner of a GSD, my heart goes out to this Officer and his family of which I'm sure this dog was a part of. Is Charles Thomas pronouncing the dogs name correctly or is he just too P/C to pronounce it the way the handler wants it pronounced, who btw, is of Italian heritage? Dago? Does it have to be spelled D-A-Y-G-O for Thomas to get the intent of the Italian -American Officer?
ReplyDeleteWhy is there such a fuss about this? The dog attacked the officer, he did what he had to. Should he have stood there and do nothing just because it's a police k9? It's a f***ed up situation but I don't blame the officer.
ReplyDeleteWhat's the fuss about?! The officer was treated and released. Where are the stitches and the broken bones. Why was the suspect not the one they wanted? But he was found in the location just where the countryside police officer was called. Did the cicero cop panic when he saw the K-9 and tried to cover this up and let this suspect go if he went along with his story??? Too many changes in the stories from the very beginning!!! Then you ask what the fuss is?????????
