Once I had to check off at 26 and Cal long after the police room was closed. there was a picture on the wall of a CPD with a long-haired fellow in a head lock dragging him along a street probably early 70's. Anybody seen that one before? Hilarious

I think he was from 011 Tac? The only thing I know for sure is that he was not from 012.
